Been seeing Dr Masumi Dendakar for a few years now, she treats me really good and actually cares. Which is so rare, i had depression for years and no doctor would help me, saying i should just exercise and eat healthy (these are true, but if you have an actual imbalance in the brain it’s so hard to be productive.) She was the only one who took me seriously and taking anti depressants total changed my life and made me more productive and active. I’m so thankful for that, she’s also reliable. My mom see’s her now and my mom is so thankful for her. ❤️

I wish I can give 0 as mark. The Philippino guy at the front desk is extremely rude in person and over the phone. We are calling because we are sick. We need compation or empathy. This is not customer service. OMG. He can arg with a sick person without any regret. This is sad

No idea what these other reviews are talking about. Yes, it's a doctor's office, you have to wait to see a doctor, even if your appointment is at 2:00PM. Bunch of Karens. All the doctors care very much there. Never had anything but nice things to say about this clinic.

Very disappointing service from this location. I had been a long time client of Dr Dandekar but had not seen him in a few years because I've been healthy. When I called for an appointment to get a check up, they would not take me as a patient...basically patient abandonment and being penalized for being in good health. Very disappointing service. Don't go here.

I go to Dr. andy and find him extremely thorough , nice, and have been a couple of times to walk in and all the doctors are great. The reception staff go out of their way to accommodate you when you call there and when there.

I have been coming in as a walk in for a few years now. I have seen Dr. Andy, Dr. Masumi & Dr. Din. I have no complaints about any of them. I felt that all of my issues have been adequately addressed during each visit. The front staff have also been courteous.

I would give them fewer stars if I could. Very unprofessional staff at the front. Very dehumanizing experience getting a pelvic exam there. Horrible wait times even with an appointment. Applying to get a new doctor and will use the walk-in at Access Saint-Boniface as an interim.

I love this place. I have been with Dr. Andy Dandekar for 3 different clinics now, and this one's been the best. Front desk staff are fantastic and always super nice, and the Dr's really take time to make sure you are heard.

Don’t see Dr. Mostafa. Had a four hour attack of intense back pain, nausea, and heart pain. Went to Dr Mostafa, he told me I’d basically told him no symptoms he could diagnose and wanted to send me on my way. Had a recommendation from my GD for a test for possible pancreatitis for the next I had an attack. He asked me ‘why’ I thought that was the issue. I told him because it fit every symptom, then listed them again. He said nothing about why he thought it wasn’t and wrote me a scrip for the test ‘to make me feel better.’ Condescending, rude, not knowledgeable. Other than him, booking process was easy and got in right away first thing in the morning. Can’t speak for other doctors in the clinic. Overall unpleasant experience.

When you book an app expect to wait an hour after your app time. Doctor misdiagnosed me and they seem to rush and don’t care. It’s like a fast food place for doctors. I had to go to the ER and get proper diagnosis and treatment, bc i was in such pain. They don’t seem to know what they are doing, i will be going somewhere else.

Lovely place. A true gem of a medical clinic. I've been to other clinics and I'm used to waiting 3 hours before I see the doc, it took literary less than 20 mins for them to see me. Very hard working doctors who are also very kind. Great place to go to!

I wanted to share my latest experience, which is not the only time I’ve been treated with such disrespect from the short stout woman at the front desk. About a month ago I had seen Dr. Dandekar (who is wonderful!) but unfortunately my prescription had run out and my issue had started to flare up again (skin infection behind my ear so I was unable to wear my glasses). So on Tuesday this week I called the front desk to see if he would be able to just write another one rather than wait 1 hour or more to ask the same, simple question. Front desk had me call the pharmacy next door to fax it over so he could sign it. So I did. I called back about a half hour later asking how long it might be, so I might be able to pick up on my way home from work). Front desk being unable to give me a definitive answer I decided to bite the bullet and just go in. After being promptly seated I proceeded to wait 45 minutes at which point I had to go back to work. I stopped at the front desk and asked POLITELY how long the prescription might take. This short stout woman at the front desk then decided to tear me a new one in front of patient now in the waiting area and her colleague beside her about my impatience (and this was not the first time so I wasn’t about to hang my head and walk away) my response was “pardon me but I think I have a right to at least as if my prescription will take 1 hour or two days”. She was pretty quiet after that. BY THE WAY THE PHARMACY DIDNT RECIEVE IT UNTIL YESTERDAY. A whopping FOUR DAYS to get a prescription. I had already since then went else where and will never return and will not recommend. Again, dr dandekar is a wonderful man/DR. That woman at the front desk needs to reevaluate herself and her career. Obviously she is not in it for her compassion towards the field or patients.

