terible experience..phoned them last fri( feb 22nd) for an appointment on tues(feb 26th), the lady on reception can't find our appointment so like we're there as a (walk-in) ok...and make us wait for an hour to be called and waited another half an hour inside the room for the doctor then we decided to leave sooo upset but at least they wasted an hour and a half of our time not half of the day, cleanliness and sanitation are not acceptable( used syringes containers 3/4 full?, white spots on the inside bottom of swab bottle,papers on floor) totally not recommended!

No complaints, very average wait time 5-10 mins. Visit with doc was quick and she really took time to listen and answer any questions I had. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor (female).

My appointment was at 2pm and I was seen at 4pm for a total of 3 minutes. The clinic was packed full all day long and there is an extreme lack of cleanliness throughout. Would not recommend unless you have a whole day off with nothing better to do than sit.

Dr. Lalita Malhotra has been my doctor for over 37 years. I can't imagine seeing any other family doctor she has always treated me with a sincere heart and concern for my overall health. She always take the time to talk to me even if her waiting room is full of other patients, she give me a 100 percent of her time when she is treating/seeing me....It does however sometimes create a longer wait time when you are booked for an appointment, but to me if I am having a family/medical crisis she is there for me and for her other patients waiting as well..... good care takes time so maybe you are waiting this time to get in because she is giving that same dedicated care to another patient who needs her. She is one of the most dedicated physicians I know. Thank you Dr. Lalita for all you do <3 Susan Polowski
