Worst doctor I've ever had and he's been my family doctor since before I was born. Told him I was having issues with depression and anxiety and he told me it was just hormones because I was a teen at the time. Just called and asked for a refill on my citalopram that Chantelle hart finally prescribed me, and he won't send over the prescription so now I'm having major side effects from being off my meds for a week. Jackie is no help either. She messes up constantly. She told me I had all my vaccines for placement for school and I didn't and then she couldn't get me the vaccine so I wasn't allowed to go on placement. She books me appointments and then changes them without notifying me and then gets mad when I don't show up for the appointment I didn't know I had. I live over 2 hours away and she booked me an appointment to give me a vaccine I already had. I drove all the way there and she called me like 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me I didn't actually need the vaccine and to just pick up my paperwork and then still missed the vaccine I actually did need. So I drove over 2 hours for a piece of paper she could have just faxed to my school like I asked or mailed it to me and still got nowhere with it. This whole mistake of hers has cost me a ton of money, I wasn't even able to continue with my program because she doesn't know how to read so I wasted 3 years of my life and a ton of money, a ton of student debt and it was all for nothing because she's too stupid to read a piece of paper
