Horrible service, I order two meals and I said I wanted two large fries and they only gave me one even after they said they were going to check to make sure it was the correct size. After I came back to get the correct size, they put it in a small bag. Last time I go there.

Some of the worst staff ever. Unable to perform basic function or take simple orders. Staff were rude , unprofessional, and threatened to call the police! Because we politely asked for the same order we get at all the other locations across the province, for the same price. They overcharge constantly because they don't understand there own PoS systems! Relatively slow, inconsistent food to top it off... STAY AWAY worth driving to another location.

First off, I waited at the Register for like 5 minutes before someone came over, and there were like 1 or 2 people, who have a clear view of me waiting to order, but they ignored me instead. The lady who took my order was nice though. Now here I am standing waiting to get my order, when more people come in and wait long to get their order too, But me, who ordered before all these people came in, finally got all of what I ordered like 5 minutes after every body who got their orders before me left. I am really upset they get every order through the drive through but, I have to wait for like 20 to 30 minutes to get everything. My food was cold by the time I got everything. I am very upset and hope they improve their serving skills in the future. Drive through people aren't the only people who are ordering, please get you act togtlether, but until then you are the worst McDonald's I've ever went to

Basic McDonald’s experience, not bad wait times for being open a week. Main complaint is the pop given to us was overflowing before the worker passed it out the window, they passed it to us anyway even though it was already spilling everywhere in the window. we tried to dry it off during the trade off, couldn’t, and then got it all over the car and ourselves. The lady who passed it to us then shoved our food out to us without saying anything at all or letting us get situated. Not great costumer service today, not a single comment about how we just had pop dumped on us, or basic apology. Fries were also very bland. Going to try going inside next time, hopefully with more time this place will be a great little spot!

Terribly slow, ordered 750 am got order 814. People who ordered after us got their orders before us, at least 6 people. My coffee sat so long they had to make another.. never go there again

Usually I enjoy McDonald's coffee ☕ from every one I ever went to wherever it was in the province but I had to stop ???? at this one on my way to work out the sunrise trail for quite some time this summer and every time they put way wat too too much sweetener in my coffee ☕ and that's a bad way to start the day off ????????

Very unsatisfied. Went and ordered a happy meal for my grandson and paid for it the the one that took my order walked away I wanted to make another order. She never came back to the counter.Got my first order and left.

Curbside pickup is VERY slow. Counted 27 cars go through the drive thru while waiting for our order. 20 minutes and still counting.....

Good quality McDonald's experience. Store was clean, staff were friendly, and the food was fast and hot. Great location too, overall it was a good McDonald's experience.

Drive up to window 2. No greeting no drinks just told to park in space 2. We parked got our food 6 mins later (nothing special ordered right off the menu) no drinks. Asked for the drinks and waited another few minutes. The girls was sweet and apologetic and it wasn't her mess up but I would retrain the girl on window 2.

I've only got my order from there right about a handful of times every other time half the order is missing. They are extreme rude when you go back to get the missing items YOU PAY FOR. Some employees are great but alot of bad seeds.

Just a joke of a McDonald’s, 3 opportunities now to get a black coffee right and everytime it has sugar. Even with replacements… definitely taking away from local business… just don’t go.

Service was unbelievably slow for it not being busy ... and when we finally did get our food I waited atleast another 10 mins for the drinks I was assured would be right up . Until I asked for a 4th time they were indeed not right up.
