I’d love to rate this higher but every time I go there, they have shut down early. This last time, it was WELL over an hour before closing time and they weren’t taking anymore patients for that night. I thought maybe the doctor had been called away, but then saw him visiting with one of the nurses at the front. Very odd. If that’s how they are going to do it, they should adjust their hours so parents don’t have to go to the effort of dragging a sick kid out of bed only to see that their hours are inaccurate.

Worst experience everytime I walk into this clinic, the front desk staff ae so rude. If I talked to customers the way I have been spoken to at this clinic my employerer work fire me on the spot. From what I read in the reviews the owners need to fire some staff or at least teach them to speak politly to the patients. We are their customers. I went to 2 other walk in's, one of which was closing in 2 minutes and they were both polite and very helpful. I suggest eople stop going to West Hill clinic.

The receptionist must have taken training in rude and she passed with flying colors. She was not even interested in answering a question I had about the pharmacy calling and faxing a need to aĺlow a substitute on my meds as they are not in supply. She was very busy as was my family doctor, so busy she took 10 mi . to most fto. the ba k to the front to see if their were patients waiting

Was told it would take 15 minutes to refill my medication by the clerk at the front, sat down and waited for an hour then took the doctor 40 minutes to get into my room. As well as 5 people who came in after me went in before I did.

The front desk staff was very rude and i understand their is a policy for rudeness but that doesn't mean the old lady with the grey hair working the 9am shift on Sept 14th 2021 the right to treat patients like dirt. You need to seriously train these front desk workers on being polite to new patients instead of not even trying to help them very very disappointed. Just because she's having a bad morning don't give her to right to push away patients just cause she has attitude problem

Very very long wait times all the time. Doctors seem to care more the more white you are. I've seen good and bad service for our native population. I'm Metis myself and husband is darker, I tend to leave him in the car or waiting room while I go in, they seem to take me more seriously.

Just as I was thinking I'd need to call about my prescriptions in the midst of COVID my doctor called me first to ask if there was anything I needed refilled. Grateful to have a doctor who is so on top of things ????. Yes there is sometimes a long wait but they never rush you out the door and take your care seriously.

WORST CLINIC EVER!! THE STAFF ARE SUPER RUDE !! NEVER EVER GET ANY CALL BAKS OR REFILL REQUESTS DONE IN AN ORDERLY FASHION OR TIMELY MANNER. I went to the walk in part of this clinic and was very happy with the doctor I saw. He was very friendly and thorough. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. I waited a bit longer than what they thought it might take but well worth it.

This is easily the worst run clinic in Prince Albert. The front desk staff are rude and clearly void of any intelligence and basic communication skills. They talk about patients in front a room of people waiting to be seen and display ZERO professionalism. Especially the one with multiple colours in her hair, sounds and looks trashy. Doctors are good but get a bad look because of the staff they employ. Management and MOAs need to be let go for this to improve. YIKES

Attended as a walk-in. wait was maybe 30-35 minutes which was OK in my opinion. Had an irritant in my eye that I couldn't flush out. Dr. Bischoff examined and said he couldn't see anything but swabbed the upper and lower eyelids and prescribed an antibiotic as a precaution. Happy to say that although he couldn't see anything, the swab did the trick and the irritation is gone. Thank you Dr. Bischoff.
