Been trying for 3 days to get a simple doctor's note for my daughters daycare with no response from doctors VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. receptionist is very rude and doesn't care about children's well being. My daughters been now 3 days without her daily meds at daycare. VERY UNIMPRESSED with the service and rudness of the receptionist.

How does it take 7 days to send a prescription renewal to the pharmacy. Told it would be done by the end of the day when we called TWICE because it wasn't done when told we could pick up originally. Friday after close, at the pharmacy...quess what??? Prescription NOT filled. Daughters been without her DAILY meds for 4 days now. Incompetent staff, uncaring, no regard for childs wellbeing. The prescription isnt a Flintstone gummy vitamin. She needs it to survive. Pharmacy is no better. No follow-up with faxed renewals. Rude pharmacist. How is filling a prescription MY responsibility? They are paid 100k plus for this service. I guess Covid makes faxing and counting pills difficult for these overpaid "front-line" professionals.
