I have been going to Dr. Thompson for years now. I had my braces here and everything was amazing! I had braces for almost 4 years so I was there quite frequently. Years later, everything is still perfect. Today, Barb touched up the glue on my permanent retainer as it was getting warn down and checked out my night time retainer to make sure everything was aligned properly. Always great here! Highly recommend if you want a great smile !! Thank you so much.

Two of our children have gotten braces at Dr. Thompson's practice and we have had only positive experiences there. The staff is very courteous and Dr. Thompson would explain to us all of the different steps the boys would have to go through with their braces. Great establishment! Staff is always extremely kind. I had my braces on for almost 2 years over 5 years ago and when I misplaced my retainers recently, I just called and they scheduled me in right away to get new ones. Highly recommend coming here!

I had my braces done here before it was called Doc Braces and Dr. Thompson was still the owner. Today I had my first experience here under the new ownership and I was quite happy with my visit. I needed a repair done on a permanent retainer and upon going to the front counter to pay, I was given the option to pay $75 or write a review to cover the cost instead. I would certainly recommend them to anyone based on this.

I came in to get my retainer fixed on short notice, which i really appreciated. However, after not having had issues with a broken retainer in several years, this time when they fixed it it broke again within a week. I am kind of disappointed.

The staff are professional, friendly, welcoming, and diligent. They are compassionate with their care. Not gonna lie, I hate having people rummaging around in my mouth, but Dr Thomson's team at DocBraces has made the experience tolerable and positive!! Up until this year, I hadn't visited Dr. Thompson's since 2013 when I had my braces removed. I've always had an awesome experience with Dr. Thompson's team and my teeth look great. I went in a couple weeks ago to get mold for a new retainer and had another great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
