When I was here the doctor was googling my symptoms and what medication to give me. ETA At my last visit, someone's entire medical history was on the computer screen for me to see for half an hour before the doctor showed up, if I so chose to read it. Is that not a breach of privacy? I can only imagine mine was just as on display after I left. This place is absolutely horrible and needs to be shut down.

Doctor googled my symptoms, treatment, then dosage for the prescription right in front of me. She even showed me a photo of what I might have and straight up asked me "Is this what you have?" I didn't go to med school, you tell me. Yikes.

Dr. Jamal shouldn’t have a license to pratice. Might as well search on google or do self-medication rather than waste your time with her “consultation”. Not a very helpful doctor at all.

Such bad service. I used to be dr Haseeb's patient. As one example among a few, I made an appointment first thing in the morning, I was the first patient and...she came in 1.5 hours late!!!! How is that even possible?! She never even apologized, acted as if everything was normal, in the meantime, I was just baffled, couldn't believe the nerve. Who are these doctors accountable to? I mean, how dare she? Also, she does not "converse", she MUMBLES and doesn't even look the patient in the eyes. Needless to say, I soon changed to a different family doctor. HOWEVER, I looked into reporting this kind of behavior and I was not able to understand where I can file a complaint.

Reception staff was friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Cheung -really nice guy, asked a lot of questions. It's not a luxurious office but it does the job and I got in to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time.

They say online they’re open at 9 AM on Saturdays when you show up there’s a sign in the window that says they open at 10 on Saturdays. Then, when you come back at 10, the receptionist tells you that the doctors arrive “around 11.” When I asked her about the sign saying 10 and that it really needs to be fixed, she said, “oh, they know, they tell us to just apologize and make people wait .” There are plenty of other walk-in clinics, Google another one, don’t give this place your business.

I saw Dr. Chenug for back and neck pain and was there only to get a referral but he actually spent time explaining proper posture, key exercises and was very caring and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to discover the root cause and gave me a proper assessment.

A friend recommended the clinic because she said the wait is never very long. I called and asked if I should make an appointment and the receptionist was very helpful. I was seen the same day, the wait wasn't long. I had bloodwork done immediately and my problems were assessed as well as a follow-up booked.

Dr. Jamal was super helpful to me, always talks positively and with a smile. I go there as a walk in patient and i rarely waited. Generally things work pretty smooth.

Great place dr.Chenug was so nice. They renovated and all new staff from what I can see. Everyone was super personable and nice. The 2 front girls are awesome! Having the ability to get a EKG within mins is so convenient.

Last week Saturday I had some crazy uti symptoms. I know what a uti feels like, I've had them before, many times. All the walk in clinics were closed, so Sunday morning I got up and went to one, it was already full, so I went to an unfamiliar one. I peed in the cup, returned it, waited a few minutes and sat in the doctor's office. A male doctor came in, left the office door open and sat down at the desk. He introduced himself and asked me what he could do for me. I said I believe I have a uti and I need a prescription for it. He then ranted to me about how we don't need to hand out antibiotics like this. And that rather than chemistry he should have been made to take anthropology in med school. At this point I was rather annoyed. I just wanted to get my prescription and leave. I was in pain, tired and rather frustrated at the fact that I had been in the bathroom every five seconds. He finally gives me my prescription, without asking for any medical history until I'm half way out the door when he asks what medications I'm on. I tell him. He says it should be fine and I leave. I drop my prescription off at the pharmacy and leave to wait the half hour it should take. About five minutes later I get a call. It's the pharmacy telling me that the medication I've been prescribed can cause heart arithmia... That's no good, I have a family history of heart problems, my father has had three heart attacks in the last year. She tells me she's going to get in contact with the doctor and get my prescription changed. Wait a full week. My symptoms have returned and they're even worse. I finallg call the pharmacy only to get told the doctor just never responded... I'm now waiting again for my prescription so I can get this stupid uti fixed. ... My spouse tried to call the clinic to find out what's happening. They refused to speak to him and forced me to call while I was. In dire pain. Then they refused to admit fault. So a week later I finally have my medication. I'm hoping that the infection hasn't gotten worse.

