bad client service, i made a free consultation with the technician for the treatment of coolsculpting, she gave me the prices for the package of 4 sessions, then i fixed an appointment. on the day of treatment they asked me to pay before starting the treatment, no problem for that, but i was notified with different price for the treatment,. when i asked why there is a difference between the prices i informed at the consultation day, they answered may be the technichin made a mistake!!! so i asked to talk with her but the lady in the front office said sorry she is in a vacation for a week.so asked to talk with the manager of the place but the answer was also doctor elizabeth is in a vacation also & we can not call her. so what is the solution now!!?? answer we have nothing to do for you if you want to cancel the session today it's up to you!!!!( i took this day off from my work to have my treatment) the lady of front office said i will make a note in your file so when the doctor or the technician came back next week they will call you to discuss this error. i paid full amount around 2750$ staying in the clinique for about 3 hours without asking me if i need a cup of water!!! i also forget to take my receipt of payment before leaving the clinic, so i called them on the same day more than 3 times asking to send me my invoice by mail. finally i passed more than 2 months from date of the first session & nobody called me either for the wrong price information they said to me or for following client after treatment. is 2750 are not worth enough to have good client service!!!!!!!
