Does not wash hands between patients. Relies too much on what's on her computer, does not listen to patient. Will only deal with one complaint regardless if other complaints are related. I.E. I have numbness and pain in my extremities, will deal with numbness in lower extremities, then book appointment for numbness in upper extremities, then another appointment for pain, etc .

I started seeing Dr. Zhang in 2011, Over the years she has taken a personal interest in my health and has gotten to know me. If I needed to get in to see her she has always taken me same day. There has been times were I didn't agree with her diagnosis and that's ok, Google Is not a doctor. I think in any relationship your going to have good days and bad days. I am happy I have stayed consistent with Dr. Zhang and I truly feel that in the time she has been practicing in Prince George she has gotten to know the needs of her patients which adds value. I would recommend giving her a chance, give her time to get to know you and your needs you will appreciate having her support.

I came into contact with Dr. Zhang at a local walk in clinic. Dr. Zhang was dismissive, uninformative, and consistently interrupted me while I was explaining my symptoms. At the end of my visit (which lasted a total of probably 2 minutes before she walked out of the room), I felt as if I hadn't received any sort of resolve, treatment, or information whatsoever. I should've known something was up when my girlfriend gave me a wide-eye'd look as soon as she walked in. Apparently, she had received the same level of care a few months back from Dr. Zhang.

Dr. Zhang and staff have always been great with dealing and making appointments for my family. Med renewals and phone calls back are dealt with right away in my experience. Also never have to wait long for an appointment. Also Dr.Zhang has been very professional and caring with dealing with all our concerns.

my husband and myself are looking for, a new doctor so we called blue pine clinic and we got Dr Zhang number. We called her office and fill out a form and her receptionist book us a time to see her. She went to see my husband first and she was very rude. She didn't invest any time to introduce herself, didn't ask any questions and based on the form we filled out ,we felt she didn't wanna see us as patient, she was judging and very rude, she recommended we should stay with our doctor. Our family doctor is retiring that's why we are looking for a new one, Duh! She chose this profession to help people in need to get better regardless of what condition he or she might have. Completely waste of our time. She better off as stylist not a doctor. Just saying...

How could someone like her get a license to be a doctor? She doesn’t even know the basic drug information to prescribe it, she doesn’t seem to know anything.