I agree, making an appointment is a waste of your time. I've been going to Dr Andy for 13 years and this clinic he is in now, is the worst for scheduling. The staff seem clueless as they make me wait 30 to 60 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, but have NO problem allowing walk-ins to go ahead of me. If I could find another doctor I would but the system in place to find a doctor is a joke.

This review is specifically for Dr Raimondi. I saw her for an exam. She was running late and I'm ashamed to say I was irritated and not in the best of mood. However the minute she entered the room she had a very pleasant personable easy going demeanor, she made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. This is the first time I have ever met this physician, she did not rush but took the time to ask relevant health related questions. I automatically felt comfortable asking her my personal health related questions; questions I have never felt comfortable asking my present or past physician(s). I left the clinic feeling like a small weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Women and men out there the therapeutic relationship is very important. Please don't settle for one where your needs and concerns are not met or were you don't feel comfortable to, or are not heard, when you express your medical concerns.

Arrived on time for my appointment, receptionist said hello and didn't ask for my name or anything. Half an hour later, I find out I'm not in the queue and am now behind all the walk ins because I didn't check in. Probably a great clinic for walk ins though!

I have been abandoned by two physicians and this clinic now. My first doctor left and passed me off to another doctor of this clinic. I met with the new doctor as required for a ‘meet and greet’ appointment. Basically, just for billing as I was already a patient of this clinic. It had been a year since this ‘meet and greet’ and I called to make an appointment for a health issue. I was told that the second doctor I had left the clinic six months previously. The clinic has told me that I need to go somewhere else because they are not taking ‘new patients’. I didn’t realize after coming to this clinic for three years I was a ‘new patient’. So, six months previously when I didn’t need a doctor, I wasn’t told mine had left. When I was calling for an appointment and need a doctor, I was abandoned by this clinic.

I wish i could post the picture I took of the 5 feet of brown, dried, splatter on the wall off the exam room just waiting for some child to touch and put their hands in their mouth. The doctor was looking directly at me and couldn’t have missed it behind me. It was planned to be our last visit there anyway.

Dr. M. Dandekar is awesome! Quick, efficient and and an excellent listener. The staff there are polite and accommodating. HIghly recommend going here as a walk-in clinic!

Is the turtle at the front desk going to be in that tank permanently? I have worked with turtles for over 10 years and the general rule of thumb is they need about 10 gallons of water per inch of turtle. I’d approximate that this turtle is about 4-5 inches. At most there is 5 gal of water in this tank. He needs 40-50 gal of water. He is clearly in distress due to lack of space.

The doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff though are a little rude. I went to see Dr. Masumi Dandekar for my own check up. She was very helpful as always. Before I left the clinic I talked to the receptionist and made an appointment for my 11 month old daughter to have her vaccines administered at her 12th month. She’s in their system as we’ve been to the clinic several times before for her routine checkups. Receptionist booked and confirmed the appointment with me. When I went to the clinic with my daughter for her vaccines two weeks later, I was told that the appointment booked for that day is for me and not for my baby. I said, no that’s is wrong. It’s for her 12th month vaccine. The receptionist then told told me why would they have my name instead of my daughter in their system if I booked for her. I answered I do not know. I spoke to one the receptionists in person the last time I was here and booked the appointment for her. In the end they were able to sort it out and give my baby her vaccines. This isn’t the only time I had a terrible experience with the front desk. But again, I am thankful and happy with the doctors as they are very good at what they do.

My daughter & I left our doctor of 18yrs to come to this clinic, as we were initially impressed with the service. Not so any more. My new doctor left, without anyone contacting me. Wouldn't even give met time to find a new one, or refill Rx. Told me to go to a walk-in-clinic and find a new doctor. Just horrible treatment of patients.

Extremely rude service at the front desk every time whether you call or walk in. Would give a zero if I could, due to the sheer disrespect from the people behind the desk not only do they lack respect but they lack knowledge. My doctor is wonderful just wish the experience wasnt so miserable every time I have to interact with the assistant's.

This place is absolutely horrible for Scheduling. I am new, and both times i only got in 30 minutes after my actual appointment time, and the 3rd time for blood work, they sent me across the street, because their lab tech was late. Find a better clinic that actually can keep an appointment.

Out of evry clinic or doctor's office that I've been to this place has been the most kind, most efficient and most professional. I don't understand people complaints about waiting a extra 30 min, that's extremely common at any place. The previous appointment before yours could be an estimated 30 minutes but due to other circumstances turned into 45. Dr. Bharj is great. Great communication, easy to talk to and honest.

Doctors here are fantastic and do walkins for a couple hours everyday. Can always get in with a tight schedule or last minute "emergency". Girls up front can be rude at times but its a busy office and theyre prob doing their best..
