The doctor I see at the clinic (Dr. Khak) is absolutely fantastic!! However, the reception staff is another story. For God’s sake ….FIX THIS!!! And wait times on the phone, for appointments, …..1/2 hour to 45 minutes, and more!! What the???

I don't want to give them a single star. First of all there is always a long wait time, the doctors are mostly never on time. My husband had a medical form to be filled by the doctor for job purpose. Due to doctor's negligence, he did not a fill a section on the form. My husband requested them to fill it again and requested to get it done quickly at his appointment time as he was on his 30 min break time. Still they made him wait, charged him twice for the same form despite the doctor's mistake. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone. ????

The doctors here are great, but the wait time is so long and their phones have been "broken" for months. I decided to see how long it would take for someone to answer and after 2 hours on hold I hung up and went down to the office to make an appointment.

I saw Dr. Horri today, and I must say I have never been insulted and humiliated like this in a clinic before. I was talking to him about my concerns and seemed like he was least bothered about his patients problems, He literally opened the door for me to leave the office so he can take another patient because he can't listen to more then one problem at one time and asked me to book another appointment for NEXT WEEK for my other problem. Meaning, I have to have whole week for my concerns to be listened. I wonder is this the oath he took while becoming a Dr . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The doctors I’ve seen at this location are good, but the reception is horrible. When I call to make an appointment, I’m ALWAYS put on hold for at least 15mins. And when they finally pick up the phone, they’re rude and don’t even listen to what you need. Really bad receptionists

Prior to our visit to Gateway Alliance Medical Clinic, My wife and I were looking for a family doctor for quite some time. Dr. Salim has been a lifesaver she always took the time and listened to my concerns and explain thoroughly the procedures that I have, treatments, what to expect, and test results. All of my questions were answered. There was never a question too small or unimportant! She always treated me professionally and compassionately. Dr. Salim and the staff in the office have always been friendly, efficient, and very competent. Thank you, everyone!

We came in for a 9:15 am appointment, told our doctor was in the South end, doctor was not in the south end like we were told on the phone. I understand mistakes are made. We were told that they could get us in at the south location with a different doctor, that’s okay as well. The part that is frustrating is the 2 hour wait and being told we are next on 3 different occasions. I’ve seen this room turn over with people three times.

Great medical facility. My doctor has done very well by me, and the nurses are always friendly. Many reviews say the call wait times are bad, but I find that is only on Mondays. That's due to the back log from the weekend. No complaints here!

The receptionist are horrid, there is one that singles out so many people for various reasons and i dobt know how many times i have gotten paper work done by chiro and they just scan and send me on my way but this one has you wait for over 30 min for no reason while helping other clients .What am i waiting for?

Hands down the best clinic I've been to. Dr. Baggular is just awesome. Dr. Bierman is a direct no b*llsh*t guy that I can respect. If the wait times are long, go somewhere else. But I'd rather go to a busy doctor than one that either 1) everyone has decided not to go back to or 2) is rifling through patients fast so he can just bill more. Their overall setup is so they can treat, not so they can recycle.

Honestly, I’ve held out hope for this clinic for so long, but I’m officially looking elsewhere. The care I receive is okay, but not worth the time and hassle to get it. The “friendly staff” they refer to on their phone message don’t exist. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call, I have to wait at least 15 minutes (and have waited more than an hour before) to speak to a person whom is often rude and quite short with me and seems not to listen to anything I say, resulting in me having to repeat myself over and over. It shouldn’t be so hard and take so long to simply book an appointment. It’s no wonder that the message that answers their phone for them warns that “abusive calls will not be tolerated”. I can’t imagine the number of those calls they receive on a regular basis that are caused by an issue that, in my view, is quite simple to solve: ANSWER THE PHONE and hire more (polite/professional) staff to handle your calls.

It seems like someone has taken great lengths to avoid receiving direct feedback so I have to give a one star here. My doctor is great but these clinics need to get their act together. I was just on hold for 1 hour and 53 minutes before hanging up. I was in queue spot 1 for an hour. No one is answering the phones. Even when they are I end up waiting on hold listening to the same 60 seconds of ads over and over for 45 minutes, only for it to end in a 30 second request for an appointment. Why can't we do this online?

