Called in to make zn appointment and lady was rude right off the bat, as she was asking my info she puts me on hold.. don't think she even took down the info she asked for.

All they care about is money. They waste people's time and after that you have to come for many appointments just to get money our of you. The one star is for the girls working there they are humble and helpful. There was a young Dr. Ivan who left to Regina, he was a good guy. That's it.

I know with Covid that timing and schedules change. However, I arrived for a follow up appointment to discover the clinic was closed on a Saturday? There was no indication of hours on the front door and when I called the number it only says we open at 9am. I had to go to another clinic to have someone see me instead.

The doc was incredibly rude... Dr. Gho.... I'm not how the rest is spelled... first and last time I go there... receptionist was very kind and helpful... the doctor looked at me like i was a junkie wanting a prescription... but just needed my ears flushed out... he ignored my small talk about the weather and I finally got mad and raised my voice that's when he mellowed out a little towards the end of the visit... I shouldn't have to be catering to his emotions... walked out feeling more awful from when I walked in...

Wish I could give 0 stars on this. I booked an appointment for 2 so i could be done by 2:30 come now it's nearly 3 o clock and all i need is a shot. Super stupid that just cause i have a simple problem doesnt mean I should have to wait this long. I should be able to be in and out but the doctors here dont care to let you get on your merry way when its something that only take 5 minutes of your time. The ladies at the front are crude and often give me harsh looks when i come in for my depo shot. Sincerly think they need to completely change their policies and actually let people get the simple things they need done, i understand someone may be worse off than me at the moment but im tired of booking appointments for small things and never actually leaving until nearly an hour later. It's distasteful and unprofessional, i can see the day that they close down this place.

I phoned *7 times* and had no answer. So I drove there, and they were open. I told the receptionist I called 7 times and I asked if their phone was down. She said it wasn't and she asked if I had the right number, which I did. She didn't say anything else. No apology or anything. Then she proceeded to be rude to one of the other people who came in after me. Awful service today!

Dr.Egbyemi has been my family doctor for 19 yrs and has always made me feel like I was in good hands, handled my last pregnancy, ended up in c section and he stay with me the whole time, am having my second, I know my babies are getting the best care with him!

Horrible time management. Said there would be a half hour wait when I've been waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes to see a doctor for a renewal of one prescription. Nobody said anything to me while waiting in the private room for over an hour. I won't ever come back. There are many better walk-in clinics in Prince Albert.

Poor time management. Booked me for an appointment at 10 . After I reach there, they took other person in between without an appointment, even it wasn't an emergency to them . The worst part is, they should ask at least that they were taking someone else before me. May find other clinic next time who respect my time .

Had the most awful and humiliating experience here, do not go here! Horrible care and a doctor who was more concerned with going home then treating her patients with respect, dignity and proper medical attention. Dr. H. Youssef was not interested in providing real care. She told me I was wasting her time and she just wanted to close the clinic (it wasn't even yet time to close). I inquired into a medication which she refused to look up, and when I asked if she even knew what it was she described the medication as something completely different. After yelling at me she stormed out of the room and I left in tears. I will be filing a formal complaint on many levels. I was humiliated for no reason. I spoke to my pharmacist after and he assured me there was no need for this type of abuse. I was not trying to get any narcotics or medication that could be abused, so there was no need for this treatment! She didn't even know what it was!! Do not go to this clinic!! After my abusive experience I will never return, I will also be complaining and making sure this incident does not go unnoticed. Guess I'll be driving to Saskatoon to see my old doctor.

Dr was amazingly patient and kind. After two visits prior to other clinics without much success the Dr listened to my sons problems with care and patience. Checked him over, plus an oxygen saturation sensor that the other two clinics didn't have. He determined he was in dire need to be sent to emergency. He phoned ahead. Gave him a nebulizer to be safe for transportation, which I asked another clinic to do prior and they said no, I had no idea he wasn't safe for transportation. Anyway amazing place. Will go there from now on!!!!

My wife went in with severe abdominal pain at 8pm and the doctor she saw told her to take some Tylenol and come back in a couple of days...the next day she was hospitalized her gallbladder was on the verge of rupturing and she was in severe pain. The doctors here are either severely un-educated or they do not care at all about patients. Do not ever go here unless you want sub-par care and to end up in worse condition than when you walked in. I will add however that the ladies up front are wonderful and professional.

Waited an hour and a half while the doctor seen other patiants. When ivan finally arrived i asked him "why he took so long" he laughingly said "he forgot about me". Which made me felt bad and wondering who in the world would practice this way. Perhaps Africa's a much more suitlble place for such ignorance.

My sister-In law and I were there to see Dr. Samy Ghobreyal today. He was very rude and unprofessional. Once he entered into the room without any greeting or even introduce his name, so I said to him: my sister is first time at this clinic, and so on, but he still kept silent. After few minutes, he asked how many weeks of pregnancy and some questions about my sister. It would be easer if he spoke clearly and slowly so I did not have to ask him to repeat and explain again his questions. He was likely yelling and got mad at us once asking about my sister's family doctor. I said to him, She just came to Canada few weeks ago, and did not go to see any Dr. yet, and we already know she needs to follow up with one Dr. until the due day. While he was visiting us, he got a phone call from his personal cellphone, and he left us to seat there to talk with someone by his own language about 10 minutes. We were so surprise and felt disrespectful. After he told us He will give my sister some vitamins, he said thanks and walked away, but I had to stop him because I still had some questions. However, he just quickly and angrily answer the question but did not go straight to my questions therefore we left with confusions. So he just helped nothing for today. We DO NOT recommend DR. SAMY GHOBREYAL to any patient.
