The Doctors are REALLY GOOD, BUT the office itself lack in some stuff. Hard to reach them, we leave messages for 3 to 4 times to receive a call back and they almost NEVER answer the phone. Really complicated to get information or book appointments.

Dr.patterson was a nice doctor, good to work with until last 2 apts she had a fill in dr. DR.lanthier.... the most invasive apts were handled by this new doctor resulting in 2 unsuccessful sweeps. 3rd baby and i have had successful sweeps in the past, this doctor seemed very inexperienced and didnt answer a single question clearly about induction. I left on my due date confused and completely discouraged. I was given 2 different dates for fetal assesment called them to ask to clarify which one was correct and they didnt call back until the day after my apt. Im not a first time mother and not a difficult paitent. My apts are quick and to the point. This was the worst experience i have had at the end of any of my pregnancies. If you have DR.lanthier as fill in, ask for another doctor to do a sweep as she is very inexperienced and will not give you a clear answer on questions such as effacment, dialiation and what your options are for induction. Remember Avoid this doctor in your latter apts and for any help or encouragment in regards to inducing labor. Avoid this doctor if your a first time mother, no table side manner and very little empathy towards labour. I wish i would have asked for a more experienced doctor to perform a second sweep.

Amazing experience with my first child, came back for my second pregnancy. I always get in on time or early, all questions are answered or directed to a resource. Made me feel relaxed with my first pregnancy and comfortable to come back for the second.

What's the point of booking an appointment if you're gonna be seen an hour later? This happened several times. Staff weren't even apologetic and accommodating. Our OB GYNE was okay.

Dr Crow was great, but his receptionist was rude and lacked people skills. I asked for my next appointment to be on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday because the other 2 days I'm at my office. I thought that was a reasonable request. She seemed annoyed with me though. She picked a Friday and I said oh I'm sorry I'm actually getting married then. It was a funny coincidence I guess. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me and looked completely disgruntled. It was awkward.

I've had phenomenal experiences with both of my children. My OB was Dr. Anttila and I thought she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very open to any questions you may have. She is very efficient, although some people may interpret that as being rushed along. I would recommend her without any hesitation to anyone who needs an OB. For delivery, I had Dr. Awadalla, who was also fantastic. He made both birthing experiences as good as they could be with his skill and sense of humour. I can't comment on the other doctors in this office as I did not have any personal dealings with them.

Other than a few appointment errors., Being forgotten about twice and on occasion feeling rushed. I've had a pretty good experience with my OBGYN for my first pregnancy. I really like the nurses he works with too. They always answer any questions or concerns I have. I would suggest my dr to my friends and family.

Amazing staff love my OBGYN they are very busy and overworked but still have always been very personal and always make sure to give you a time frame to be expected, love this office and all the receptionists. Only downfall is when you call the directory is off and never gives you the right extension to the Dr you're looking for.

With my two pregnancies I’ve seen quite a few of the doctors (between regular visits with my OB Dr Sabeski and emergency visits and visits while my doctor was away) and they have all been amazing. Staff was friendly and courteous and I never had a wait time. My girls were delivered by two fabulous doctors from this clinic and I would recommend the clinic to anyone

This is my second pregnancy but first pregnancy at this clinic. Dr. Katz has never made me feel rushed and answered all the questions I've had. The receptionists are always very kind. There's a couple times where I've had to call the doctor on call and both times they were also very kind. When the time comes for baby #3 I'll be coming back and would definitely recommend Dr. Katz to my family and friends.

(June 16, 2021 around 12:10pm was when I went here for my appointment. It was my first time here, so I didn't know where to go. And typically, clinics, hospitals and such, have receptionists (I didn't know that the doctor i was seeing was supposed to be the one that checks me in. So when I got there, I approached a random desk. I told them about my appt. and which doctor I was seeing, and one of the ladies at the desk said "well, you're supposed to be over there with Dr. Taylor and not here" in a tone like she was annoyed with me, like I was supposed to know that. So I apologized and said "oh sorry i didnt know, i dont have my glasses with me so i can't see" and after i said that, I noticed that one of them rolled their eyes at me. As I was leaving, i heard them talking about me/whispering to each other "she looks so young/underage to be here", that comment did not sit right with me. I didn't feel safe to be there. So i went up to Dr. Taylor's desk, but oh boy, she had the same tone and attitude. I told her i was supposed to see her and so she ask me about my address, if i had recently moved so i said yes and she said "I cant change your address for you, you're gonna have to do that yourself" in the same tone those first 2 ladies i talked to had, I WASNT EXPECTING HER TO CHANGE ANYTHING. And having your address changed DOES TAKE A WHILE! so when she told me to have a seat, i told my bf all about it and I left, because i DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE STAYING THERE. First visit, and already had a bad experience. Im going to be asking my doctor at dakota clinic to send me somewhere else, because i dont wanna go to a place where i feel unsafe and causes stress on me and possibly my baby. rude fckn staffs.

