These folks are the best in dental care! I had a pretty messed up mouth and now my teeth look great. They will be as flexible as you need and really go the extra mile to help. Super friendly hard working staff and I can't say enough about the care and attention to detail that Dr. Rami and his kind sister Caroline show. A true artist and lover of his fellow humans. I am a chicken that typically requires sedation for dental work. Today Dr Rami removed a broken tooth for me and no sedation!!! I have had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past. I never thought I would have such an amazing time getting a filling. My tooth was in such bad shape a root canal was probably on order. After chatting with Dr. Rami we decided to give the filling a try to see if he could save my tooth. First he gave me the freezing which I didn't even know he was administrating to me because there was absolutely no pain. I was so comfortable during the whole procedure I was almost fell asleep. I couldn't of had a better experience and the price was great. I highly recommend anyone in the County to go see Dr. Rami!!!

I have avoided the dentist for 10 years, needless to say i get very embaressed about my teeth and about someone my age shying away for so long. I met Doctor Rami and lets just say within 10 minutes felt so at ease. He didnt judge me, assured me it happens a lot and that my teeth werent even that bad. He set up a game plan for me and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way. Im incredibly surprised how far i came, from not being able to even call a dentist to having jokes and giving him musical requests while in his chair (all numb and being worked on!). HE is VERY TALENTED AND GIFTED and i cant stress this enough. This is the only office i would recommend to anyone who asks. Thumbs way way up!

Well ,I'm not one to do reviews very often ,but I can't say thank-you enough to the wonderful people at County Dental .I've had a few opions on my dental situation and each one required my teeth being extracted, Dr Rami had a different perspective, he did these amazing wrap around fillings ,when i I arrived home and looked in the mirror, I had to look several times because I wasn't sure I was actually looking at my mouth.! My teeth that were in very rough shape, were honestly like brand new teeth. Which greatly helped not only my mouth but my self esteem as well ... So I can't recommend Dr Rami enough, I've never been too a dentist like this..creative,and incredibly compassionate every time I come.!

I have been bounced around my offices saying my case was too complex and they refused to sedate me or give me options other than very expensive specialist dentist referrals. Dr Rami took me in and step by step worked with me on my anxiety and treatment and we accomplished everything I needed stress free and pain free. I went to another dentist about a broken tooth and was told I had to have a cap and no other thing can be done and they wanted 1500$ from me out of pocket for that. The office seemed only about selling stuff. I switched to this office and I got my tooth fixed with just a filling, had another tooth smoothed and I have been fine for 2 months now. Lots of dentists try to sell sell sell but not this place, if you don't want to get ripped off come here, simple as that.

Moved to town with the Covid pandemic, was recommended this office by many and decided to try it out. Carolines cleanings are the most thorough and gentle, shes a gem of a hygienist/nurse and person that has totally changed my perception of the dreaded dental experience. Got some xrays done and met Doctor Majid who was so laid back, cheerful and easy to talk to so no white coat fears came over me. Turns out i didnt need much work and was happy with not being pushed to have to do anything since apparently my old fills were doing just fine as he put it. Decided i wanted whitening so I had Caroline provide that for me in the office which was pricier but i have to say i definitely am happy with the difference now. Thanks for listening and accepting me to your office, ill definitely avoid delaying things so long from now on!

This dentist is one of a kind, over holidays he personally answered my email and messages and got back to me right away on several occasions. When i first came to the office, i noticed how friendly the staff are. The place is right in town, laid back, and offers top notch care (in comparison to many offices i have been at). Dr Majid is incredibly gentle, i cant believe he froze me several spots and never even knew it! No pain of issues after. Highly recommended, the other reviews are right on.

Well generally I've never liked dentists ,for several reasons that I won't explain.And odsp has made finding a dentist ,literally like pulling teeth,I came to Dr Rami for a second opinion, and from a dentist ,I've never had such complete honest upfront assessment as I did at county dental care ! His whole demeanor and that of his staff,from the first phone call to my assement, showed that all of the staff genuinely cares about the well being of there patients. The atmosphere is light hearted the second you walk through the door,almost like walking through my own door...it felt like home.:) It's hard to find Drs or dentists that don't give off an impression that they are above you ..never once did I feel that here and from an intuitive empaths perspective they are all heart based ,which is to me very rare... I would absolutely recommend Dr Rami and everyone at County dental care ..to anyone who has a fear of the dentist ...! Definitely worth the drive to picton..:) Thankyou so much for having me!

