I always go here and the doctors and staff are super nice. I usually wait about 30 minutes for walk in hours, only once i had to wait about 2 hours .

By far the best clinic i been to! Dr miller is amazing doctor and the whole staff is very understanding and makes you feel welcomed. The reception girls always listen and the nurses are always there to help!

This clinic is not good because they charge for sick note for $15 and other forms for work they charge $90 other clinics charge just $60 for two pepper . That’s unfair.

Came in 2 hours before closing time and was told very rude lady that there would be no way that I could be seen tonight. Unprofessional and quite frankly disconcerting that no one cares in this country about sick people

Not recommended. Rude and unhelpful staff. I arrived right after work and was told the wait would be less than an hour. After waiting two hours, I decided to leave. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The lab on the second floor of this clinic is my first choice for blood work. I have been using it for at least 10 years. They are fast and efficient. They have never had to make more than one attempt to draw my blood unlike some other labs in the city.

My nephew has a UTI. I called in prior to 8 o'clock asking for an appointment, and was told that the office closed at 9 o'clock and that they could see him. The receptionist assured me that there was only a single family ahead of us, so we drove to the clinic, only to be told that the doctor changed his mind and would not see us. No help was offered finding another clinic, and the doctor could evidently care less if he left a four year old in pain all night. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I found the Doctor to be very professional, and, in terms of his skills in performing a vasectomy, very experienced, and efficient. He helped to relax during the whole procedure, which took about 20 minutes, and even made me laugh. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Dash and her front desk staff are the best service I have received all pandemic, they listen and take the time to answers questions. I called and was called back within 10 mins, seriously well played team. I can breathe easier literally because of you all.

I am absolutely amazed by Dr. T. Fitch's service on a just a walk-in. Long story short, I came in with an ear infection and solved that, but she also found an issue with my other ear (resulting in hearing loss for 20 years) that was not due to the symptoms I presented with (but makes sense why it was missed), the other ear instead has a chronic issue and is fixable! I have a chance to have 100% hearing in my right ear again without dropping money on hearing aids!!!!

I came to this clinic on Dec 28,2019 at 11.30 am and took an appointment from their receptionist for 1.30 pm. Came back at 1.30 pm and was informed that there were 7 patients ahead of me and this would take one more hour or so. My question is what is the use of comming earlier and taking an appointment if there is a 3 hour wait. What a joke. I would have appreciated if the receptionist called me to say that you should come at 2.30 pm to the clinic. Unfortunately for patients there are extremely limited to no places to see doctors that is why we are stuck at this dumb clinic. I was happy once they saw both of us and gave us meds.

I’ve been stuck going to this clinic many times as a last resort, and every time I go I am reminded why I never go here. The receptionists are always very rude and unprofessional. They always ensure to make you feel like you are a burden on them, even when they chose this career.

Don't recommended this place! You might as well go to the emergency room. Went there waited 2 hours and only got 4 people in..... Like really could have went to medical school and got my degree by the time they got to us! Not impressed

Super unprofessional. The doctor we saw in the evening told us “You should just get a family doctor, because at walk ins, we’re not going to give you the best care”. It shouldn’t matter if it is a walk in clinic or a family doctor, it is a doctors job to provide best care possible. It is their job to be competent enough to diagnose and treat a patient, regardless of if they are their family doctor or not. Telling your patient “we aren’t going to give you the best care” is the most unprofessional thing they could say. Would not recommend.

Doctor miller was very professional and polite as well as reception. Only complaint is nursing staff are not helpful in anyway I called to ask specifics about a test result I had and they couldn’t answer the question. They’re either too busy or just don’t care.

moved over to the clinic because Dr miller moved there. Besides the fact you have to wait over a month to get an appointment even if it is your sick child. I left the clinic when I heard the reception speaking about personal information of clients. paid for my files to be transferred to my new Dr. when it came time for some tests i was late for, that is when we realized they never transferred my file was never transferred. my Dr printed me out the same request and i paid again for them to be transferred (this is 1 year later). i am now 2 months behind on my tests that my new Dr cant order because he STILL does not have my file, it has been two weeks since i paid AGAIN to transfer my file and my Dr still has not received my file. I have made privacy complaints and it now looks like i will need to make another complaint against this office.

Arrived at clinic @ 10 am on Dec 29 2019. Was told 1.5 hrs, left and came back was told another hour went for lunch came back and still waited. 4.5 hours later. Receptionist told us if we had a problem to take it up with the Dr. Very unprofessional will not be returning!

Two hour wait not the 40mins they claimed, I had 3 small children only one of which was the needing to see the doctor. A nurse cane in to screen us first and agreed that the 2 reasons we came there for are minor and we wouldn’t spend more than a couple of minutes with the doctor but that the doctor most likely won’t look at more than one issue at a time. The doctor came in and told us the same thing over repeatedly and I asked them to look at the other minor problem and he declined looking into it and ran out of the room. Helpful? Not really. We then drove literally across the street and waited 1/2hr and got great service and knowledge from the Windsor East Medical Clinic.

This clinic is very professionally run. It is organized and efficient. I found it to be a very clean and safe environment especially important during these unprecedented times. They are staying current with pandemic protocols as they are ever changing. I found the receptionists very polite and efficient. The doctors and nurses are all outstanding!! The lab runs so smoothly. So nice to make an appointment and not have to wait a long time.It is run very efficiently and safely. Everyone is so friendly and good at their jobs especially Geraldine. She goes above and beyond and is so good at taking blood even on us “difficult pokes”. Keep up the good work Victoria East Medical Clinic.

Have been a patient at this clinic for > 10 years now, and they're always trying to find new ways to make things easier. They sometimes are successful and sometimes not, but at least they try. They are very busy all the time, which makes wait times harder, but they spend the time that they need to spend with patients to make the time spent worth while. Anytime we have had an issue, we have reported it to the staff or the doctor's and it was addressed as soon as possible. I really enjoy the staff at the clinic in general and appreciate the willingness to be personal in their service delivery

Don’t go here. Worst wait time of any clinic in the area. It’s one thing to be detailed with your clients but to wait 4+ hours when you were told one and a half hours?! Because the only doctor decides to take an hour plus with each person. Not a great idea. And puts the staff in a bad position having to hold back the hoard of any sick angry people just wanting a simple prescription. Just go anywhere else’s than here. And p.s. not a great place to have a family doctor since they seem to change like the seasons.

I've been a patient here for almost 30 years and have never found anyone to be rude or have I ever waited an unreasonable amount of time. the lab upstairs is amazing , no other lab in the city compares. I think all the negative reviews are from people that are upset to begin with or just a bit self entitled.

Was here to see a doctor. When I checked in, 3 people had already checked in before me while I waited. After me an elderly Asian couple checked in. The first question the receptionist asked is if they’ve travelled outside the country in the past two weeks. Didn’t bother asking me or the three people in front of me. Since when do only Asians leave the country? You see where I’m going with this Victoria Easy Medical Clinic? You should be asking everyone instead of profiling Asians. It’s disgusting and ignorant to only ask the Asian couple of they’ve travelled outside the country. Pathetic and unprofessional.

After 25 years of dealing with this clinic they tell clients to find a new clinic and doctor after one of there doctors leave, quite unethical with that said you can see what they think of clients, they don't care!

Wait time is horrendous. Spent less time waiting in emergency to get in. Got here at 1040 and didn't see the doctor until after 2. Talk about wasted day. If i could give it less stars I would, just based on the wait times
