Dr Sandhu’s work on my teeth as well as my parents teeth is extremely neat and would any day recommend all to be their patient. Dr. Sandhu offered advice that helped me choose the right treatment, ultimately saving a tooth, instead of taking the easy way out and ripping it out. His approach was one of a kind and put me at ease throughout the procedures. This is the kindest and most through dental clinic I have ever been to. My initial patient appointment for establishing my baseline amazed me with the thoroughness.... so many hi res images, X-rays, Cat Scan, etc. Dr Kuldeep Sandhu came in to inspect and provided very clear explanation of what is going on in my mouth and anything that might be of concern in the future. I have never had a clearer explanation of my dental health. My hygienist, Tanya, was detailed and pleasant. Dr’s Kuldeep and Reenu Sandhu are fantastic. I left my last dental clinic because my “dentist” kept changing. Every visit was a different doctor and my entire family felt like a number and not a patient after 10 years. Not the case at the Picton Dental Clinic. It is very worth the 30 minute drive from Belleville to Picton!

I had a wonderful experience! To start the front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating to you. I went in to get myself and children appts and was welcomed right away. I had a cracked molar and needed to be seen ASAP and that was no problem.. I ended up having to have the tooth extracted :(.. however the dentist and her asst were so kind and patient with me. They explained all my options in regards to my situation , which made me feel better . It was a very good experience and a I am very comfortable going back!!!

I had gone in for a filling on a molar, I was then in severe pain. I went back in so they could "file" it down as I was told a bite adjustment was causing the pain. 2 weeks after my bite adjustment ( I had to go out of town so I could not go back right away), I was still in pain, and it was getting worse as the days went on. I was now told that the filling was too large and it was hitting a nerve, so I must have a Root Canal and Crown. When getting the Crown completed, at the very end they realized they did not have the proper adhesive, so I had to go back again to have this completed. So for 1 tooth that needed a filling I was there 5 separate times. As well I do not have benefits and I had to pay out of pocket for all of this. They created my tooth pain, and made me pay to fix what they did wrong. Not impressed at all by this dentist. I will not be going back.

In July of 2016 I had two lower fillings by Dr. Reenu Sandhu. Just to note, no discomfort was ever felt in that area. It was extremely painful after the freezing wore off with nerve pain radiating to the upper molars and bottom front teeth on the same side. Also, it was quite sensitive to temperature, especially cold. I called the dentist and was told this was normal and could last for a while. Four days later, still in pain, I called the office to explain the discomfort did not feel like any typical post filling issue. I was told this was normal as the cavity was deep. Was also told they were going on holiday until after the August long weekend. No contact number was provided and when asked later, I was told they don't have anyone to call should an emergency arise. During this time my tooth was becoming increasingly painful. After fourteen days of much discomfort, I called the office and was advised to come in. The bite was adjusted. I asked if it was possible that a root canal could be necessary. I was advised it was most likely the bite and to do salt water rinses. Six days later, I called the dentist again as the pain continued to get worse. She called in a prescription for an antibiotic. I was advised they would be away again for another week. Again no information given on what to do while they were away. When they returned, I called back, went to see her and a root canal was done. I felt somewhat relieved but the temperature, pressure, and sensitivity issue remained. The discomfort was increasing and becoming more painful all along the lower jaw area with some referred pain in the upper jaw, same side. This was a Friday? They don't work Fridays. I went in for an assessment and X-Ray of the tooth that week. As it was still painful, no crown was placed on the root canal. I continued with assessment of the tooth for all of September and was told it could be sensitive from gum recession and advised to give it another four to six weeks. I was also informed the antibiotics were probably not necessary and advised to do more salt water rinses to no avail. Although my tooth was still painful, I went ahead with a scheduled cleaning. I asked the hygienist not to go near my painful tooth. The dentist was advised by the hygienist that my tooth was still in pain. I feel this dentist does not believe I have any discomfort. Two weeks later I called the office and explained I wanted a referral to a specialist as this had been going on far too long. After three months I'm in more pain now than ever. Considering I never had any issue with the tooth until she worked on it, it seems very curious. It was at this point I decided not to go back and found another dentist. The tooth had to be extracted and I was told the root probably was cracked. My advise. Do not go to this dentist. The above comments sum it up! Dissatisfied ex-patient.

This dentist office is incredible! As soon as I walked in the door at my initial appointment I felt like more than just a patient. Everyone on the team is so personable and caring, spending the time to ask me about my life and how I'm doing. Dr. Sandhu removed two of my wisdom teeth, and the process was great all round - he really takes the time to explain the details of the procedure and walk you through everything beforehand which really set my mind at ease. Overall, 100% recommend this dental office!

They took the time to explain every procedure that was going to be needed to give me teeth that would not only look great but would also work great . I visited 2 other Dentist and not one of them took time to explain why I needed to have implants.No one showed me an exray or even felt the need to take one. Both Dentists spent about 8 to 10 minutes with me and both couldn't be bothered to explain anything to me at all. They wanted me to see a Dental Surgeon and then come back to there office to finish the procedure. I have never had a better experience at a Dentist before, I believe that this Dental Centre truly cares and has stayed atop of all the latest Technology in there field. And they are with you from start to Finnish with any procedure. Thank You

this dentistry office is amazing - the front desk gals always call you by name the person you are dealing with comes out to get you and walks you in then when your done walks you out!!! I have an amazing Hygenist that reviews everything with me and shares with Dentist is there is an issue and there have been.
