Dr. Mercer's Port Colborne Dental is a welcoming environment and took me in without hesitation and made my transition as smooth as possible. The staff have good time management and were able to hastily get me an appointment for my teeth that were causing me pain which I now know was due to an exposed nerve. The team at Mercer's always go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and will always put the effort in to help you understand. Dr. Mercer personally went out of her way to get a diagram booklet of the procedure she had planned for me!

Does not except healthy smiles for families in unfortunate financial difficulties in my opinion that is unacceptable and every child deserves to be able to see any dentist.

I have been taking my child to Dr.Mercer's office since her first tooth. She has always been treated with care and concern in every part of her time with them. The office staff is kind and respectful. We are deeply lucky to have been apart of the family care they provide
