I booked an initial appointment with Dr. Sonoiki and when I went they had no record of the appointment. Then I waited for 50 minutes as a walk-in and have up when I learned it'd be another 30 minutes. Not a good first impression, and a big waste of time. I'm going to find a different doctor, and, I don't recommend going here.

‘Doc, my has been hurting for a year and just swoll up like a baseball”. Doc: “take anti-inflammatories”. Me: “doc, but there’s something wrong with my elbow!” Doc: “ there is friction in the joint”. Me: “ why is there friction??” Doc:”ok, you can get a X-ray if you want”.

Terrible service I came to the doctor's office with my child and explained his issue and the doctor is straight-up refused to see me and said he would not be giving me Healthcare at all. I'm seriously struggling with this issue and the doctor won't even talk to me. I have a child and it is so difficult just to get him to the doctor's office never mind having to go from office to office trying to get a doctor to listen to me. Edit: Says please know that we're here for you and your family except when myself and my family needed you you were not there for me. So thank you for lying right to me.

Very professional, I didn’t have to wait too long to see doctor, staff went out of their way to find me a taxi to get home (even bringing a chair for me as I waited for the cab beside the front door).

A few months ago, I was looking for a place where my family and I could have our family doctor. I found Marion Medical Center. It is an excellent, clean place, just like a clinic should look. The people there are amiable, and we don't have to wait long to be seen. This place has a pharmacy which saves me time when I have to buy my medications. The pharmacy staff is very competent, friendly, and always willing to help and explain the taking of medicine (necessary when you have children). Dr. Taiwo Sanoki is exceptionally kind. My family loves him, always ready to help.

Following an accident from prepping dinner, I needed to get stitches. All walk-in clinics in my area were closed or close to closing (6pm) and the wait times at Urgent Care was 5-7 hours. I found Marion Medical Centre in a Google search and saw that they were open till 8pm. Not only were they open later than other clinics, but the staff were super friendly. I was out within an hour. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

we brought our toddler to the clinic for the first time tonite. our pediatrician clinic has not responded to messages for past two days. the marion medical centre being open till 8pm at night were very happy to receive our visit. our daughter had a thorough exam with Dr. Sonoiki who was kind, patient and explained things in a very simple manner. i highly recommend this medical clinic to all patients. the clinic was spotless and has a pharmacy attached for easy access to prescriptions. my drug insurance card was accepted and processed efficiently by the pharmacist so costs were reduced. the receptionist was also kind and efficient. i will definitely be returning to the clinic again.

Just tried to take my 5 month old in here to see a doctor. I told them I have not received a MB health card number for her yet. After waiting 20 minutes they told me I would have to pay $40 to see a doctor, but they dont have debit. So I should pack my baby up, go to the bank, and then come back. Immediately after this I went to a pharmacy where they were able to quickly call and get me my daughters number from mb health. Why couldn't the staff at the clinic have done this or informed me that I could call and get the number? I'll be taking my baby elsewhere to be looked at. Ridiculously unhelpful.

Nicest group of people I’ve ever met, down to earth, thoroughly went through all the possibilities with me of what could be causing me to be sick. Customer service was outstanding, going above and beyond when it was clearly not required. Thank you so much to the front desk attendant that continued to help me find my way there and back aswell as home on such a hot day. I wish you all the very best and will see you again soon.

Dr Marc F is a very condescending and an unprofessional doctor. All he does is google your symptoms. He's extremely rude, creepy and very odd to say the least.

My appointment with Dr Taiwo was quick and informative! He listened to my concerns and worked with me on my prescription to make sure I would be comfortable and getting the right care. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist Dr Arif was kind and very fast to fill my prescription. The hours and workdays are really convenient for someone who works Monday-Friday 9-5 and can’t get off work easily for appointments. I am going to transition over to this clinic for my general health!

Dr. Ghoneim was nice enough. Has issues listening. Repeatedly told him I need a sick note for monday to friday. Claims I said no such thing. Pay, get note with single day only. Told I would have to wait another 45 minutes to see him again to get it fixed.

We had the most lovely doctor visit ever in Winnipeg. Once we arrived we were greeted by the most helpful receptionists they showed a lot of support and empathy with our appointment. The two wonderful receptionists were full of positivity and a wonderful demeanour in booking our doctor appointment. Dr. Sonoiki what a remarkable doctor very thorough and very understanding. It’s a wonderful doctor and patient experience I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an incredible walk-in doctor facility.It’s located at 172 Marion in the heart of Saint Boniface with ample parking for patients. Please note do not park in the doctors reserve spots. We will see them again for all our medical needs. Very happy patient and future visits forthcoming. Sincerely

first things first the ladies at the front desk are so nice and welcoming! I came as a walk in and it was very quick. I saw Dr. Sonoiki, he was very helpful and kind. Great place!

Very disappointed with Dr. Joundi. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. My appointment was at 7:30 pm and I didn't leave the clinic until 10 pm! Not once did the Dr. or his receptionist apologize to me. Dr.Joundi has no bedside manner. The surgery was done in a room that looked like a supply closet with stuff everywhere. Didn't seem very sterile. They had their sterilizer just laying open during the procedure. He froze my arm and then started cutting right away. I told him I could still feel it and he ignored me and kept cutting. I had to mention multiple times that I could feel it before he gave me more freezing. Still felt it afterwards and told him and he ignored me. Finally just sucked it up even though I could feel what he was doing. Dr. Joundi seemed all over the place during the procedure. He was looking for gauze and asking his receptionist for a bandage. He gave me no post opp instructions afterwards. Just said don't get your arm wet. I asked when I could return to doing exercise again and he didn't give me an answer. When booking my follow up appointment I mentioned to the receptionist that this appointment took a long time and I didn't want to have to wait this long again and she she just ignored me. Gave me my card and said removing sutures is much quicker. It wasn't the length of the appointment I had an issue with, it was waiting to be seen.

Dr. Sonoika (hope I spelled it right) is a very caring and loving doctor. He is also a very busy man and even though he is a busy man he took the time to really listen a set me up with the right resources for my issues. He is also very easy to talk with and he really listens even when the time doesn't permit. I also really enjoyed his bluntness and how straight forward he was on my first two visits which where just walk-ins. My third visit was the best one of all and with good reason as it was my appointment to make him my permit family doctor. I am very grateful for how quick but effective and efficient he was in setting me up with the above mentioned resources. The clinic staff and Dr. Sonoika are great communicators and that is something that is hard to come by these days. Once again grateful and blessed to be a patient of his and his clinic!
