The doctors deserve the stars, they are friendly, professional in all their glory (I worked there for a shortest time). The secretaries are unbelievable (especially the blonde one) unfriendly, not helpful, they do not assume their responsibilities, no team spirit, the list goes on with admin...

Before, we had meetings in a few months when we called. Now if we call at 8 am on Monday morning we have an appointment the week after warranty. The only thing that hasn't really improved over the years however is the mood of the secretaries. (Original) Ça fais 30 ans que je fréquente cette clinique et il y a eu de nettes améliorations pendant les années, surtout pour le système de prise de rendez vous. Avant, on avais des rendez vous dans quelque mois quand on appelais. Maintenant si on appel a 8h le lundi matin on a un rendez vous la semaine d’après garantie. La seule chose qui ne s'est pas vraiment améliorer pendant les années par contre est l'humeur des secrétaires.

The doctors here are very friendly and helpful specially my doctor, dr Toye is very professional and even goes out of her way to try to help you with exams and appointments she will call you a lot of times herself to give you results and ask how you are. The nurses too, are very polite and friendly . The waiting time is good usually you don't wait to long for appointment. They have a sans rendezvous in the morning but only for the patients registered at the clinic. The ladies at the reception could be a bit more friendly and sympathetic to us sick people,when we call for appointment it seems we are bothering them and they aren't to happy to answering the phone but because of the good service of the doctors this clinic deserve 5 stars.

Very bad service when you are trying to get an appointment to see your family doctor. You try to phone in and it’s always busy. You show up at the clinic that is empty to only be told you have call by phone to make an appointment. Urgent matter seem not to be a serious subject to them. Secretly is even very arrogant.
