It has been some time that I had visited a dentist office and since seeing Creek Village Dental Centre open in my community recently, I figured what better place to go back to the Dentist in my community. All staff, including Jenn at reception, Kat. my hygenist, and Doctor Kolt were welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. When I explained some anxiety I felt about going to the dentist, Kat was kind and patient as gentle during my cleaning. Dr. Kolt came in at the end of my cleaning, took his time explaining treatment options and potentials. All in all everyone what very kind and welcoming, and for one who is anxious about going to the dentist, I feel very comfortable going back to see these nice people again in six months. Thanks everyone!

Had a tooth extraction today, Dr. Mutchmor did a great job! I was feeling anxious about having my wisdom tooth taken out but he gave me reassurance about the process and I'm glad that I am now a patient at this office. I've never had a tooth pulled so quickly and painless. I often struggle with Vasovagal symptoms and had an episode after the removal but the doctor made sure I was feeling well before I left. All-in-all a great exercise!

Not everyone trusts their dentist to genuinely care and provide cleanings, dental work and advice. In fact, I have always feared and hated going to the dentist.My dentist is Dr. Kolt, and though he is my brother, I was impressed with the kind of caring, and patient dental service he provides, and Im saying this with my high anxiety dentophobia. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredible at their work- from Kat at the front desk and her incredible patience, to the hygienists who take their time and check in on my comfort level while doing a teeth cleaning. I have a long term intense fear of needles, and a small sensitive mouth. This has led to some poor experiences in the past with other dentists who did not listen when I needed them to provide a break, and seemed to find countless problems with my teeth to needlessly drill, fill and charge for. Dr. Kolt is practical, sensitive, patient kind and very talented working with children and reluctant patients, meaning that I no longer need to fear checkups, and put off my dental hygiene. I trust him if he recommends further work, knowing that its not a cash grab, and the work that he recommends is necessary. Dr Kolt will work at your pace and create a comforting experience, even when you are terrified to tears of having to get a needle. I feel heard, and cared for as a person, not just a patient whose nerves and anxiety get in the way of their in and out tooth check post cleaning. If you get a chance to make Creek Village Dental a part of your oral health team, and are a patient of Dr. Kolt, you will get to experience a true professional who cares about your health, and is sensitive to your fears (if you have them) while providing top shelf fillings, and emergency fixes. Im lucky i get my brother as my dentist (and my family too!) and he is the first person I recommend to friends who have similar nerves about dentists and dental work, and they echo my thoughts here. A great dental experience!

I live in the area and was having some dental anxiety worrying about a possible infection when I called Creek Dental. They were able to get me in a few hours later and both the reception and dental assistant were very friendly. I saw Dr. Randy Mutchmor and told him the issues I was having and the incredible amount of anxiety around dental work and he was so nice about it. He was very calm and patient, explained everything he was checking and kept rechecking when I raised uncertainty with different areas. He spent extra time easing my fears that everything was fine and encouraged me to do different exercises to relax the jaw muscle where I was having pain. Also I got reassured that if there was anything else I needed not to hesitate to get in touch or come back in. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend!

Kathleen did a great job cleaning my teeth, kept it’s all comfortable. However her ultimate talents came out when she had to clean my child’s teeth. Best experience I’ve ever had! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but after today that has changed! I had the most gentle and caring hygienist, who made me feel extremely comfortable, and for once the scaling didn’t hurt! During my cleaning I was able to watch Netflix which made relaxing that much more easier. Dr. Trent came in, checked everything over, and I left with 0 cavities. I 100% recommended creek village dental, the staff are all so welcoming and caring!

Went here for the first time and I really liked how clean and fresh the waiting area was. There was even a big tv to watch while waiting. And a cute little seating area for children. I don’t really like going to the dentist and get stressed about it. But the hygienist was gentle and nice and my dentist dr. Trent was a very nice guy and really easy to talk too. I felt quite comfortable during my entire visit. They also have tv’s in every room which was awesome because it kept my child occupied during my cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and one of the nicest looking clinics I have been in. Highly recommend!

Went to creek village dental for my first appt the other day. By far the nicest dental clinic I have ever been to with all new modern equipment. They have TV to watch (which the pt gets to control the channel!!) The staff were all very friendly and professional. As always Dr. Trent was great and explains everything. I hate going to the dentist but it's a necessity and wouldn't want to go to any other clinic anymore. Highly recommended!!!

I saw Dr. Lamirande and his assistant Kat for a long-overdue filling. Dr. Lamirande provided a complete and detailed overview of the issue and his planned treatment, including the potential need for further procedures down the road. He was very reassuring with excellent bedside manner and up-to-date knowledge, thorough and took his time on my procedure, and most importantly—I hardly felt a thing! The office is also bright, clean, and modern and his support staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I started seeing Dr. Kolt at Creek Village Dental a couple of months ago for help with a dental emergency. I have extreme dental anxiety, and the team at this office has been very kind and accomodating. Dr. Kolt explains every procedure and checks in often to make sure I understand and am feeling okay. I have had several procedures done now without pain, and without requiring anti-anxiety medication. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I just had my first cleaning at Creek Village Dental and WOW. Such a beautiful dental office. Before starting, my hygienist asked me if I had any questions or concerns with my teeth, which was nice as other dental offices I just plunk into the chair and they start cleaning. When the hygienist got to a problem area of my gums she mentioned she'll be careful and let me know if anything hurts or is too sensitive. Love that. I usually hate going to the dentist because they end up hurting me. When the cleaning was completed Dr. Lamirande checked over my teeth and cleared me as cavity free. I would highly recommend making the switch to Creek Village Dental.
