As far as my experience with the doctors is concerned, I have never had an issue. However, reception is terribly disorganized and frustrating to get a hold of. In addition to their inaccessible operating hours, on the two different phone lines I tried to contact, they both claim to be active at totally different times. Likewise, an hour window to make an appointment is inefficient. A new model is well overdue. Unfortunately, it has been this way for as long as I can remember. I feel bad for people who need to jump through so many unnecessary hopes to get an appointment that could be urgent. I expect better from professionals.

Sean Keyes used to be my family doctor. I never fully realized until a found a new one how completely awful this practice is. Making an appointment is nearly impossible. When you do see a doctor they seem to have no idea how to assess you and lack depth of knowledge, they don’t provide options for treatment and in general are terse and hurried and make constant mistakes. I had multiple prescriptions written by doctor Keyes be flagged by the pharmacist as the wrong medication or dosing. If you value your health find a better doctor.

If you people can't even answer the phones, how can the public give honest reviews? Here's my honest review. 1 Star. I have been trying to make an appointment for my elderly father who suffered a heart attack. ANSWER YOUR PHONES.

I really like my family Dr. and the care I get. However I can never get through to anyone to schedule appointments! I call rarely maybe once a year and it takes literally a week or two of calling every hour in order to speak to someone, that's if they're there at all and not a pre-recorded out of office message. Ive ended up going to the clinic/out patients rather than my doctor because of how impossible it is to get a hold of anyone. I would highly suggest either more staff or a phone service for this facility, it's frustrating and disappointing to not be able to get care on the rare occasions I need it.

terrible bunch of idiots, from the receptionist straight to the so called doctors. no one ever answers, the doctors are always away for some ungodly reasons, and you can never get any appointments short of 2 months. rude, inconsiderate, no concern for the people who pay their salaries to begin with. recommend going anywhere else.
