I found Dr Malaiyandi friendly and professional. She took the time to answer my concerns and followed up in a timely manner. As I have a family history of skin cancer and have also had some issues , I felt confident that I am being carefully monitored under her care. NOTE.. Appointment wait was right on time...very efficient !

Rude and extremely insensitive. Unbelievable! My family waited for 6 months to get an appointment with this doctor. What a waste. I've never felt more like an inconvenience to somebody. We were there to deal with my child's acne and in short, were rushed out of the office. We had questions that deserved answers and this doctor couldn't have cared LESS. At one point, she told us to "look it up on line" when we asked about different treatment options. SERIOUSLY?? She actually refused to address some of the skin conditions my child was facing and told us to book another appointment (which is in another 6 months). It was hard to balance our anger at the way we were spoken to by this doctor, with the feelings of our child (patient) sitting in the room. Once the appointment ended, she left the room without saying goodbye. She made it quite clear that we had inconvenienced her somehow. Does Dr. Malaiyandi not realize that by giving attitude to the parents, she's actually victimizing the child patient? We left with no solutions and found better service from a pharmacist down the street. I would NOT recommend her services. I certainly hope that we are the family that she decided was a pain in her butt and that this is not a pattern of behaviour. Especially since a child was involved who deserved better treatment.
