I've had a pree good experience here.. only complaint is that they will close early if they have reached their max amount of patients they are allowed to see in a day. But its difficult when u can only go down there later and then find out they closed 3 hrs early!! But, there's also nothing they can do about that!!

Dr. Lieski and the team of doctors have always done a fantastic job listening and addressing concerns, illness, or conditions I have had. For prescription refills I have been seen and serviced relatively quickly and have now been using their telephone prescription service when needed. It has been a fairly useful addition to their operation to limit contact and overcrowding. Thanks for everything you guys have been doing!

My elderly Mothers Family doctor Unable to see her for 2 weeks. Suggested we she go to a walk in clinic. Dr Tracy And the rest of the staff was awesome and took great care of her. Dr Tracy even called me after hours to follow up with her results.

Dr Lotze was wonderful. I came in for a sudden minor injury, on the last day before a long weekend, during the last hour of her shift. Yup, I was "that" person; the walk in at the end of shift ????‍♀️. So, talk about getting there, literally, in the knick of time. I was impressed with how professional and educational Dr Lotze was, and how she handled everything effortlessly. She helped me to get myself sorted and set up for a swift recovery. Thank you SO much for seeing me on such short notice, and I will definitely try avoiding stabbing myself in the eye again!!!

Been going here for 6 yrs, wait times can be hit or miss so dnt go on the weekend if you dnt like waiting. Week days during office and school ours is your best bet if you can away then,(not at lunch hour tho!) otherwise it is poss to wait up to a couple hours or so. Doctors are almost always decent, especially Dr De Jager. Ive sen him many times and he's always great. I prefer him and this clinic to my own GP. * I'm amazed by the comments about masks...how can it be the clinics fault for not having or expecting patients to wear them?? Be responsible for yourself and bring your own, I think it's pretty basic!?

Reception is great, they try to get you in quick. I really appreciate that. They get 5 stars. I requested a phone call prescription refill. Doc calls me and we talked about what I need refilled then I gave him the location of my preferred pharmacy. He confirmed the location and the call ended. He proceeded to send my prescription to a different location. Said location was unable to refill my prescription because I have never been there and they don’t have me on file so now I have to wait. Thanks for making sure my time was wasted! I’ll just go screw myself.

I came in for verified ailment of cold/flu , turns out I had nasal infection which turned into throat, ear .They listened to everything I had to say symptoms wise ,did full checkup ,when it came time for getting a note for work, and paying, machine was down " when your by next time you can stop by " I went to SS cash machine got cash .Receptionist? was surprised I came back so quick .Definitely returning here .

Went in to treat a chest infection, and instead all we got was advice to lose weight. I get that excessive weight can worsen things like chest infections, but you can't expect a patient to magically drop 50lb. Actual advice for how to handle the infection would be better; not just "lose more weight".

I love how they always have the same Doctors and they remembered my daughter from when I brought her in 7 months ago. Several weeks ago I walked in pain and during bad weather over 2 hours for my follow up appointment with the doctor, but they refused to serve me due to their new posted rule there that nobody cannot enter their place without wearing a mask and it was also refused to provide me a mask and told that patients must buy their masks. A patient seating there also complained that masks have not been available to buy nowhere near that place. If they want people to wear a mask in their medical place, then they must provide masks to people and for free/without any extra charge; people medical coverage already being paid by people themselves and/or government. They have violated 1) The Human Rights and health is a fundamental human right etc. According to the Constitution of the World Health Organization, “The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition” (Ghebreyesus, 2017, December 10). “The right to health for all people means that everyone should have access to the health services they need, when and where they need them, without suffering financial hardship. No one should get sick and die just because they are poor, or because they cannot access the health services they need” (Ghebreyesus, 2017, December 10). 2) the physicians’ Code of Ethics that prohibit discrimination beside other grounds also on socioeconomic ground/vulnerable and marginal population/social problems etc., 3) the physicians’ standard of practice as access to medical care. It also looks like that this clinic also violating 4) the Canada Health Act etc. regarding policy etc. about delivery of Health Care in Canada required being available/accessible to all persons etc. Ghebreyesus, T. My dad came here to get help when he couldn't breath and was coughing up blood and could barely walk and they wouldn't to anything for him because he wasn't vaccinated and now he just passed away a day after he tried to go get help and was refused free healthcare. Anyone who can live with themselves after refusing to give medical care has serious mental proplems

