Dentist excellent however they cancelled my husbands appointment (1st one ) a few times which was odd. After that they sent a bill 3 months later stating they did not get paid by my insurer. They told me they submitted the request 3 times. Called my insurer and not only did they not submit it at all, they had only put through a claim for an additional expense that was to be approved for a future service. Of course when I called they were not the least apologetic. When I informed them they did not in fact submit anything, they did "again" and just like magic it went through. Was odd to me since they could tell right away when something would not be approved and had me pay out of pocket. The clincher was that the bill they sent me and what they submitted to my insurer was not the same at all. They added about $300 to my bill - so if I paid out of pocket and then tried to negotiate with my insurer it would have been me out that additional $300. Such a headache. Thought I would save myself the drive to London for a dentist bit not for that headache.

What an amazing Dentist. They took my appointment on short notice and relieved my problem swiftly. The office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. 5 out of 5 stars.

Great 1st visit today. Dr. Reimer was pleasant and the dental hygienist Sheila did a great job cleaning my teeth! Wonderful to talk to and worked around my hectic schedule! Front desk staff was very helpful as well when I lost my way on getting to this location!