They make you wait more than 2 hours if your walking in . And if you have appointments still wait for atleast 30 mins. Worst walk in clinic as we went there just for once just because it was close to our home never visiting again.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years, since I've moved to Winnipeg. Unfortunately, I get nothing but snotty, unhelpful attitude from the receptionists. There are two doctors I've seen over the few years and one (Dr. D. Lam) is always patient, understanding and helpful. However, when he's not there I see Dr. M. S. Paracha, whom is never patient or helpful. Today I went in to request basic blood work and a doctor's note because I experienced issues with fainting the day prior. I wish this wasn't true, but he refused to assist me, saying he doesn't hand out doctor's notes unless he can see his patient is actually sick (which is understandable). I then proceeded to explain to him that was WHY I was requesting blood work - to try and see if I maybe have a deficiency which would've caused the abnormal fainting. He raised his voice, and cut me off and literally said "no, you're a liar, you're asking for a note, not blood work" ......... I understand we all have bad days, but really? So I again, tried explaining that was why I was there sitting in his office, trying to ask for blood work to FIGURE out why this happened. He was basically yelling at this point, just calling me a liar, over and over again and waved me out of his office. Situations like that, are why I'd rather NOT go to a doctor, and just try to figure things out on my own. I can't speak for any of the other doctors at that clinic, as I've never seen them. But with the continuous disappointment from their front end staff (receptionists) and extremely aggressive ignorance from Dr. M. S. Paracha, I don't see this place deserving anything more than a 1 star rating. If anyone ever needs to go to the clinic, I do however recommend Dr. D. Lam - he's exactly what a doctor should be. It's a disgusting to see people like Dr. M. S. Paracha in a medical career.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Huge waste of my time. When i approached the counter, the 2 women were gossiping about something and i waited for 10 seconds for her to attend to me. Then i took the initiative and said "hello." And she looked at me out of the corner of her eyes, with a squint, and said "one moment". Then went back to gossiping. So i said "im wondering if i can see a doctor today", and she got me in line for a doctor. Then, after waiting for 25 minutes, i approach the counter and ask when my doctor will be ready. They say they called my name 2 minutes ago. I didnt hear it, at all. So i wait again. 10 minutes later im called into the doctors room. I waited another 25 minutes in there, so ive been here for an hour now and finally see the useless doctor they sent me. she just used google to look up my problem and told me whatever google said. how long did she go to school, just to do that!! So i wasted an hour of my day hoping to solve my health problem but it is not solved, at all. I could have saved an hour by googling and i suggest you do too.

During this Covid time I had no intention of attending a Walkin clinic but due to an unforeseen accident I popped in to this clinic. A friendly receptionist & very experienced doctor made stitchIng my wound up to be as “pleasant” an experience as it could be!

Dr. Cheung is my family doctor. He is always nice and knowledgeable. He will take time to explain what's happening with your health. Not sure why they have low rating but I always have a good time here and I never waited.

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this clinic. don’t do your COVID test there. The doctor shoved the swab all the way to my brain. I did COVID test twice before going to this clinic and it never hurt like this. Guess what? my so called test result in their clinic came inconclusive. I don’t even know what’s that. They refused to refund me or re-do another test for me. Missed my flight because of them. I Paid a lot of money for NOTHING in that clinic.

I called at 2:00 pm to see if i came down I would be seen by 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:30 and sat until 4:30. Give me a break! All u have to say is no! This building is disgusting and I’ve seen cleaner hog barns. Medical establishments in this provinve should be held to a higher standard of service and cleanliness! Ew!

I wish i could give them 0. This clinic is a ripp off. As one of my family member travelling out of canada and my mother had a covid test. This clinic charges 300 which is fine, but gives the report which is not according to Govt of canada requirement while travelling out of canada, so we had an issue at BC airport and we have to do test again by paying extra 500 to get rush service. And when we asked for refund because the report was wrong, they have refused it. so whoever is getting test here please save your money and try somewhere else. Worst services

Been waiting for two hours and counting, for the Doctor to look at my daughters eyes... came here because it’s the closest walk-in, but never again. There are three receptionists at the front desk and only one is actually taking appointments, she’s also cleaning rooms, calling patients, and mailing stuff... the other two are doing their own thing, leaving whenever they want for smoke breaks and store runs... there is only ever one doctor here at a time and they always make you wait. There is a reason they never update the wait times on medimap.ca

Extremely unprofessional staff, including receptionists and Dr. Jamal - probably the worst doctor I've seen with the worst bedside manner. I waited two hours to talk to the doctor. Not only did she waste my time but she also hung up on me during the phone appointment that lasted 2 minutes and 40 seconds. It's a shame that she calls herself a physician.

I would love to rate Dr.Paracha no stars. I have a severe disease and was hospitalized at HSC, i have been suffering in pain since. He refused to even look at my files from HSC. He scoffed at the notion that i was sick and to top it off he told me my liver was where my intestines are! Why is he a gp? He is a joke, avoid him at all costs. Your life may depend on it.
