Dr.Cowan is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to professionally address health issues and really seems to care. This new clinic is at a great location and is improving every visit!

Was a little annoyed that I went in as soon as it opened at 8, but the doctor wasn't going to be there until 9. However, the receptionist gave me an appointment for 9:35 so I didn't have to wait around with a sick child for hours. We came back and saw the doctor promptly at our appointment time. We saw Dr. O. Jayeoba and she was the BEST doctor I have ever seen at a walk in clinic. She was so professional, caring, knowledgeable, and wonderful with my kids. She also didn't rush us out the door and really listened to our concerns. Thank you!!

Loved how there were many locations, but then I noticed my apt times getting waaay past over time. I would wait up to 2hours at the south when I had an apt made. I started trying the east, they were a BIT better. About the time the north clinic opened, my Doctor left the province so I tired to book in with Dr khaki I showed up for my apt and was told it was cancelled and they tried to reach me.... Just today I received a phone call informing me that I have missed 3 apts so I will be charge $50. I'm blown away by this as I have only EVER missed one.. thought it was a scam but the phone number is correct. Beware...

Dr Cowan is fantastic. If you want a doctor that is only going to spend 5 minutes with you, then this is not the doctor for you. Great bedside manner, great sense of humour and very attentive and knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful. I came in 30 minutes early and expected to wait past my time and no sooner had I plugged in my laptop then they called me in to see the doctor. Now they just need a bicycle rack ;)

There are three locations of gateway alliance medical clinic in Regina. I've been in all three of them, and so far, this one was the best experience I had with these clinics. The place is very kneat and quiet. Their services are fast. Unlike the other 2 locations, this one isn't as busy, so they're always on time, and the doctor will see you very quickly, even if you go as walk in. There is also a pharmacy on spot, which is an advantage.

Made an appt for 11:15 got there just before 11 as was a new patient. Finally had to ask at 12:25 if we would see the Dr soon. Receptionist asked my daughter's name. I gave it. Then she was like oh I can take you in now. Told the Dr. He said he was in his office for past half hour playing on his phone cause he thought he didn't have any patients. Dr was very helpful and nice. Not office staff.

Absolutely horrific wait times. Every single time I have an appointment, I do not see a doctor until an hour to an hour and a half afterwards. It is absolutely terrible.

The first time I was in I didn't even have to sit down before I was put in a room to see Dr. Khaki. The second time I showed up the review bloodwork I waited a total of a minute in a chair. Dr. Khaki is very professional, caring and quite funny. I appreciated his support and caring personality during my time with him. I look forward to seeing him again next week!

the Dr i see there is great and thorough. in writng a review on the phone service. they rarely answer and you have to keep calling in. i waited for 16 minutes onn the phone when i finally got through the automated message told me i cannot complete my call and to try again. something needs to be done about the terrible phone procedures.

The staff and reception are very friendly and helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment. Also Dr. Berriman is wonderful. Very pleased with Gateway Alliance North.

My husband visited this clinic for the first time today. What a positive experience. Waited one minute upon arrival and Dr saw him right away. Very pleasant, courteous and thorough. Would highly recommend this clinic to others. Receptionists were also very pleasant

I'm not giving my review for the doctor himself, I'm giving my review because the ladies up front don't know how to answer the phones. I just needed a 5 minute phone call from my doctor to refill my medications but I can't even do that when the receptionist doesn't answer. I called over 10 times over the course of 2 days. I went in person today and told them I've been calling and they didn't seem to care. I'll take my health concerns elsewhere. The doctors are nothing special either.

Recently, i had an appoinment with one of the doctor at this location but unfortunately i reached 10 minutes late ( traffic issues ) . I was not allowed to see the doctor because the respective doctor got busy by that time.I was offered to book another appoinment in the next week . This is my very first experience i got late for dr's appoinment and missed the chance to see the doctor.I had number of appoinments before but, everytime i have to wait for 1-2 hours for my turn even if i had an appoinment booked prior with my family physician or any other doctor and even if it was my walk-in one ! I am quite confused with this time/ appoinment/ waiting policy .The patient should not get late for the appoinment but it is ok if he is waiting longer inside the clinic for longer !!!!

As I type this, I have been waiting for 28 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The reception and administration staff do not deserve the 1 star I had to give them to enter a review. At 30 minutes and 30 seconds someone finally answers. When asked why I had to wait so long, it is because they are short staffed. Still, that is no excuse, you answer the call and advise the callers that you are helping others on the phone. After the wait, the physician I see is on holidays. I'm done with this office. Will miss the physician I see.

Second time I've waited over an hour past my appointment time. Why can't they advise you if the doctor is running behind when it's that far backed up. My time is important too, and what, about those people who don't have sick time for appointments and costs them money to sit and wait. If the doctor was on time and I was an hour late, I'm certain they'd send me out the door. So annoying and frustrating. Schedule patients and appointments better!
