J'ai été reçu immédiatement par une gentille personne, qui a enregistré mon ordonnance et tout de suite je suis passé à l'infirmière qui a prélevé 8 éprouvettes, sans aucune douleur, une vraie pro. Gave me an envelope with the wrong documents (filled by my Dr for work which I needed asap), then the second time I passed to pick up my documents, still didn't know which ones and asked me to pass by a THIRD time, like I have nothing else to do with my life, finally when I got the fricken documents, they charged me 50$ for documents that I received LATE!!!!! Impossible to get service over the phone too, no one answers and cannot leave msgs. Hire people who are competent please!!
