The staff does not help they rather watch you die and mock you then when you prepare your grievances they grab security and throw you out as well they hate people with mental health disabilities

Cut myself with a chisel so deep I can't feel my thumb and probably have nerve damage, but yeah take the lady with an ear ache first she has a real emergency. This place is a joke. People need to stop treating this place like their own personal doctor office.

Unbelievably high wait time.

Brittany Ellen

Worst hospital experience ever, as is always the case here. Waited 3 hours and was never seen by a doctor, and was forced to sign a form saying I left against medical advice by a nurse, even though I hadn't been seen by anyone who was qualified to give medical advice, because THE NURSES DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PAPERWORK. The paperwork I was supposed to be given to sign, which they actually said right in front of me, was paperwork that should have stated that I wasn't seen by a doctor at all. I was forced to waive their liability so that I could leave. I am the caretaker of 3 children and a very sick woman, and I could not be at the hospital that long without having even SPOKEN to someone. This is not my first terrible experience with sarnia hospital, but it will be my last. Petrolia Emerg is only 30 minutes away and is well worth the drive.

Last February I went to emergency at 10pm after very serious chest pain. I was finally released 6AM the next day. told nothing wrong but pulled muscles. Found out after I had 3 broken ribs

Jerry Jacob

Waiting time is too long. It took five hours to meet the doctor

Rita Hall

Staff was great! Had to wait several hours before getting results of tests and getting prescription before I could leave but otherwise no complaints!!

Amanda Shawnoo

Every visit with our toddler has gone nowhere. Sent by other doctors I don't know why, but these doctors don't do anything. Petrolia hospital is more genuine.

Tim Mater

Well they took 6 and a half hours to just do a cut scan.

Molly O'Hara

Was turned away cause I can't have mask and am pretty sure I am having a heart attack or stroke. If I die in night my kids know who to sue.
