Bad customer service. I called to see Dr and receptionist told me it is open to 3pm. I came there 2:20pm and doctor was already gone.

The receptionist was very friendly, the waiting room was nice and clean. I was 9th in line and saw Dr. Shaker within an hour and a bit. She was very friendly and professional, and efficient and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience. :)

I saw Dr. William and had a really great experience. The waiting room was completely empty when I arrived and I was through within 15 minutes. I wouldn't have considered coming to the superstore walk in clinic in the past, but will definitely be back.

If you’re going to be closed for an extended period of time update on google! This location is terrible for not informing the public and being closed when you should be open. Maybe just close permanently and save everyone the hassle of arriving to a locked door. Dropped my daughter off in -38 temps and continued on to work. She ends up having to bus to another clinic because of your disregard. You’re a medical clinic. Try caring about your customers. It’s a simple process to update times on here. We do it all the time at my place of work.

I went to the clinic on a Friday and realised that it was closed. A piece of paper stated that it was closed for the day. Another piece of paper beside it stated that the clinic is open on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Even the website said it was open on Fridays. What a waste of my time.

Very bad service: The lady at the front desk is very rude. Additionally she was sick (coughing a lot) and she was not wearing her mask (who cares about Covid??) Then, I was the only patient at the clinic and they make me wait for more than 1 hr! .... I'm giving one star because the consultation went fine and the doctor resolved my problem...

Best kept secret in Winnipeg. I have been there three times and always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Saw three different doctors. Liked them all.

Doctor was good but the lady at the reception is not at all welcoming. Someone needs to teach her that working in public places is blessing, and if you welcome someone with a smile and a hello would not cost her anything..

The doctors are good here but the reception is not so great. I got a call which went to voicemail and said to call back. I have not been able to reach them for 2 days; apparently they dont answer the phone.

3rd time in a row I’ve arrived to the walk in clinic early, to be seen right at 9 only to be told the Dr won’t be in until 10. Completely unprofessional. Will not be going back. Secretary was not apologetic at all.
