WARNING!!!! NO ONE AT THIS CLINIC CARES ABOUT THE ELDERLY!! The worst experience of home service I have ever seen....???? An 87 year old man who has a gall bladder tube and bag attached into his body needed to be flushed everyday. One nurse decided she didn't want to drive to the house anymore for God only knows the reason. She made a decision herself to end the visits. (On who's authority)? He had only three days left to go, and they told him to go to the clsc by himself from now on. The service was extended to him by the hospital...! On who's authority does this UNPROFESSIONAL "nurse" or "care-giver" have to stop the service just 3 days before it is removed? This man sat on the front porch every morning waiting for someone to come for 4 days... Everyday From 9 am To 12 pm. No one came! And no one would come even when we called to ask why they wouldn't. They told him to take a taxi since he could not drive there himself!!!!! They said it was dangerous to not have the bag flushed everyday. Why then not send someone? The elderly have become obsolete and considered as garbage to be put out in this society. To these people at the CLSC, They have lost their usefulness on this planet. Karma...... This nurse will get older also and will see for herself how our caring and humane system works! Good luck finding anyone to help or care for you! Get another job if you don't care about people. The people are kind and very helpful to the community. Also there is a nurse. That you can reach 24 7 if you don't feel well and, if it necessary to see a doctor for help go to the emergency department at hospital with the information totally professional. To ad a bit more if you need help in any situation they take there time and if thy cant find a solution they will contact the right people so you can receive the help you need. Even take there time to talk with you about certain issues . Good people they are what i call pros.7

Je lui dit qu'elle me fait mal et elle dit que ce n'est pas normal que j'aille mal. Elle dit que j'ai l'oreille irriter et que cest mieux qu'on arrete , sauf que , je n'avais aucunement mal avant d'y entrer. Je lui demande si elle peut recommencer en pesant un peu moin fort ? Elle recommence , je le sens bien et je sens que ca nettoie mon oreille. Elle me demande si c'est correct , je lui dit que c'est parfait et tout d'un coup elle se remet a pousser vraiment fort avec son instrument dans mon oreille, assez fort qu'elle mas bouger la tete et fait tomber de l'eau du pot que je tenais pour contenir l'eau qui tombait et a soupirer quand elle a vu quelle en avait echapper sur la chaise que jetais assis en arrachant le papier qui etait sur la chaise . La madame ne sest pas excuser de me faire mal quand je lui ai dit qu'elle mas fait mal en poussant trop fort elle a seulement essayer de dire que j'etais irrité et que ce netait pas de sa faute mais je navais pas mal a loreille avant dy rentrer. Une mauvaise attitude , aucune competence , aucun professionalisme et un femme vraiment pas gentille qui n'aime pas son travail.
