I have been a patient of Dr.Wong's for at least 10 - 15yrs now and find him to be an exceptional doctor. He takes the time to fully assess the issues, refers when necessary and is very professional. Over the years as the staff have come and gone I have had nothing but polite, curtious and helpful service.

Dr. Wong has been my family Doctor for years he is one of the best most thorough Doctors. He has long wait periods sometimes 3 or 4 hours that's the bad part. Try calling to make an appointment you might have a hard time for a few hours.Overall Dr Wong is one cof the best doctors and is well worth the wait.

You keep calling my number multiple times a day sometimes,I believe you're looking for the woman who number mine used to be, Caroline if I am correct. I've called you back atleast five times to ask if you could please make a note and delete my number from your call list and yet you KEEP calling my phone, PLEASE stop. The last four digits of my number are 9826. You called me today at 4:37 pm (June 19th). Please stop !

I don’t know who his receptionist is but she is unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t have any sense of what an emergency is and unfortunately her negligence is why I will have to switch family doctors after being with Dr. Wong for so many years.

I acknowledge the wait time is long, Dr. Wong makes up for it by caring for his patients. He takes time to listen and discuss options.

Be prepared to write off your day to go for an appointment. My record waiting time was 5 hours. During this time a walk-in patient who came after me saw the doctor before me. Another issue is depending on his mood, he will only see you for one issue per visit. If you try and get help with the 2nd issue, he will interrupt you and tell you that you did not mention it at the beginning of the checkup. I would probably only have him as a family doctor if you can't find any others in the area. I ended up finding a new family doctor in Niagara Falls and it has saved me time even considering that I live around the corner from Dr. Wong.

Very bad experience. Rude receptionist and can't even answer the question properly. We made an appointment with telephone consultation, however only the date without the time. I have been waiting for whole day and finally I called around 5:30pm to check the status. They didn't check the name on the list just told us keep waiting. I asked the time they are closing because I don't want endless wait. They told me "I don't know" They do not care about patient and just keep asking us to wait. I can wait but a time frame will be a better idea for your patient.

Tried booking an appointment on Monday morning Was hung up on multiple times by receptionist very rude. Had my mother called back to book my appointment was not given a timeframe to when he was going to call due to covid restrictions. I was only told it was sometime this afternoon. Waited all day on Thursday for a phone call now and it’s 4:30pm in the afternoon and still haven’t received one. Worst Doctor ever!!!! Very poor business practices. Doesn’t even deserve a full star.
