It is a fine walk-in clinic. The only thing is don't count on being seen by the doctor for a long period of time cause they expect you to get a doctor even if you aren't planning on staying in the area for a long time.

Where my interaction so far has been somewhat limited, I can honestly say I have had a great experience. The individuals helping me out were fast and efficient and always friendly. No complaints from me

I went there 3 weeks ago, the front desk customer service employee was so rude. that lady, I shouldn't call her a lady and if there was zero star I'll just give her none. she ignored me for over 10 minutes there was no one waiting in line. the room was empty and she just told me that they couldn't see me .worst customer service I have in my life

The staff and Dr Grant is awesome here,very friendly! HOWEVER It's just to bad Dr Redka has to many patients and cant properly give care to his family patients, I have hyper tension and was put on blood pressure meds at this clinic with out any investigation to find out what was wrong with my heart ,and now I'm being told he won't refill the same blood pressure medicine I was prescribed at this clinic and have been on for a yr now And dont bother filling out forms for him to be a family doctor,even if he asks,I was asked and filled out the forms and was denied, And for the record I have excellent insurance,same as my Husbands,he was accepted btw Sorry but if I have to go to this clinic I'll go to see Dr Grant I just cant stand the arrogance and insensitivity from Dr Redka And considering how little family doctors we have around here,just because everyone comes to one doctor that doesn't make him great ,it makes him nessassary,I hope one day he lowers his nose out of the air long enough to realize the difference

Terrible place, I’ve been several times because I don’t have a family doctor. They are all super rude and it just doesn’t feel like they’re here to help, it feels like they just do anything to get you out quicker cause they clearly do not care. The wait time is also ridiculous, I scheduled an appointment for something that should’ve only taken me 10 minutes but of course to them it’s a first come first serve and had to wait an hour; overall very unorganized and would never recommend, do not bother wasting your time here.

This is one of the best walk-in clinics I have personally been to. I have been there twice and I was impressed with the type of the service I received from their staff. During my first visit, the doctor went over my concerns and explained in details what I need to know. During my second visit today, they accommodated my request after listening to my story. I also wanted to thank the receptionist for her professionalism. Thank you, Fadi

The Dr whom I just met is really amazing but the woman in front is really rude, she allows herself to make diagnoses for the patients and to tell them if they are allowed to see the doctor or not. She's a really nasty woman who obviously doesn't like her job!!!!!!!

The wait time here is ridiculous. You could book an appointment and be waiting hours past it. Went in at 12am for a non-booked appointment. Got seated far after the 5pm close time. Its bizarre.

Very rude woman working at the front desk. Be aware that this is NOT a walk in clinic like advertised. They are very rude if you have a family doctor of your own. I came here because it is 30+ minutes to my family doctor and I can't get in to my family doctor within the month. I really liked the doctor here the first time I came but I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone after this visit.

Great Doctor and great Support Staff - I could always count on Dr. Reka to listen to my concerns and discuss possible treatments. Some comments are negative that I don't understand - the staff and Doctor were overworked before Covid with wait times, you just had to be patient. From a bad accident 4 years ago, Dr. Reka walked me through the healing process and provided the right medicine or referral to a specialist. Don't let one event discourage you - everybody has a bad day - this is a good knowledgeable Doctor who cares. Five Stars from me.

Went in with communicable diseases paperwork that I needed to he filled out for employment purposes. These forms must be filled out by a registered physician and say so on the form. They told me not only would I have to pay for the service (which is typically normal) but that the forms were to complicated and I needed to fill them out myself and the physician working there would look over it after. Basically they were asking me to pay for a service and also do it myself. This is ridiculous.

I booked an appointment, having never been to this location before but my family doctor was away. I was seen within 15 minutes of my booked appointment time, the staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was amazing. He was caring and thoughtful even tho I am not one of his patients. I would highly recommend this doctor and this clinic.

I'd love to thank the office staff, and ONLY the office staff, for caring enough for my well being to stay after hours and send my info to a Dr of another office. If not for them I would have ended up in the emergency room, or worse! Thank you soooo much, ladies! I would give a 5 star to them. The 1 star is for the dr who could care less if I lived or died

I've been trying to call this place for the past 2-3 days to book an appointment I've gotten through once and they told me to give public health a call to try to get a weigh in for my newborn and to call back if public health couldn't send out a nurse( after calling public health they said they've never done anything like that even before the pandemic) Now whenever I call I get the message "The person you are calling isn't taking calls at the moment please try again later" or they just pick up the phone and hang up even though it's clearly open. The receptionist seems very lazy and doesn't want to do her job. The other one star reviews seem to be very accurate I wouldn't bother with this walk in clinic in my opinion someone should get fired for not doing their dam job and intentionally avoiding calls

So thankful for this clinic. They helped me more in 24 hours then my family doctor did in 3 weeks of me trying to get an ultrasound.. bless their hearts!!

Went here for a booster vaccine. It was very busy and when I told the lady at the front desk what vaccine I needed I repeated it twice just to make sure she got it right because she seemed distracted. When I was brought in the nurse administered my vaccine and then signed my papers writing down the name of a vaccine I did not ask for. I asked her about it and she said that I told the front desk lady that it was what I wanted when it was not. I then had to get the correct vaccine in my other arm. Extremely unprofessional, too busy for their own good. Blaming a patient for their own miscommunications and mistakes I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I had a chronic cough I found out it was gerds dr reka gave me good stuff . I thank you I'm not coughing and my problem is resolved. I recently was called by front staff to get my mammogram. I did. I thank you frontline staff angels there was a concern . It's all being dealt with before this I had other health issues my life was saved by this doctor and his staff. I can't say enough. 5 out of 5 thank you. Superstars. Don't judge this walk in clinic if it's busy and it's doctors are doing their job. It's not easy . They see a number of people I don't know that I could stay as informed and professional as they do. We judge . I can tell you I would be not be here now without dr reka and that staff. Iam so thankful for them. Thank you thank you thank you.

Dr. Reka is an amazing Doctor for many reasons! He listens!! He is honest with his thoughts and opinions. He is so patient and understanding. He genuinely cares! I feel very lucky to have Dr.Reka look after me!