I appreciate my doctor's service. he is attentive and I don't mind waiting knowing that other patients are getting the same attention. But I called to say I was going to be late and the clinic staff would not honor my appointment. I asked what the ETA was to see the doctor and they would not respond to paraphrase..Too late your appointment is past so you'll have to reschedule. this was the third appointment I had to rebook. No fault of their own due to my Dr being absent. But I needed a prescription re-newed. that's all. Took 2 mins to complete. Controlled substance so I had to see my own doctor. I explained this was my third appt and I had one medication left. It is not a medication one can quit cold turkey and not expect some possible side effects. They would not accommodate. I think it's almost worth a human rights complaint and if I end up in ER before my appointment it will be that and some. disappointing. On average I wait at least an hour beyond my appt without complaint. I have to renew my Rx every 3 months and they could not accommodate 15 mins. Not impressed

Dr Bhagaloo is amazing and very understanding. He is always running on time and I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. The only downside is that their wait times on the phone to speak to a receptionist are long.

I would give this clinic zero stars if I could! As many people have already mentioned, don’t be surprised to wait on hold for an hour and never have your call taken. Furthermore, when I made an appointment to see Dr. Jayeoba, the receptionist did not inform me that she had moved from East to North. I arrived at the East location early and phoned to let them know I would be 10 mins late because of the location change. When I arrived at the North location NINE MINUTES after my appointment time, I was told the doctor had already marked me a no-show, and as a result there was no notice that I had phoned. My appointment was for 9:15 and I got off the phone with them at 9:12, which means Dr. Jayeoba had marked me as a no-show before my appointment time had even began. The receptionist told me I would have to come back tomorrow because the doctor was very busy (one person in the waiting room). I told her I had a job that I took off work for, and wouldn’t be coming back tomorrow or ever again. To summarize, the office management and reception of this business is THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I would file a formal complaint if they would ever answer the phone to give me information on how to do so.

Great doctor but aweful staff. My doctor has had issues with them not letting me contact him to refill a prescription in which I need not come into the office but them insisting. I've explained this to them and they always say I need to book an appointment even though he has said himself I don't need to and they are wasting our time.

Yes, there are wait times. The place is busy. But I do not understand the bad reviews about the staff being "rude". I have found the staff to be friendly and professional every time I've interacted with them. Perhaps this is a case of "you get what you give..." My doctor, Dr Khak listens to concerns, is not rushed and has good bedside manner.

Dr. Troung is awesome but horrible front desk experiences. They don't pick up calls at all. You can book appointments online but for cancellation or any change they don't pick up calls and keep you waiting forever on phone but will never receive the call. I had to personally visit the clinic to cancel an appointment. They should let people makes changes or cancel the appointment online as well. There is no such option available right now. You can just book appointment online but for changes and cancellation you have to call the clinic and they never answer the phone. I asked the front desk about not picking up phone call, they said they are too busy. Next time when I visited the clinic, their paperwork was not ready. I requested to book an appointment while I was checking in, they told me to see them for rebooking after the appointment which means I had to stand in the queue again. They have silenced all their phones so alI they see is phone blinking light but can’t here the phone bells so that it is easy to ignore! Hope the clinic manager or the owner takes action against such unprofessional behavior at the front desk and teach them front desk etiquette.

waited on hold for just over an hour today - and my call was never taken. Despite the message saying they are having trouble with the phone service and to stay on the line and the call will be taken - it was not. i called back two more times and waited over 15 minutes both times - never had my call taken. I took my son to another clinic and got in, he was seen and had a prescription in less time than i sat on hold with this clinic. doctors are great, but always serious issues with the front desk staff and the "service" they provide

I like the clinic and the doctors. It is a very nice place however waiting time is crazy. It might take over an hour waiting. Other than massive waste of time I always have health concerns which comes from the fact that you are sitting with people with different sickness in a room for that long period of time. I hope the managers do something about it as soon as possible.

They consistently provide misinformation and have telephone issues resulting in lost calls almost every week. The staff is barely competent, provide different information at each location, fail to contact patients when directed by doctors, refuse to book appointments, and the wait times for scheduled appointments are AT MINIMUM 1 hour late. Would recommend strongly against using this clinic for anything but a note for your work. Unless you like being treated with disdain, having your medical records fumbled, and having a complete lack of confidence in your medical care.

