Felt rushed, first time meeting my new family dr. I feel as tho i would have had better results just going to a walk in. Definitely didn't seem like I was understood, nor did he try to understand. Asked me no questions... I wouldn't recommend this doctor for mental health related issues.

I have only been in the office once to meet Dr. Kahlon. I had been with my previous family doctor for 35 years (retired), so i was worried about finding a doctor that I could feel comfortable with and count on. Our meeting was good, but not having much interaction I was still a little apprehensive. Two weeks ago I had a bit of an emergency and called the office - the receptionist was AMAZING, very caring! I had a simple phone conversation with Dr. Kahlon who was also caring and went over my concerns. I have to say that I am happy with our new choice of our family doctor.

Dr. Harry Kahlon is an amazing Doctor! He diagnosed my health problems right away and gave me the necessary medications as needed. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

New Doctor. The receptionist was friendly and got me in quick. It is not a walk in clinic anymore. Geneva Family Practice is the new name. Dr Kahlon was nice and thorough. He is a doctor from the hospital. Gave me my prescription quick. Make sure to Call before you go.

Dr Kahlon is a good guy, but his office staff are rude, forgetful and extremely unprofessional. They took it upon themselves to cancel appointments without telling me, to throw out prescriptions that were supposedly waiting for me and have now added screaming to their repertoire. Upon discovering their incompetence, I asked to speak with the doctor and they asked me to leave! Michelle is the most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered. If she's still working there, don't go because she will make your visit awful and if you were already feeling awful to begin with.....

Dr. Kahlon himself was very personable and helpful during my first meeting with him. I was confident I had found the right family doctor. When I showed up for my follow up, the receptionist asked me, in a very rude tone " Are you here because you think you have an appointment with the doctor?". I replied that I was there because I had been scheduled an appointment on that day from his office. Apparently I was wrong and they had nothing booked in?..... Had recently been admitted to hospital. Doctors in hospital had advised me to get a referral to specialist and easiest way would be thru Dr. Kahlon. I called the office to explain the situation, I was in a hospital bed and needed a referral. The receptionist gave me nothing but attitude the entire conversation and proceeded to tell me she couldn't do it. I stressed the importance of the situation and she continued to talk down and give me attitude. The specialist at McMaster called personally and thankfully Dr. Kahlon ended up referring me. He is probably a wonderful Doctor. It's unfortunate and disappointing his receptionist is so rude and has such a poor attitude towards patients. I never want to deal with her again.

I'm new to St Catharines and went to this clinic with my wife who is not a resident yet. I communicated this fact in advance over the phone and was quoted $40. I reconfirmed this amount when I called to confirm my appointment (they did not call to confirm the appointment). I took $95 with us thinking I had more than double what they quoted. When we arrived they unapologetically told us that it was $100 and that it was CASH ONLY (super suspicious for a doctor right?). They told me there was an ATM 'down the strip mall'. When I came back with the cash the middle aged receptionist was frankly rude. I got the impression she did not like the fact that we were speaking Spanish (my wife's native tongue). She refused to tell us anything about what services the doctor would be able to provide in exchange for said cash. They were very eager to have me hand over the cash with no willingness to provide any details or reassurances. That's sad. You go to a doctor to feel welcome and safe. The staff at this clinic made sure we felt neither. 2 thumbs way down.

Horrible answer the phone!! very disrespectful. On call workers are disgusting who hangup on you before your done talking with them. I would not recommend Geneva family practice to anyone very very disgusted.

I have been here a few times over the past year and it has always been a great experience. The doctor is thorough and to the point. She explains things well. I have never had to wait long here either. Great team at this clinic. Thank you!
