An excellent dr.....a no nonsense to the point physician. I come from a medical family and appreciate his matter of fact diagnosis. Good with assessment and referrals and Pam is always a pleasure to deal with!

I would like to say he is one of the only physicians who listen to my concerns. I don’t self-diagnose as I am not trained as a physician. That is what he is trained to do. His caring, matter of fact manner and attention to detail indicated by the questions he asks help to get to the issue, while maintaining your dignity and treating you like a person. People need to be educated about health issues and make an effort. He is a very good physician not a miracle worker. There are rules and procedures that he must follow in taking on new patients. Find out about it instead of complaining. Kudos to his assistant Pam who is fabulous, caring, respectful, respects your privacy and is very knowledgeable. She is the “heart” of the office. Five star treatment from both.

A few family members and I found Dr. Jei a few years ago. Dr. Jei actually listens to what going on with you. Any visit I've had I felt listened to. I have not seen him as much as my other family members have. They all love him as a Dr The receptionist is AMAZING as well.

i been going to Dr. Jei for a few years now and every time i go i ask him questions and it seems like he tries to reassure everything fine but it just seems like he's casually brushing off/dismissing my issues. it just seems like he's rushing in patients in and out to fill in a doctor quota, rather actually helping his patients with their problems. Also now i have to wait a month to book appointments just to come in and only have 5 minutes to tell 1 issue per visit? is this fair? because it doesn't feel fair.

Absolutely a great doctor to have and the staff are very pleasant! He's very understanding and actually listens when you tell him issues that your dealing with then he works with you to solve the problem. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a G.P or even just to see him through the walkin clinic.

Seen dr J for a meet and greet, he made it sound like he was going to take me on as a patient and told me I'd hear back with the yes or no in a week. 2 weeks later i call the office and the secretary tells me they aren't taking me as a patient. Which is fine with me but at least give me a phone call so i can stop thinking I've found a family doctor and keep searching. Total waste of time do not reccomend this doctor or the clinic.

Absolute worst doctor I have ever had an experience with. Very arrogant. I had seen him multiple times and each visit get worse and worse. I had recently seen him for a “cold” I have been fighting for 3 months now. It had gotten worse so I went to see him and he laughed at me when I told him I was in pain, he told me they had “no magic” pill to cure a “cold”. He tried to prescribe me an inhaler for asthma (which I don’t have). The pharmacy asked him to change the prescription because I don’t have asthma and he refused. 2 hours later I went to the hospital and found out I have pneumonia. If I could rate a zero I would.

If I could put a zero I would! Absolutly discusted by the way this office is run my cousin had a baby and calls to have a check up done and a jaundes test done like she was told to from her dr when she left the hospital! Well she was told he's on vacation go to a clinic and the clinics refused so today the dr is back! And she calls to make A now almost 1 month check up for her daughter and the stupid receptionist says he's refusing to take any clinents under 5!!!! Well she could have said so almost a month ago! And now there refusing to send a referral for a pediatrision because she's not his patient but the mother is! What a joke this place is your response is go to a walk in clinic about anything and everything then what are you in business for!!! I defiantly recommend NOT going to this dr!!! There a joke!

Unfortunately there’s no Zero, call receptionist soo rude. I ask her how can I be patients she told me I can’t, I asked why she told me “I think I’m clear with you and you can’t be, and I should go know”. Evil rude woman.

Short wait times and straight to the point which is something I like. Making appointments and speaking to Pam is always pleasant. Very nice lady.

I would give Dr Jei a zero for he is an uncaring , judgemental ,over bearing , temperamental and unprofessional doctor who in my opinion has no place in being a family physician. I too experienced the same from him as the other complaints in these reviews . He never listened to my complaints never wrote many of them in my charts and even stated some of them were in my head ! On leaving his office many times I could not look at anyone and left quickly as he brought me to tears many times and on leaving his office almost every single time I felt beaten down , abused and mistreated ! I do want to say though Pam his receptionist is a loyal employee to Dr.Jei and the only reason we had issues was because of Dr.Jei and the way he treated me . I remember when I was hurt and stood in front of Pam bruised and beaten she looked into my eyes with tears in hers that touched my heart and at times I did hear her stick up for me when doctor Jei was being rude . I truly understand her dedication to Dr Jei that is her job and that is the type of person she is , even though there were times her and I did not see eye to eye in the end she helped me and wished me luck when leaving their office . For this I am truly grateful to her . There were many times I discussed my complaints with Pam and her face turned red from embarrassment for that I am truly sorry . A bad persons face does not turn red from embarrassment as they simply just do not care . Even when having issues with Pam I knew she is a good person that unfortunately is working for a doctor that simply just should not be in the medical field . He is a big baby who truly does doodle as a patient speaks , gets up and threatens to walk out when a patient disagrees with him and brow beats his patients . Many times I have seen him consulting Pam on his patients and if it were not for her that office simple would not run . So in saying all this I would give Pam a 5+ for her work and dedication to her job . One thing though she has to not let Dr Jei's behavior change her judgment of his patients I will not elaborate on that any further as I do not want to make her look bad because in the end I understand why she did the things she did , it was in sheer loyalty and devotion to her boss . Also to try and protect him . So there you have my review of Dr Jei and Pam . One thing I want to add Pam if you are reading this thank you for the times you helped me , the time you had tears in your eyes and in the end upon picking up my medical records. I hold no grudges for the times we did not see eye to eye I could hear in your voice , see in your eyes and face that you are not a bad person only misfortunate that you have chosen the wrong doctor to work for . I wish you all the best in life and may things change for you in your work . Take care you are a beautiful lady who deserves respect . Kudos to you Pam and again thank you so very much . Oh btw the comment with the face blackened out sure looks like Dr Jei and why hide your face unless you are hiding . As for the other comments I feel the are from close acquaintances of his and in fact the one I seen waiting for doctor Jei to finsh to leave with him so easy to make fake names and emails are very easy to create so not all that you read is true . Easy to add fake names to bring up his ratings . Or have friends help him there also . In saying that I want all to know my review is completely true statements of my encounters with Dr Jei and Pam so please if you are reading this review reconsider taking this man on as a doctor because this review is full of very true facts . Dr.jei is a disrespectful doctor I have ever talked to. For the past almost 4 years now I have been experiencing serious pain as well as other health issues. And after years of him telling me the blood iv been passing is in my head I get diagnosed with crohns.. now I am still having issues with my back of course and continues to tell me it is in my head even tho I have worked heavy labor jobs for almost 20 years and have injured myself several times... yet the pain is in my head and he says there is no nerves in your back.. yes he said that there isnt any nerves in your back.. he doesn't listen to anything I say or take anything seriously.. worst doctor ever.