I don’t think I need to say anything more. However I will. I needed a doctors note by noon Eastern (10 AM our time). I had an appointment with my family doctor for Sunday. This was cancelled on Friday. I was assured I would hear from Dr. Hauck by 2 our time today. So I asked for extension. I was given until 5 PM eastern (3 our time). It is now nearly 3:30. Not only have I not heard from Dr. Hauck, I’ve been trying to contact the clinic since shortly after 2. If Dr. Hauck does call, I will hang up, and speak to him. However, spending over an hour and ten minutes on hold is unacceptable in any industry.

Amazing Doctors - Horrible Front Desk Staff. The wait times are long, I cannot deny that but the doctors are worth the wait. I wish the customer service was better from the front desk and when you called in you didn't have to wait online for a minimum of 20 minutes. They also don't change their messages for days that the office is closed. Example, New Years was on a Sunday but on Monday the office still said they were open but no one would answer the phones no matter how long you sat on hold.

Dr. Bhagaloo is prompt, courteous, and gets to the heart of the issue you are having. The clinic is also well run considering how busy it is. Some of the other reviews complain about wait times. Welcome to healthcare in Canada. This is totally normal.

Best clinic I've ever been to and I've been to LOTS of clinics. Most times go when I have an appointment and barely sit down before I get called in. Gone as a walk-in twice on a Sunday afternoon and was in right away. I know they take walk-ins, but like anywhere, you're going to wait.

Booked an appointment and waited exactly one hour and 3 minutes. (at this point I was counting down on my watch) I should know to avoid a clinic with such bad reviews. I haver NEVER waited so gosh darn long after my scheduled appointment time, what the heck is wrong with this place!? By the time I was called, tge clinic was a half hour past closing time and was closed. A man showed up and lulled on the doors, I heard the one receptionist who had NOT gone home yet tell him they're closed. He replied "I have an appointment at 530." WHY is the clinic booking even past business hours! The man left obviously annoyed. What a joke! !!

Awful customer service. I tried to reschedule my appointment and called the office and was on hold for over an hour and eventually just hung up and wasn't able to speak to anyone. Eventually after finally being able to speak with someone, when I went back for my rescheduled appointment - the front staff was incredibly rude, I wasn't greeted at all, as soon as I walked in the woman at the front desk just said to me "one moment" while not even looking up from her computer screen. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I brought it to the receptions attention I was waiting for so long and they said they'd "let someone know" and I continued to sit there for another 15 minutes. I ended up having to leave before even seeing a doctor. People who were coming in for walk ins were being seen by a doctor before me even though I had an appointment.

im another patient sitting on hold at 8am , the clinic is open but I am # 1 in the que. I had sat there 31 minutes no one answered. why make it so difficult for sick people to actually get there to the doctor , what's the point in this ? clearly nothing changes because it's been AWFUL for 5 years. please don't offer reasons why the front end staff can't do better just look at other clinics and see that they have it together after all if you lose all your patients the clinic will close.

Ok - the doctors and staff are friendly, but I would suggest finding a different clinic. If you need a walk-in, go for it, but if you're seeking a family doctor, they have expensive policies, and aren't honest with their patients. A pharmacist and a nurse (from different locations) both suggested I find a new clinic/doctor after explaining a recent stressful experience I had with them. The pharmacist even asked me to report them to the College of Physicians. It's that bad. Depending on your issue, this clinic can potentially get the job done for you, but my advice is to go elsewhere.

3rd time being rescheduled, and haven’t been able to see my doctor since last year. They rescheduled me for “the same time” the first two times, but booked them for different times anyways, so obviously comprehension is not one of their strong suits. This last time, I got a call saying “well, we can’t do that at the east location, so you’ll have to go to south” - again, with a different doctor. Apparently reception screwed up for the umpteenth time (they’ve booked me at the wrong times, with the wrong doctors repeatedly). At this point, i’ll Be finding somewhere else to go because they can’t understand why keeping an appointment with your family doctor for a patient with chronic conditions is important. Oh, and I bring this up on this last call as a concern, and what does she do? She laughs. Very unprofessional.

The doctors ive seen at these locations are fine. Some of the best Ive seen. But 2 things. 1) The wait times are ridiculous when sitting and waiting for your appointment. 2) If you try to book an appointment over the phone, it is absolutely a ridiculously long wait for them just to pick up the phone. EVERY SINGLE TIME I phone, I wait at least 5 minutes for them to pick up the phone. As of right now, Ive been waiting on the phone for 17 minutes and haven't even gotten to talk to an actual receptionist, or anybody yet.

