Doctor lakhoo is really good and nice . But really disappointed with his receptionist she discontinued me bcz i went to walk in clinic bcz 3-4 times. Gave 2 stars bcz of doctor’s service otherwise i will not even give 1 star to his receptionist’s service. I told her i go there bcz i only got sat Sunday off and need to discuss my reports . She said no to me without even doctors concern. Really disappointed.

He works very hard to get you the care you deserve. You might have to push your weight with him as he's sometimes hesitant to do some things but he's very very caring.

no privacy, door not closed behind patient, my first time there i listened to two different people issues, i value my privacy, receptionist hung up on me after i cancelled because of privacy issue

I have had a condition for the last year now and previous to this I have asked for him to get a referral to a specialist to correct the problem so it doesn't get worse. Well guess what it has gotten worse and 3 years later still no help. Every time I phone and ask about referrals I get the secretary saying come in and see the doctor. Well you know why that is so the can bill the medical for every visit. Thats so wrong had ultras sounds done and somehow the results never made it to the office what the heck is going on these are important. Not happy at all about quality of care.

If there would be any option for giving less than one star i would give that because of receptionist, she is very rude and i have seen so many reviews about her i think Dr. Should better think about it, he is losing patients because of her.

The receptionist very disrespectful and discriminating. Not paying attention to the details. She can not find me in the system( as we Punjabis have same last name)with my valid care card ( with unique number)and said she can not register me and asked me to leave without meeting with doctor. I would NOT RECOMMEND this at all. Terrible- service AND worst quality of care.
