I would put a .5 with it. Great man terrible front desk and wait times. Either double booking or something. You usally wait an hour or so if you have an appointment.

Worst place to go. These guys Dnt even honour their appointments. Have to wait their for 1 hour even after my appointment was booked and the lady upfront told me there are two guys ahead. Like seriously what’s the use of appointment. Bad management

I just recently started going to Intredpid Medical Centre in March of 2021 as I had not been to a Dr in over 5yrs and couldn't trust my previous family Dr. And for that reason would not return to her. At Intrepid I was seen by Dr. Anne Nwobu she is absolutely amazing. She took time in my initial consultation to listen to my concerns and address what needed to be addressed. She makes you feel comfortable being in her office,very friendly answers all questions. And she truly listens to you!! And even when I have had to wait a a little bit past my appt time she is worth it and let's be honest...when is there no wait time at a Dr's office?? And rest of staff is amazing as well

Such a unprofessional place don't even honor their appointments , took an appointment day before and waited for 40 min and left such an unprofessional behaviour. Go for some other place

I went here a few weeks ago for a work-related injury. Unfortunately due to the unique nature of my injury the Tele-health Dr was not able to help me so I had to go to another clinic which is the only reason for my 4 star rating otherwise I would have given them a 5! The nurse and Pharmacist were very nice, attentive and all round pleasant professionals! I will definitely be back, particularly once they have an in-person Dr in place.????

I was at the clinic today and saw Dr Anne...I just want to throw it out there, I have never felt so comfortable talking to and discussing my problems with a doctor. Her bedside manner was fantastic, she listened, she appeared interested, like she cared and came up with possible solutions. You would make a wonderful therapist! Thank you so much for your understanding, I know im not always a ray of sunshine when I come in but I really do appreciate all you at the clinic! Stay safe!

The staff at the pharmacy is very helpful and friendly. Also willing to make the time to help you and even fill your last min prescription. They also delivery you meds if you can’t make it over and about to get over the counter medication if needed delivery for a small fee if you are get your regular medication delivery. Walk-in clinic staff are friendly as well and helpful and make sure your in and out as fast as possible. They are also great if you call first to make sure they are available and slow so your not waiting hours.

I had a great experience at this clinic. I’ve been looking for a family doctor since I moved to Oshawa and I’m happy to have chosen Dr. Numfor. Very down to earth and will spend the time with you. I never felt rushed during my appointment. Excellent staff and it’s very clean.

The nurse attends quickly and gives a good service. What I did not like that the doctor is never physically, it is only a video call and the diagnosis is what the nurse says.

I just started to go to this clinic!! It's a busy clinic but they are amazing there. I have Dr.Numfor and he is awesome and so understanding, always listening to what you have to say he's very professional and helpful. I'm so glad me and my daughter got in as new patients.

I was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time and when Dr. Nwobu finally arrived, she seemed like she was in a rush and barely had time for me. I wouldn't have minded the long wait if the doctor seemed like she actually cared to give me the time of day. She spoke to me for all of 5 minutes before rushing me out. HOWEVER, the pharmacist was really great. He made sure to listen, understand what I need and help me out. I will be adding a 5 star rating on their pharmacy page. 2 stars because the main reason of my visit was to see the doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Numfor since he first started. He is a very pleasant doctor and is very thorough. It was scary for me to get a new doctor but I am so happy I did because he is very caring and knows alot. The pharmacy is worth mentioning because Baris is also very patient and knowledgeable and kind.

Went in for a walk in took a while to get checked out but they were busy understandable. So no issues the receptionist/nurse was very nice! and my dr was nice as well! pharmacy was quick too. Pharmacy way better then shoppers 10 mins got my meds! Cant beat that! Pharmacy guy was super polite and helpful as well. Only thing was took while to get checked out but they were busy so understandable. But a pretty good clinic

This clinic is incredible, barely any wait time, super helpful/informative doctors and GREAT staff! Had a female doctor, completely forget her name, but she was AWESOME, I brought an entire list of questions (I know I'm that person), instead of acting like it was a nuisance (like my normal physician does) even though I'm sure it was very annoying and time consuming, she took her time and answered every single one of them. She was incredibly informative and patient, then got me in the SAME DAY for bloodwork. Not only are the doctors a gift from god himself, the student nurse, and people working the front desk are also 10/10 so kind, so professional, so quick. Not to mention the super helpful pharmacist who again, was so very patient with me, very informative and so so kind. I am an absolute WIMP when it comes to bloodwork, and I have the worst veins, so when I say they have a blood taking professional, I mean it!!!!!!! She is a CHAMP, took her ONE poke, I barely felt it and she was done in 30 seconds!! I am so impressed by this clinic I am honestly in shock!!

Concise email detail from Baris, the pharmacy's owner, is very beneficial. Actually, Dr. Numfor & Baris run the clinic very efficiently as do their staff. Both are very organized. Besides, they positive professional rapport when discussing a patient's needs is self-evident. They call across to each other to ensure timely medication needs. Hopefully, their beneficial attributes towards clients will persist for years to come regardless of financial success.

The female doctor I saw yesterday was the most miserable women I’ve ever met. From the moment she walked in you could tell she didn’t want to be there and was visibly fed up just in general. Very unprofessional for her to let that affect her performance and how she addresses patients. I’m disgusted by the way I was treated. I would never recommend this place.

I am very impressed with Dr Numfor. He is a very kind and compassionate person, and my appointments are never rushed. He is a thorough doctor which I appreciate. There is a bit of a wait time, in my experiences going here, but I’m assuming it’s because the doctors are thorough and take their time with patients.

Doctor Numfor took me serious from the first moment I had explained everything that I was experiencing. He is extremely friendly, always has a big smile on his face, positive attitude, smart and an amazing listener. He immediately sent me for a CAT scan for my neck and back... spinal cord was being pinched and it was going to cause me to be paralyzed if I did not have it operated on soon. Dr. Numfor called every day with the help of his amazing staff to surrounding neurosurgeons in the area with no response for help. He did not want to take any chances so he asked me to go to a Toronto Hospital to emerge where I could not be turned away. Within 3 hours I was being prepped for emergency neck surgery! I can not express enough to the Inteprid Clinic from Dr. Numfor, his staff and of course the #1 Pharmacist in Durham, Baris Huner!! If anyone is looking for an amazing doctor and support of staff you know where to go now ❤️