2021-11-24 - Gateway South has moved to a new location since my last visit. Waiting room is even smaller than the old one and is packed shoulder to shoulder right now. Impossible to social distance. I have an appointment for 10:15. Waste of time as usual. I will be switching clinics as soon as I find a new doctor. Old review: Appointments are a waste of time. I've made appointments and visited the clinic as a walk-in. I'm here for over an hour either way. Only difference is with an appointment they shuttle me to the little room quicker.

I always see Dr Peet Bierman, because he is very professional and attentive. Sometimes the afternoon appointments are delayed, but to me that is a minor inconvenience because, unlike some of the other doctors there, Dr. Bierman does not try to rush you out the door!

I like the Doctors - fix the practice management!!! You could also publish an email address so your patients could communicate with you. This is terrible.

The receptionists are horrible with timing and booking and making appointments and generally understanding the patients needs. I've been called on the day of my appointment to be told that I'd have to come in three weeks instead because the doctor was not working that day. I've been hung up on when asking questions, I've been ignored and told I was never booked in for an appointment my doctor had said was extremely important. I've had far more bad experiences here then any other clinic and told by some doctors that the conditions I had to get diagnosed at the hospital with were imaginary and that I did not have them. This clinic does not care if you are suffering from chronic illnesses and only half of the doctors are legitimately fantastic. Highly recommend going somewhere else. I would if I could but I require my disability signature with a doctor who has cared for me as long as they have. If you intend on having to be your own advocate constantly and arguing and fighting with medical people then the place is perfect for you, if you intend on getting all of the care you need in an orderly fashion or even just a diagnosis then go somewhere else this is not the place for you. Incredibly disappointed in myself for staying here for care for the last year. For the doctors who have not treated me I apologize for lumping you up with the ones I consider terrible so do not take that personally. If you are a young adult be prepared to be told someone as young as you cannot be afflicted with something that tears your world apart, expect to be gaslighted, told to wait longer and be sent on frequent tests that won't provide answers. Go to the hospital to get diagnosed or actual treatment where you won't be interrupted constantly. 0 stars for reception and two star for each five star doctor I've had. Edit: I would gladly discuss with you, my number is on file so you can call and I will provide a verbal explanation about everything.

There's a new receptionist that keeps signalling out certain people (Im one) & trying to force them to wear a mask. I've told her: I don't have a cold, or the flu, & since I work in health care if anyone is going to make me sick it will be a client. I've had a flu shot. I have allergies, Ive had them for 2 years. They're not contagious. I don't think she understands the significance/how immunology works. If you work in health care: your immune system is a tank. If I was sick, I'd have a mask on. If she's so concerned: why doesn't she have a mask on? Very frustrating. On the other hand, the doctors here are fantastic.

1) The place is usually dirty and overcrowded. 2) You usually have to wait at least for an hour before seeing the doctor. They don't forget to call you if you are a few minutes late though. 3) Even if you have been waiting for a month to see your doctor, they can still call you the day of the appointment in order to reschedule it a week later. 4) You can be sick as much as you want, they will not try to book your appointment as soon as possible.

Always takes ~10 minutes just to get through to reception on the phone, which is very annoying. I was given a prescription that was supposed to have been faxed to the pharmacy 5 days ago, and after 3 times of calling them and trying to get it fixed I still don’t have my prescription.

Today I saw Dr Katherine Berriman for the first time and she was wonderful. I didn’t feel rushed or disregarded, she physically examined me, listened to my concerns and was empathetic. She was thorough and medically explained things to me which I appreciated. Also as a bonus I had next to zero wait time. Twice visited Dr. Jaggernath. He is excellent. But the front desk staff are awful. I needed a prescription filled and twice had to call them, but they were unable to get the fax to the pharmacy so had to have the pharmacy call them. Also needed an MRI, again the clinic was unable to get the fax over even after calling them on 3 separate occassions to confirm it was sent. Eventually had to drive in to the city and pickup the requisition myself and hand deliver. (After 6 weeks of waiting and delays) Apparently the fax machine is too technical for this crew.