Praise given where it’s due so I’ll take the time to review. Caroline is a wonderful dental hygiene nurse and took such great care of me and my kids. The doctor here is just wonderful and I’d Caroline’s brother which makes it feel so much more family oriented! I wanted some cosmetic changes on my front teeth and Doctor Majid took over an hour explaining and writing and drawing all my options! I decided to have my front caps replaced and the work was excellent I should have done this earlier! Pain less during and after and it’s changed my smile completely. County Dental Care has a Great office located directly in downtown Picton. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to have a deep cleaning and Caroline did an amazing job, I felt that I was in good hands. Ramy is extremely gentle when dealing with your teeth and explained very well what was going on and what to expect etc. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. Actually listens to what a patient says and wants. This place really is a “no pressure” clinic. Had an issue with my wisdom teeth and my older dentist refused to help and wanted to do a bunch of stuff before I could be seen. Got frustrated paying and paying and never getting this addressed. I tried this office for an emergency and Dr Majid accommodated me, got me out of pain and got two teeth out. Totally pain free now and finally able to eat well.

I'm a single mom on welfare and this is the only office in PEC that accepted me and helped me out. I called so many and they just don't take the coverage or care. The dentist and staff treated me so well I just broke down and cried. He is the nicest doctor I've ever had and was incredibly gentle and kind. My mother is on ODSP and not a single dentist in this entire area would help her out during these trying and hard times when she was in pain and suffering. We called many offices and they seemed to say they “reached a strict quota” as if we were cattle! Dr Rami not only took her as a patient, he helped her , fixed her smile and got her a cleaning that she hasn’t had for years many thanks to the wonderful hygienist there. Praises and love from a happy family thanks for helping us out and were grateful to be new patients here and for an office that doesn’t judge or care about the bottom line only.

This dentist office is AMAZING. The price is also right, which really helps when you don't have insurance or benefits! I have extreme extreme dental anxiety. I cannot usually handle dentists unless I get put out. Which is what I normally do! HOWEVER I had a time constraint and couldn't get to Belleville. I went here. I DIDN'T FEEL THE NEEDLE GO IN! This man is god lol. Literally the best dentists in the County! And did I mention the fees and costs are less then EVERY OTHER DENTIST office in the County...I checked! I have my whole family here now! Would highly highly recommend!

I have been to one dentist for a very long time and he sold his office and left and I found myself in the county more and more and decided to make the switch to someone new after speaking to neighbours and friends here who recommended Dr Majid. I was weary because the dentist is not something you look forwards to especially someone new. Dr Majid is absolutely amazing, he was very gentle and laid-back, listened and made sure I had a great experience. I have since gone back several times after making the switch and always had a comfortable and wonderful experience and that is key when being in a place everyone dreads and fears. If you ever want to try a new dentist out, Dr Majid is the one I would highly recommend.

Had a dental emergency and went to another dentist in the area and was told I needed 2 caps and 2 root canals and they would not take my insurance and wanted more than $4000 up front! I asked around and was told to come here for a second opinion so I did. It turned out I did not have to have the root canals or the caps and they helped me and took my insurance so I only had to pay a percent. Once all the work was done Ive had no issues. They saved me thousands of dollars and I am very thankful and wanted everyone to know if you think you want a second opinion you should do it and you will be surprised!

Dr Rami and his staff are the absolute best. I recently moved to Picton and have had a few different dentists over the years. I noticed there are many corporations and chains especially taking over Belleville and the region so I asked friends and they recommended this office. Dr Rami is the one you always see, no other random dentists and that made me feel so much more assured. He is VERY GENTLE! COULD NOT TELL HE FROZE ME! Its like magic coming here. I have lived in Belleville and now PEC for a few years and went to different dentists until I heard about Doctor Majid. I cant believe people still haven't discovered this gem of an office. I wanted to spend some time and write things here for all to know. Doctor Majid is super laid back and never tried to sell me on things like other offices have in the past. One office in the area told me I needed 4 caps and Doctor Majid said that was too excessive and that nothing seemed broken so we should let it be. This meant instead of being quoted 6000$ by the other dentist (and nothing was broken or sensitive) all Doctor Rami recommended was a guard plate! The other thing I notice is I always see Doctor Rami at this office and not a different dentist every few months that seem to have different opinions all the time. It makes things so much easier and I feel much more comfortable this way. 5 stars!!!

Tried Dr Rami Majid’s office for the first time after I asked around and several people recommended it and I was very impressed indeed. He took time to look at things, his staff explained things simply, they stayed late to accommodate me past normal hours and they double checked all was ok when I got home after the work was done and over with. I was horrified at my broken front tooth and couldn’t imagine the weekend without a smile but he made sure it was finished so I could walk away and not have to live in a mask 24/7. The repair work was very gentle and felt no pain or jolts at all. I had an issue with this tooth before and was told I had to have a white cap placed on it for over a thousand dollars but the staff here explained that a white filling was all that was needed and it was not bad enough to have to get an expensive cap. I feel good service is often overlooked and I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr Rami Majid and his staff for helping me out. Will definitely be back again.
