Donc, l'examen va nous couter 95$. l'audiophoniste n'a pas à refaire le questionnaire, il est déjà rempli. Nous sommes venus déjà pour vérifier l'appareil de mon père qui ne fonctionnait pas. On nous donne un rendez-vous, mais l'audioprothésiste ne travaillait pas ce jour là!!! donc, nous devons revenir...Mauvaise gestion, mauvaise administration...souvent les bureaux des techniciens sont vides. J'ai l'impression qu'ils travaillent avec une équipe réduite qui fait les 3 ou 4 cliniques de la régions...ce qui fait que les délais pour avoir un RV sont trop longs. Si je dois recommencer, je le ferait ailleurs. En passant, mon père a 90 ans et se déplace très difficilement, mais çà, çà ne les concerne pas!
