I had an amazing experience in this clinic. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription and a referral to a specialist for my concern. The clinic nurses are personable and professional, and Doctor was great also! Highly recommend this telemedicine clinic to anyone in the community!

I was checked in and seen by a nurse right away (there was no one else waiting). The nurse did a full evaluation which consisted of questions and a few minor tests. I then waited for about 5-10 minutes for the Doctor who shows up on screen as a video chat. The nurse stays in the room while the Doctor looks over the evaluation, gives you your diagnosis and then a prescription right away which was then filled at the pharmacy that is in the same building. The longest part was waiting for my script but there was a couple people ahead of me for that so it was understandable. Overall, great experience.

Made an appointment online, the nurse was great, super friendly. Doctor had a calming effect. Great resource when you do not have a family doctor in Sarnia! Pharmacy is also friendly and helpful.

Hospital refuses to accept requisition from the telehealth doctors onsite, despite no imaging clinic in town able to rule out blood clot in the leg. No doctors hands on assessment means absolutely no help and you have to be reassessed if you need the test they send you off with. Do not go here for anything you might need referrals in town or to the hospital for.

The Good Doctors clinic in Sarnia was amazing! It was so quick and easy to speak with a Doctor using telemedicine. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going to this clinic again in the future!

I went to this clinic after I went to the ER and was told of a 6 hour wait time. I was seen quickly by a very nice, professional and funny nurse who connected me to a Doctor on a video call. I was given a prescription and was out the door within 40 minutes of my arrival. Best experience I've had at a walk-in clinic. Will go back!!

Was extremely happy with this place - I haven't used a walk-in clinic for a long time and the one I went to was almost like a mini ER that you waited for hours. Loved that I could book a time. Place was super clean. Nurse was super friendly and thorough. Went, got diagnose, got prescription, and got out within an hour. Will definitely return to in the future (though hopefully not too soon, haha). Thanks so much!

My experience here was very satisfying and reassuring at a time when I was not able to get a doctor in Sarnia recently. The nurse was so friendly and had a calming affect and so I relaxed instantly. I had no problem getting my prescriptions and was able to continue taking my meds with no lapses. Thank goodness for clinics like this one and the pleasant, skilled people running it.

Hands down BEST clinic in Sarnia! Was there Friday and it was so fast - they diagnosed by strep throat quickly with a swab. Nurse and Doctor were so friendly. Filled prescription at the pharmacy next door (they were great too) and was home in no time. Will DEFINITELY use again!

Not a walk-in. They take appointments but don't tell tell walk-ins that they are last in line. Sat for 1.5 hrs finally left

I have been to this walk-in clinic twice. The first time I attributed the slow service to some technical issues they were having with their patient info collection system. This time, there were 3 people ahead of me and 1.5 hours later I left for another appointment, still without having seen a doctor. When I left, there was still 1 person in front of me. That is an atrocious amount of time per person. Do not recommend this clinic.

I came here at wits end with a horrible lingering cold, the nurses were efficient and completed an assessment and we video conferenced with a doctor located in Toronto and I was given the medication I needed to feel better ! Far better then sitting in ER for hours especially when my family doctor is so far ahead booked. I will go back anytime and suggest everyone try them for their non-urgent needs

My grandson was in and out quickly. We were home quickly and the nurses and doctor were so great with him. Never again will I use the ER unless a real emergency. Highly recommend this clinic!!!

If I could give this place zero stars.. I would. God-awful nurses who don't care for their patients and are only there for a pay cheque. The doctors you meet with are the rudest individuals as well. MAYBE they are good at what they do when regarding prescriptions etc but when you need a simple doctors note... They will turn you away unless you are deathly ill. MD Connected down the road from this establishment is 1000x better, more professional and actually care about you.

This was such an interesting process. I feel like the nurse here Mikeesha was more thorough with her exam, then I have had at most other walk in clinics. Spoke briefly with a great Dr, and got everything I need. In and out in 25mins. Highly recommend.
