L'optométriste lui a crié dessus parce qu'elle avait perdu ses lunettes, lui dit que c'est impossible qu'elle marche sans ses lunettes (alors que ça fait 1 mois qu'elle fonctionne sans...) et a hausser le ton à plusieurs reprises. Ma fille est sortie de son examen de la vue en éclatant en sanglot. Je ne comprends pas que ce type de "service" puisse être toléré et je porterai plainte.

Je porte mes nouvelle lunette prescrite et après un mois je constate que ma vision ne s’améliore pas que je vois des déformations j’ai de la difficulté à regarder la télévision,j’ai de la difficulté à faire la mise au point. Je prend un rendez vous pour vérifier ce qui en est.Je me retrouve avec mon vendeur Pierre qui vérifie le tout qui me dit que je ne regarde pas au bon endroit et je lui répète que je ne vois pas bien le feuillet qu’il me présente,il fait d’autre vérification avec le médecin et il me confirme qu’il ne peux rien faire pour moi,que c’est à cause de ma cataracte que ça ne fonctionne pas. Personne ni le médecin ni le vendeur m’a mentionner que je devrais me faire opérer pour une cataracte.Il n’ont vendu des lunettes et ils me disent qu’il ne peuvent rien faire pour moi . J’ai dépensé près de 1000.00 pour me faire dire que je devrai me faire opéré pour une cataracte. Le vendeur me dit que le médecin m’avait prévenue de la cataracte,oui prévenue mais c’est lui le médecin et l’autre c’est un vendeur de lunette,c’est eux les professionnels et au lieu de m’éviter dire que je devrais être opéré il me vendent des lunettes et aujourd’hui il me disent qu’il ne peuvent rien faire pour moi. C’est ce que j’appelle un service .... Je ne recommande pas à personne cet endroit.

My husband (Neill) and i are visiting mont st anne on a ski holiday. A screw came out of one side of his glasses. We dropped in to La Vue to see if they could repair them. They did and for no charge! And as we waited we looked at their extentive collection of beautiful glasses. If only I need a pair it would have been there!!!! I thank the two kind ladies and recomend them to anyone looking for their next pair of glasses.

Unfortunately, the experience of our visit was totally spoiled by two aspects: 1). The delay of our respective meetings of 45 minutes. No apologies for the delay but rather derogatory remarks from the employee. 2) The procedure for obtaining the prescription should be without arrogant argument when we choose not to immediately purchase corrective lenses. (Original) Ma conjointe et moi avions un rendez-vous pour un examen de la vue a 15h30 et 15h45 au coût de 150$. Les deux étapes de l'examen de la vue se sont très bien déroulées et l'équipement nous ont paru très adéquat. Nous avons été très satisfait du service offert par l''employée pour la première étage et du docteur pour la deuxième étape. Malheusement, l'expérience de notre visite fut totalement gachée par deux aspects: 1). Le retard de nos rendez-vous respectifs de 45 minutes. Aucune excuses pour le retard mais plutôt des remarques désobligeante de l'employée. 2) La procédure d'obtention de la prescription devrait être sans argumentation arrogante lorsque nous choissisons de ne pas acheter immédiatement de verres correcteurs.
