So to summarize, the doctor has such an emergency that she cannot see me at 3 p.m. but on the other hand at 2 p.m. it was possible, sorry but that leaves doubt as to the nature of the emergency and rather suggests that 'no patient was scheduled and she didn't want to wait until 3 p.m. For my part, I took this appointment about 15 days ago to adapt my working hours to their more than limited time slots (last appointment 2:45 p.m. or 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday) without counting the adjustments in my family life. I always try to be understanding but in this case it is really not possible without taking into account that I am almost certain that if it was me who had canceled at the last minute charges would have been taken from me (your bank card is requested when you make your appointment). Okay ça peut arriver à tout le monde, sauf que... la secrétaire m'a dans un premier temps laissé un message vocal pour savoir s'il était possible d'avancer mon rdv (à ce stade pas question d'annulation), je l'ai donc rappelé en lui disant que je ne pourrai pas venir plus d'un quart d'heure avant l'heure prévue (je travaille et j'ai une petite heure de trajet), après plusieurs mises en attente, elle finit par me dire que c'est 14h00 (au lieu de 15h) ou rien... Donc pour résumer, le médecin a une telle urgence qu'elle ne peut pas me recevoir à 15h mais par contre à 14h c'était possible, désolée mais ça laisse un doute quant à la nature de l'urgence et laisse plutôt sous entendre qu'aucun patient n'était prévu au planning et qu'elle n'a pas voulu attendre 15h. Pour ma part, j'ai pris ce rdv il y a environ 15 jours pour adapter mes horaires de travail à leurs créneaux plus que restreints (dernier rdv 14h45 ou 15h du lundi au jeudi) sans compter les ajustements de ma vie familiale. J'essaie toujours de me montrer compréhensive mais dans ce cas ce n'est vraiment pas possible sans compter que je suis quasi certaine que si c'était moi qui avait annulé à la dernière minute des frais m'auraient été prélevés (votre carte bancaire vous est demandé lors de votre prise de rdv).