Im on my third pregnancy, will not be coming here, Me and my partner are a interracial couple, I grew up with many different races of people, I never knew Prejudice or racism until I came here. When my white partner would first come with me cus I was a little nervous it being my first pregnancy n all. He told me it would be ok and yea after awhile I got more comfortable with going to my appointments alone. When I’d go here alone I was treated like dirt by the doctors (weren’t answering my questions or concerns about my baby, I was always rushed out and they were passive aggressive to me) and when my hubby was there with me they be nice then once he’s gone they showed ther ugly side. I got one other doctor one time because my doctor wasn’t in. Same thing happened! She was rude and was saying “ oh I always see “you people” here every year” I don’t want to see you again ya hear” I was shocked ???? are you kidding me. Don’t go here if you are not white, they will give you a hard time, I’m going to a new place right now with my third baby. Screw this place. Rude stuck up doctors who think their better than you.

Good doctors, but good luck speaking to anybody. Would like to have given a higher rating, but though Dr. Taylor was helpful in assisting us, she was not helpful with any outside-of-appointment questions, and her receptionist Myra hasn't answered the phone or returned a message in the probable dozen times I've tried to get through over the past four months. Not actually sure what she does, to be honest. I have read similar frustrations on other medical review sites.

Me and my wife really loved Dr. Taylor she explain things really well. We never felt rushed in the appointment however the staff outside is just rediculus. Never called one time and got them. Voice mails are returned in 2 days. Hospital advised to see the Dr. In 6 weeks and office refused to let us see the Dr. Taylor again. Unsatisfied with the whole experience even when my wife was giving birth a training Dr. With Dr. Katz was watching and she doesn't know how to stech properly. Dr. Katz told to give freezing 3 times after the birth because everytime she try to stich the needle fall from her hands. I got really angry at the hospital, and now Dr. Taylor refused to see us again. What a bad experience

Amazing OBGYN, I was seen by Dr.G.Katz; absolutely amazing during both of my pregnancies. He always answered my questions without hesitation, and made me comfortable. Although he did not deliver my children he informed who would be on call when I delivered . Dr.Taylor delivered my first born , and she was awesome, she really motivates you to get things going .

Today I had an appointment with the doctor Lisa I walked in to the receptionist lounge I was talking to the receptionist she was telling me which doctor I was seeing she knew that I walked in with a child and proceeded to ask me the questions who am I seeing and then she said well we're going to have to cancel your appointment because you have a child here with you and children are not allowed this child was my one year old daughter and a car seat I then said I don't have anybody to watch her and I don't have childcare she then said well we will not be rescheduling your appointment till you get childcare.I tried explaining my situation on how I couldn't afford child care and I don't have anybody to watch her the receptionist then continue to say well there's nothing that I can do for you that's just how it is the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful and she was not understanding of the situation that I was in. In my file it also says that in November I got an IUD implanted and I had called a couple weeks earlier stating that I was pregnant with the IUD inside she then said she would tell my doctor which I have not received a call because I know being pregnant with an IUD can be dangerous because you are at a higher risk for an ectopic pregnancy. I then had to go and call women's health clinic asking if they could help me within 10 minutes I had an appointment to get the IUD removed I then also had an appointment for an ultrasound and I had an appointment for blood testing because they were worried that I had I'm in ectopic pregnancy. I wouldn't suggest this facility to even my enemies they were absolutely ridiculously rude ununderstanding and they just didn't care. My husband then called them saying that I was worried and would like to talk to my doctor. The receptionist then called me saying some guy very rudely called me about you didn't even explain what he had said just kept on going on about how how my child can't come into the facility because it's a rule which I said I understood that she couldn't wouldn't tell me what my husband had said she then said I thought you didn't have anybody to watch her child and I said that I don't my husband's at work so he can't and then the receptionist then said well you came in in November without a child I then said my husband had that day off my husband very rarely gets days off it just so happened that he got the day off on the same day as my appointment.the receptionist is supposed to be an understanding person and a person that's supposed to help you with your appointments this lady refused to help me and refused to be nice.

Absolutely love the way Dr Guido Katz took care of my whole first pregnancy experience. Always calm and patiently listening to all my concerns and advising me the best for me and my baby. it is a strong team. If one doctor is not available others take care of you. absolutely wonderful experience. Best of all no wait time at all. they take you in on the exact time of your appointment.

Don't bother with Dr Paterson or any of her staff! She's very disrespectful. The doctor will never return any of your calls, she doesn't care if you're in pain and won't offer you any relief. She'll cancel your surgery at the last possible minute, and will avoid rescheduling it. Her colleague, my neurologist, has been trying to contact her the last two months as well, and she's been avoiding him as well. Her receptionist is very rude. They will ignore your calls, unless you constantly call, and after about a dozen tries they'll pick up the phone, immediately address you by your name, yell at you, not allow you to even book an appointment with the damn doctor, and hang up on you. She goes through a new receptionist every few months, each one more awful than the last. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love Dr. Lisa Antilla. I have 3 kids with all pregnancy she was my midwife. She is great and, beside I had my IUD inserted couple of days ago and I feel great. Thank you doctor.

Very organized and well run clinic. Admin staff are very helpful, understanding, compassionate and are very patient and clear in their patient direction. As a patient coming in with fear and uncertainty, the staff made me feel like I was heard and made sure I was clear on their direction before I left the clinic while also assuring me to call anytime with questions. Dr. Alaa with his kind and humble nature, singing a tune while he worked, made me feel very comfortable, listened to my concerns and provided very clear direction on the plan ahead. Knowing what's ahead, I am calm and confident in my physician and his team who have ensured I am well informed and prepared.
