I've never had any problems. He listens and asks questions. The receptionist has always been very nice. Not sure about the bad reviews.. This is Canada, you can't expect perfect English all the time. Rude!

I did not care for this Doctor I could barely understand him and he seemed very uninterested in what I was trying to say. If someone will not hear you out how can you get proper treatment. Not sure how good of a Doctor he is but I have been to him and given him 3 or 4 chances now and I am definitely NOT going back. Looking for someone who actually wants to do their Job. Dr Pallen you should Retire and enjoy life....

Dr Pallan is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor, he treats me with respect and seems to genuinely care about my well-being. I have been seeing him for about 11 years now with no complaints.

Dr Pallen has been a great help to our family for about 20 years. He has helped in seeing the realities of certain situations and has given good advice. He has diligently monitored and modified meds when required. He and his staff have been interested and concerned while remaining very professional.

Extremely poor communication skills. Labeled patient as a liar. Do not go to this doctor for mental health support, he will only make it worse. Should not be a doctor for psychiatry, he is not empathetic, makes accusations and dismisses a persons cries for help. An investigation into this doctors patients should be opened to see how badly he has affected other's mental state. I highly encourage anyone with a complaint to contact CPSO and fill in a complaint form. If anyone has been dismissed by this man or has left the meeting feeling worse, its not your fault! your mind is important and your issues are real! do not let him tell you otherwise. Seek support from someone who wont push you over the edge.

Very bad experience with this individual. He has such poor communication skills, I had to explain the same thing multiple times. I walked out having had no new information given to me. It was an entire waste of time and I do not recommended him at all!
