I love Dr Ali, he genuinely cares about you as a patient, and the staff is very friendly when you're there... (I retracted and redacted my previous comment about never having their phones answered. They seem to be answering the phone now.) When doing blood work you need to guess when they should have gotten it, and then call the clinic to schedule a follow up. They will not call you to let you know your blood test has arrived. The online appointment system remains broken and has been so since the clinic first opened. But as long as they can answer the phone this is not an issue.

I was honestly always terrified of pelvic exams but Dr. ali showed care and answered all my questions! The clinic is super clean as well and I will definitely be back if I need anymore walk in visits!

Have seen Dr. Ali a few times. Very knowledgeable and listens to his patients. All 5 of my family members have transferred over to have Dr. Ali as our family physician. Appointments are on time and walk in is never a brutal wait time. Can't say enough good things about this doctor and this clinic!

The staff are rude, unprofessional and have no patient care. They never answer the phone. They did not communicate with us regarding our medical test results for several weeks. They responded in a very rude way when I was blaming them for their delay. I will never go there again.

I got there at 4:25 and the light was off,i called and they said is close for the day. What is the point to post open hours from 9 am to 5 pm if they close at 4-ish.? Please update open hours, thanks.

On Saturday, business hours are until 5 pm, I arrived past 4 and a lady prevented us from entering saying they took last patient at 4 pm. She was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful not even an apology for the inconvenience, or trying to reorient us to another clinic. All she cared about was us, not entering. We paid our Uber back and forth for nothing. I called another clinic and they were happy to receive us up to 15 minutes before closing time.

Dr Ali treated my daughter for a injured lower back. He was so kind, and went above and beyond where he let her stay in one of his treatment rooms until I retuned with a prescription. His pharmacist was great too where he gave my daughter free bottled water and crackers so she could take the meds right away.

In my opinion Dr.Ali is arrogant and doesn't know anything about the medical field. I started seeing Dr.Ali around a year or so ago and noticed over the time he became more rude and the way he speaks to you is very demeaning. I strongly recommend that you do not go to this facilty. His whole attitude on things is very unprofessional so please go elsewhere

We visited this clinic this morning as out of province patients for my mother’s injury and we were amazed at the 5 diamond experience we received from calling clinic for inquiry for appointment to the arrival, the greeting, the fast and professional service. The staff was phenomenal, very friendly and so sweet. It was a one stop shop, got prescription right there. We highly recommend to everyone. Great experience Clinic was small but efficient Wait was quoted at 30 min, but probably closer to 20. All the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. Facility was modern and clean. Can’t ask for a better walk in experience.

Throughout my pregnancy, I was supposed to get more tests done. I've never got the genetic screening test at 15 weeks, I've never got sent for any other ultrasounds at 32-34 weeks to see if my baby was breech. I found out at 36 weeks + 3 days that she was breeched and she won't budge! I had an issue with my requisition paper for my bloodwork when I was supposed to get my 2 hour glucose test that he marked the wrong boxes... I know everyone makes mistakes but I had a difficult time trying to call the office to get him to fax over a new requisition sheet to the Dynacare near me. I tried calling every 10 minutes for an hour to see if I can reach someone since I just wanted to get the test done and over with to see if I'm diagnosed with gestational diabetes - thank goodness I'm not! My last few 15 minute follow-up appointments appointments with this doctor has been between 6 to 8 minutes. I've been timing my sessions with my phone just to get an average. All he's done was check my blood pressure, weight, and sent me on my way since everything was fine. I had to go find my own OBGYN and gave him a name to be referred into her care. Upon finding out that I was missing a whole bunch of tests, I became a little displeased about my care with this family doctor. Will I go back? Not if I get pregnant again, I'll go see my OBGYN for the next set of babies if fate allows. I have PCOS and I don't know if this child would be my first and last because of my 2 years of struggle with infertility issues. I'm almost 38 weeks now, I've been praying and trying inversions to try to get his baby flipped! If I can't deliver her naturally, it is what it is... As long as she comes out healthy in the end. Perhaps I'll see Dr. Ali if I'm sick and need prescribed meds or referral to a specialist.

Went here for my Moderna booster shot. Sat in a small cramped closet. Vaccinator was fine but the mess all around was ridiculous. Open syringe disposal box, absolutely overflowing. Syringe caps laying all over. Absolutely disgusting. No social distancing at all. No enforcement by the staff. Thought I'd complain but just wanted to get out of there ASAP.
