I've had doctors in the past that many people would describe as 'rude' without any issues whatsoever; I like doctors who are straight to the point which could come across as being cold or impolite. That's why I decided to try out Dr. Burg despite having read through his reviews online. My first appointment with him went quite well. On my second visit, however, the room I was led into was suffocatingly hot, so I waited outside the room. When he came to see me, I explained why I was in the hall rather than the room, and he told me that next time I needed to 'Sit down and behave'. He then denied my request to see a specialist because my condition was 'mild' (despite my having seen a specialist for this condition in the past) without asking any questions about it. I told him that I found his condescension and rudeness disrepectful and unprofessional, and he responded by saying he felt the same way about me. I told him it was no surprise all of his ratings online were 1 star, and he responded simply with 'Good.' Unless you plan on never getting sick, or only need a signature for a prescription slip, you're better off seeing literally anyone other than Dr. Burg.

Very abusive verbally and mentally. He will definitely put you at risk and your children. We are without a doctor now due to his abuses; I will never have him as our doctor.

Disgusting excuse for a human being I have never been treated so poorly. Thank goodness he is retired I hope his replacement is better. I can't believe this man was allowed to practice medicine. And the office staff is just as bad....
