I love Dr. SHOKRI, he is always very kind and caring. He helps me a lot and it's always available to listen to all your health problems. I really trust him and his decisions. His secretary is amazing too, always very helpful and patience. I'll never change my doctor ????

Wait times are not long at this clinic if you need to get in and out. I have had some issues with under prescribed antibiotics which the pharmacist caught and had adjusted, twice. The doctor is kind, doesn't rush you, which is always a plus. I can't tell you how many doctors I see that are so rushed it makes you feel uncomfortable, you won't have that problem here.

I've been going to this clinic for more than a year and Dr Shokri is my family doctor and he's amazing. The receptionist lady is so sweet and she always remembers my name and who I am everytime I go there for an appointment.

I recently switched after 15 years with a previous doctor to Dr. Shokri. Dr. Shokri is amazing he found the cause of my years of ,as it turns out, 'related 'health issues (that the other doctor missed for several painful and potentially fatal years ) Dr Shokri diagnosed my medical issue within the first two visits and has now made a referral to a Specialist. He is thorough competent and has a very kind professional bedside manner.

I have no complaint of Doctor, he is nice and professional. However, I am always been treated badly by Front Desk girl. She owes the patients apologies. She is rude and unprofessional, as a new person, I understood but she should have a good attitude at her role. I have an appointment at 2:00 pm and waited 45 mins, she asked all the patients get in expect me, even a girl who just came in and said she has an appointment at 2:30 pm. yes! 2:30 pm girl went to the Doctor before me. I asked her why, she stared at me and did not explain. Why I should be treated like this?

I dropped off some medical forms to be filled out by Dr.M.Shokri. They were simple with a few questions on them. I explained what I needed the forms for but Dr.Shokri did not fill them and instead asked me to pick them up in two days! When I went back there two days later, the forms were not ready ( although I tried to phone them at least seven times before I went there but nobody answered the phone) and receptionist did not know anything about them. She asked Dr. Shokri about it. The doctor could not remember at first and after he remembered, he showed me anger which I still don't understand why. Then he asked somebody else to fill out the forms for me and I had to start from scratch and explain everything right from start to the person who was filling out the forms. The whole experience was horrible, inconvenient and unprofessional. Obviously there was no communication between the staff working there. I will try to change my family doctor as soon as possible and will never go back to them again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. My 14 year old niece had travelled to Winnipeg to visit her friends in the St Mary’s community. While waiting for a bus she was assaulted and mugged for everything besides a sweater and her shoes. She was left beaten on the concrete alone in the afternoon as everyone drove by not helping her. Keep in mind it is still cold outside. She walked to this health centre for help as it was close to her. AND YOU GUYS SAID YOU COULDNT DO ANYTHING. Horrible horrible receptionist told my 14 year old niece she couldn’t help her and didn’t even bother to call an ambulance. Fortunately she made it to St boniface hospital and will be staying there for a few nights. This place is appalling. The receptionist could not recognize when someone is in need of serious medical attention. She needs to be fired, I am aware of all these complaints from her service.

The Doctor is very good at listening. he advises which method is best. Kind courteous. I hope the Pharmacy will open soon? Receptionists very patient and consistent. Pleasant experience. I would like to add the Dr. and staff care about those genuine patients who are not affiliated with organized crime. The point about the other reviews is that they don`t mention whether they themselves are affiliated with organized crime? I am not in anyway affiliated. If any patient of mine was found out I would not want to breach my Hippocratic oath. Very good Dr. Keep the ethics high and criminal free. Marc

Dr.Shokri is best and takes care of his patients by listening and advising the right treatment....he has been my doctor for over 3 years and I have never seen him rushing his patients through....I'm so grateful to him....my paperwork was always done in a timely manner as expected....the front desk staff are very nice as well and on top of everything.....clinic is very clean and welcoming....the only thing I dont really like and never go is the PHARMACY....very slow and unfriendly....

He does not listen to you. He is practicing his own way and does not follow protocol. Very bad at referral. DO NOT RECOMMEND A

Dr.Shokri is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to explain everything to you, he will sit and listen to all of your concerns and is an overall genuine human being. His front receptionists are always so kind and will remember who you are. The wait times are never too long unless if it is obviously very busy. The pharmacy attached to the office are very professional as well. I recommend this doctor to everyone and let them know how great he is. Thanks for taking care of me Dr. Shokri!
