This has been my medical clinic for over 19 years! The prenatal care is amazing, as for normal care it's good too. There are long waits sometimes even with appointments, I would say it's worth it though. The worst part is trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment.

I was extremely fortunate be able get registered as a patient with Parkland Clinic (Dr. Ligate) when Parsons Clinic closed and my former doctor retired. I have had nothing but good interaction with all the staff there. For the most part I have not had to wait long for an appointment or to be seen once I'm there. Have there been occasions when the doc has run late? Of course there have ....but if extra time is needed to help a patient ahead of me I remind myself that one day that patient could be me. ????

Too bad it is the only place in Red Deer for an immigration medical exam. It has been 7 weeks and no results and I wasted 20 min on hold trying to speak with someone.

DR. Church is not the greatest doc for allergies I took the test and he wiped the oils off with a napkin and just spread into the other areas and he would not answer my question, he would just respond with big words and says drugs

I have read all the reviews and quite honestly, couldn't be further from the truth. The reception of about consisting 4 girls were all very polite and that alone shocked me. They were all very much on time with taking me in for my appointment. My new Dr, known by his alias Dr. H (his last name is quite hard to pronounce), was very professional. A new, young doctor with a new way of looking at issues and finding solutions. Very happy to be in this clinic.

They took too long time to submit my immigration exam. Its about 7 weeks!!! All the clinics submit the exam whithin 1 or 2 weeks except that clinc. So frustrated.