The doctor I saw here was wonderful, no complaints there. I have concerns about the staff at the clinic. At my first visit I was given a reminder call a few days before. The day of my appointment, about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I missed a call from them and they left me no voicemail. I called back, thinking my appointment needed to be cancelled and they said it is a reminder call. I thought that was weird given my appointment was 20 minutes away but headed over to the appointment. When I got there they told me she is running half an hour behind and "didn't I get a call". I said I did get a call but nobody mentioned to me was running behind and I would have came later. They were generally unfriendly as well. This took place on October 17 in the evening. I had another appointment scheduled for November 1 and got to the clinic and the doors were shut and locked. The receptionist came and opened the door and instead of saying hi or how can I help you I get an abrasive "we're closed" to which I replied I had a scheduled appointment and she let me in. She had to have been aware that people were still coming to their later appointments in the evening despite being "closed" and some friendliness would be appreciated. I work in the healthcare field and these types of behaviors would never be tolerated where I work, so it is a shame they are tolerated here. The front desk staff really make people feel uncomfortable

The Doctors here are great, I personally was seeing 2 of them; Dr. COWAN and Dr. Troung. However, the call line is always busy and I have been on hold for over two hours to the point where I have driven to the location while still on hold and arrived and everyone is chatting. I have had multiple times where I have had booking and have arrived to find there is no booking. Sadly I'm going to have to switch Dr.'s Due to the constant confusion of the front staff.

Absolutely terrible people who either come high to their jobs or simply have no idea whst theyre saying and doing. The doctors are alright but seriously it is frustrating to have a patient wait for THREE days, waste their time and when they call to find out, they tell you that youre booked wrong and you should get a call tomorrow. Maybe they should train their staff and make sure they know what they're doing before wasting someone else's time. They also need to improve their phone appointments. Youre an established business and call your patients from private number?

If I could give negative stars, I would. The receptionists are horrible. And management doesn't want to be held accountable. They are rude, very unkind and so unhelpful. They NEVER answer the phone. I spent over 45 minutes on hold before talking to anyone, over half an hour in spot #1. They may be a busy clinic, but not answering the #1 caller for over half an hour is ridiculous. Once, I sat in the waiting room alone for over an hour waiting to be taken back for my appointment (which started well over an hour late), watching the receptionists chat together, completely ignoring the ringing phone. Dr Fazeli is wonderful and thorough, but making appointments is such a headache that it makes me wants to find a new doctor. With this many complaints, you'd think they would have cared enough to try and fix things by now, but that's not the reality with this clinic. If you have infinite patience, give it a try. If you don't, don't give yourself a headache and just go somewhere else.

Super impressed with the staff at the clinic. They were super busy and I was able to book for the walk in clinic for a decent time and the Dr. Desai was awesome, he has great bedside manner. The only thing that was annoying was the woman who thought she was more important than everyone else to cut in line to book appointments and being super difficult. The staff were patient with her.

The wait time is unacceptable, sometimes the waits are almost 2 hrs.... the reception desk ladies always have attitude and are rude with no manners. The Dr however are wonderful but it's really hard to equal itself out.

Dr Katharine Berrimen - Worst doctor ever. So glad she is retiring and today was the last time i had to deal with her. I had to ask her questions for all the tests she did in my physical as she wasn't going over them on her own for me. When i asked another question about the very thing I had booked the appointment for, she kicked me out of the room saying "you already asked 4 questions thats all i can do for you today" I asked her a question that she didn't listen to and angrily started repeating the same thing she already explained which is not what I had asked!! She starts flipping and banging objects hard out of anger during the appointment. Its actually pretty scary. I think she suffers from serious anger management issues and finally realised she has no patience left for the patients which is why she made the 1 correct decision of her life to not practice anymore. Horrible lady doctor - goodbye forever!!! P.s. Dr Katherine! If you are reading this..its understandable that you have no interest in patients' medical issues or wellbeing anymore, but the least you can do is be a bit respectful, and control your emotions. No one deserves this kind of abuse from you! It maybe hard but try and be a little more civilized.

Great receptionists, wonderful and knowledgeable doctor, very nice office area EXCEPT the toilet in waiting room is very low and absolutely no bars to help use it. Perhaps there is a handicap accessible washroom in another area??

Front reception is rude, doesn't matter if you call or come in, if you make a mistake like give them a madien name instead of a surname, you get treated like you wasted their time, if my family doctor wasn't at this location I would never ever recommend anyone be abused by the reception staff here! I also brought this to the attention of other staff members and was told there was nothing they could do!

