Trois jours après mon dernier rendez-vous, mon fil d'orthodontie du bas (qui tient sans problème depuis plus de 10 ans), se décolle du côté gauche. Je rappelle donc pour prendre un rendez-vous pour faire le correctif et on m'annonce qu'il faudra que je débourse entre 100 à 200$ pour recoller mon fil. Évidemment je leur fait part que cela ne fait pas de sens et que l'hygéniste a fort probablement endommagé la colle autour du fil durant le nettoyage. Je prend tout de même un rendez-vous en attendant le retour de dentiste Rémillard. Information pertinente, cette clinique utilise un outil qui vibre pour le nettoyage, contrairement à d'autres cliniques. Une première expérience pour moi. Une semaine plus tard, et toujours pas de suivi de leur part, je rappelle pour obtenir un suivi et ont me dit que le dentiste me rappellera sous peu. Finalement, en soirée, la réceptionniste m'annonce qu'il faudra que je débourse les frais pour corriger la situation. Je trouve dommage que Dr. Rémillard n'a pas été en mesure de me parler directement et à fait faire la job 'à sa réceptionniste qui ne peut rien changer à la situation. Si vous êtes une personne qui a des fils d'orthodontie, je vous suggère de ne pas faire faire vos nettoyages dans cette clinique. Ce n'est pas un hasard que mon fil soit tombé 3 jours suivants mon rendez-vous. Je ne peux croire qu'un outil qui vibre de la sorte ne peut pas endommager la colle. Je ne suis pas du genre à écrire des évaluations de la sorte, mais le manque de professionnalisme du dentiste ainsi que le manque de service à la clientèle m'aura amené à me trouver un meilleur service dans une autre clinique.