Dr Lotz and the staff are professional and friendly. I appreciate the strict rules that everyone is required to wear masks and protects all clients and staffs rights to feel safe in going to see a doctor during this pandemic. I have witnessed the rude, belligerent, and abusive behaviour of some people who feel that they don’t have to be responsible about other people’s safety. Abusive behaviour is not acceptable or tolerated no matter where a person works either during a pandemic when required to wear a mask or in everyday life without a pandemic.

My grandmother went there to get test results after feeling sluggish and not like herself. The Dr. said the results were fine and she should get off of one of her meds. 2 weeks later she died. Pancreatic cancer had spread throughout her body. Nothing could be done in 2 weeks but it was so sudden we never got to say goodbye.

I would give them a zero star if I could, my husband tried to go see them and he needed a vaccine passport so we went and got his phone for them to scan and they wouldn't scan it and still wouldn't let him in because his name wasn't on the page. We tried to go online to get it but he didn't remember exact date he could vaccinated so we couldn't get the info so they wouldn't let us in.

I would give zero stars if I could. This clinic is practicing segregation and discrimination without any basis in science. Disgusting. Perhaps review the Hippocratic oath.

This is a good walk in clinic, often very busy but it is clean, the staff and Drs are nice, and the pharmacy is right there if you get a prescription. Just don't go too late in the day because sometimes they reach the number of patients they can see and close early.

Absolutely terrible. The blonde receptionist was very rude to start. She told me to come back 2hrs later and I should only expect a short wait. No problem there as it was busy. End up waiting until 5. I go ask the other receptionist as the blonde receptionist had went home already how much longer of a wait I have she replies that I wasn't even put on the list. Thankfully she was nice enough put me on the list. All told 5hrs of waiting is unacceptable at a walking clinic.

My daughter went there, today and was told she had to wear a mask. They did not supply them and she was told to go buy one from the pharmacy. The pharmacy was out so she was the was told to go buy a t shirt to put on her face. She left and went to the other clinic where masks are not required Shame on health care professionals suggesting a t shirt! This is a virus! It is .1 microns big. Not even the surgical mask they were suggesting filters out a virus. Evidence based practice, please. You should be embarrassed.

Very very very rushed. Do not come here if you need help with pain management. I was talked to for UNDER 2 MINUTES and sent on my way with little support, for full blown neck and head pain. And this is NOT for lack of being able to explain myslef. This is because you are just a number, not a person. You would be much better off to go through emergency at the hospital. Btw, this should go without saying. But compassion should be given when dealing with a person in LEGITIMATE pain.

My experience with this clinic has been amazing. The doctors are professional, with excellent listening skills, and my medical issues have been solved. The wait times can sometimes be long but they usually tell you roughly how long and you can always leave and come back rather than just sit there waiting.

bad experience with this clinic, asked to wait for 20 minutes, waited out for 30 minutes, then they asked to wait for doctor in the room, waited for 45 minutes again inside the room nobody showed up, I came out of the room,saw all the patients in front of me still waiting for the doctor.

Kind of going downhill if I come to doctors I'd at least like you to assess my issues. Not just to talk or to show me the same thing i can google Too (is that what their paid for? :s) not too impressed last couple times. Kept going back, once in awhile, in hopes of seeing the doctor that did listen haven't seen her yet again. They are quick but I am starting to doubt the thoroughness. Receptionist is wonderful and does excellent job keeping it clean. Side note i rarely go to doctors so it takes a lot of effort for me to even go near a doctor so if I show up I am in a lot of pain. (With a high pain tolerance)

Trying to figure out if they even received bloodwork and they dont accept calls? Only way is to go in and find if lab results has come in because I sure dont expect them to call.