Gateway alliance is one of the best clinic i have seen in this town. I met an accident and my hand was bleeding . i called the clinic and they adjust me in . I saw Dr Khak and i was treated on the priority level. Commendable team work.

My only gripe is that when you call them, their automated voice recording strongly mispronounces the word "Discretion" to something more like "Discr-eee-tion" (and has been said the wrong way by multiple different voice recordings over the years). As an English major, it kinda bugs me. Super minor grump. This clinic is so good at what they do, this is where I needed to go to find something to grump about haha

Dr. Juggernath is phenomenal, but the wait times are unacceptable. I booked a physical six months in advance, leave work for the appointment, and arrive 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, and after being taken to an exam room and changing into the paper gown, I sat and froze for another 20 minutes. I don't know how they organize appointments, but it has to change, I lost two paid hours of work to see my doctor for 15 minutes.

As mentioned, the wait can be lengthy - sometimes not, but the doctors are all worth it and I’ve seen many of them over the years! The front desk staff are very professional and respectful. I believe you get what you give, so that little bit of courtesy you show them at the front desk truly comes back to you. I’ve seen Dr. Juggernath as my primary GP for quite some time. Brilliant man! Knows his stuff! Always gentle and kind in his mannerism - never intimidating! He has truly gone that extra-mile and some for myself and for that I am grateful! I recommend this clinic to anyone, whether you see Dr. Juggernath or any of the other physicians. Everyone’s experience is personal and subjective and mine has been beyond satisfactory! Very happy to see a third clinic has opened on Rochdale as well as the South and East end, so inter-city accessibility is never a problem! Convenient! ((((-:

I recently switched to Dr. Bierman because my husband was very impressed with him. And now, I am very impressed with him. The wait is no different than any other clinic except now it's worth it! The staff have been very good. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bierman and this clinic.

Doctors are decent. Waiting for them is not. I should not have to wait a FULL HOUR to see a doctor for a scheduled visit. The ones in the waiting room who are expecting a wait are the walkins who pushed my appointment back that far. I don't get it... they know how many patients they're going to see in a day and how long they're there for.... just shuffle them! Also, it's free for them to call and say "Hey, the Dr. is running behind. Would you like to come later or re-schedule?" I would appreciate that much more than sitting in a waiting room.

The doctors here are great!!!! There were 2 problems I had. First they were about 30 mins behind in appointments. Second I am super pregnant and very slow, the nurse who led me back left me in the dust and I just kept walking hoping I would find her.

I enjoyed the doctors here but a few problems. I have had 2 doctors in the southend over 2 years. The move to another location and are give no notice till you book your next appointment which I think is bad service. Also book an appointment and then go in and wait. Have had to wait minimum 35 minutes to over an hour. This makes it hard to let an employer know how long your gone for. Very disappointed in the customer service end at this medical clinic

Excellent Drs! Dr Juggernaut and Dr Bhagaloo are amazing! Dr Cowan is as well. Just longer wait times and phone system needs fixing...frustrating to call to make appointments. Worth the wait tho.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak with the office manager the receptionist screamed at me and hung up. Now she just hangs up whenever I call. Incredibly rude staff! *Gateway your response is laughable! The power outages in Regina had nothing to do with your rude receptionist screaming at me over the phone and her making a choice to hang up each time I tried to call back. Please stop making-up lies to excuse your RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff! Deal with your staff like a business should - retrain or fire them! No one deserves the ABUSE I suffered at the hands of your receptionist!

I’ve seen many doctors at Gateway Alliance. Dr Salim is wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me out. I’ve been trying to find a new family physician for sometime and I’m really happy that I’ve been able to find Dr. Salim. Dr Truong is the chiropractor and again, I’ve always felt accepted and he is awesome. Reception used to not be the friendliest but lately every time I call I am warmly welcomed. No complaints about this clinic.

I was with Dr. Khak he was very friendly and easy to talk with. Also the east Indian that works in the pharmacy was very friendly. I got my 2nd covid vaccine shot at the pharmacy. Took less than 5 mins when an appointment is made. My arm was tender for 2 days but I had no side effects otherwise. However when calling the pharmacy it will say Top Fresh Pizza on your cell phone lol I thought I had the wrong number. The pharmacist and I had a good laugh about that because they never changed the landlines. They were a lil backed up so it took some time but worth it to meet these nice people.
