FYIdoctors staff are so warm and friendly on the phone, and its not only that. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. I felt very safe since the protocol was very well established and maintained. After giving my information at the reception, I waited for less than 5 minutes before I was called in for my exam. Excellent patient care by the support staff and doctor. . The staff was so patient in helping me select a frame. What I was mostly impressed about is that I had my glasses in hand, posted to me, 17 days (including 3 weekends) from the date of my appointment. Efficient and prompt service at FYI doctors - 2nd Ave. Prince Albert.

Twice in the past year I have popped in to this location. Once I did to purchase eyeglass cleaners, and today to get a nose piece replacement for one that somehow fell off and got lost. Both times the staff was cheerful, friendly, considerate and timely and it is really refreshing to be treated so kindly and courteously. Good staff and fantastic service!

I have been going there for a number of years and I've found the staff to be terrific. Very helpful, courteous and professional. They have great diagnostic equipment and do very thorough exams. They are also quick and willing to refer you to any necessary specialists. I've seen more than one of the doctors there and received the same quality of service from all of them. Great selection of frames as well. Overall I have been very pleased with the care I've received there.

I was on a trip with my wife when a contact popped out, and I forgot to bring spares. Went to them, and even though I wasn't a customer, they helped me out so that we could continue to enjoy our trip. They wouldn't even take any money for it. Thank you!

I was having issues with a pair of glasses with fitment that i had purchased at another location. FYIdoctors on 2nd ave went above and behond to make sure I had great fitment and was very happy how everything turned out. I have switched my whole family over to this location and tell all my friends about the great experience I had there.

I had an appointment on April 3rd at 1100 am. Would of been nice to get notified be text or email that appointments were postponed. I am working nights so would of gotten up early to travel to Prince albert for the appointment just to see that it was closed. Thank God I called today to confirm.

Very poor customer service. Didnt even let you try them on and adjust them once they were done. Very judgmental workers. Would think they would care about their customers but no just want your money. Would never buy from them again. Sad that businesses are this way. I have been going there for years but i will not from now on.

Initially I was impressed with the level of customer care, cleanliness, and their decent selection of frames. However, it took a month to book my appointment, and over a month after the appointment I still have no clue when my glasses will be in. 5 weeks of waiting, no estimate time or date for when they'll be ready, and no updates from FYI.

I just received a call from FYI Prince Albert that I owe money for contact lenses which at the time there, I was told it was covered by my insurance provider. But that was not the case, as I was stunned and disappointed to hear that there was a miscommunication regarding my coverage. Now because of this, I had to use my credit card to pay the balance owing on those lenses. What really upsets me is that it took them little over two weeks to notify me about this and this should have been explained to me when I was there for my eye exam. I asked the front desk at the conclusion of my appointment if I need to pay for the contact lenses only to be told NO it's covered by your insurance provider. Overall I find this totally unacceptable.

My wife and I checked out the fyi 2nd Avenue is prince albert.... great service!! But the wait time to get in for an appointment was over half a year... thanks to covid issues they say... the selection was pretty good.... I bugged them almost everyday to find out if my glasses were ready yet and only after a week and a half, I got a text letting me know they were in... I'm very excited! I give fyi on 2 Ave p.a I 4 star ???? ???? ???? ???? ????! For service! The service was amazing ???? ???? ???? it was worth the wait.... I had a love to heart with my eye doctor actually. She was great! Thanks fyi
