If I could give a lower rating I would! Tried calling over 30+ times in a week. No answer. Book a phone appointment, NEVER get a call. What the hell am I suppose to do for my prescriptions! This place is a joke! I don’t know where I even go from here! Ya’ll need to get your act together and actually care for patients!

This place never answers your calls. They explicitly say not to leave a voicemail. When you are finally able to book an appointment. They call you back extremely late. Our phone appointment was for 4:10pm. They didn’t call us back till 4:50pm. The doctor didn’t start by apologizing for running late or anything till I pushed to ask why they didn’t bother to call us. Reception should know if the doc is running late and contact us to let us know the doc is running late.

Dr Kumar. From my very first meet and greet appt he has mentioned having a pap done every single time I go in when I just had one.1 month before seeing him. I told him I was in a MVA and had my neck fractured and when i asked for an MRI he scanned my lower back and nothing in my neck or upper back and then kicked me off his services cuz i told him he didnt even get the proper part of my body scanned. Now i am pregnant and have no family doctor because he messed up and then kicked me off his services but kept my 3 children on... not an office worth going to at all if i could give it no stats i would. Dr. Kumar is a creep and will make us women feel so uncomfortable!

Excellent pharmacy! Quick but will take the time to answer any questions. Friendly staff. Sometimes takes a few tries to get someone from the Doctors office to have time to answer the phone, needs more reception support at the clinic. Great doctors. Should have 2 doctors on staff, one for appointments and one for walk-ins, doesn't make sense for the appointments to be behind because the doctor is trying to squeeze in all the walk ins.

This place is probably the worst doctors office in Oshawa , if not Durham , receptionist is dumb as a rock n don’t ever pick up the phones, and the doctors don’t seem to listen at all. I told them to do a certain test and yet they still seem to screw up my results and did not even do the correct test I told them to do

I called to find out the wait time for the walk-in clinic and was told that there was no one waiting so I would go right in. I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes later and have been currently waiting for over 1.5 hours for my 10 month old baby to be seen. I understand that people can arrive between calling and arrival but I feel very mislead and irritated. When I asked for an update on my wait time because I've been here for quite a while, I was told that there are 3 doctors in the office today and one is only doing walk-in patients. This is even more frustrating and makes me question why the wait has been so long. I will not be returning to this clinic.

This clinic is amazing, the receptionists are friendly and very polite and helpful. I was helped in a timely manner and the nurses and doctors always provide great advice and correct diagnoses. Very happy with overall experience.

They never answer the phone. Even when in the office you can hear the phone ring and see they won't answer. It's ridiculous. People say the ladies working at the front are great. Sorry but they are not. Doctors are great. Front of house needs changed

It seems everyone has the same complaint. The doctors are great however the receptionists are awful. I am a receptionist and I know how hard it can be but it seems like they are not even the least bit interested in being helpful.

The doctors and service on their end is fantastic however the reception????? HORRIBLE. Terrible reception in term of answering phones! I am barely ever able to get through and when I do I’m placed on hold only for someone to hang up on me after 5-10 minutes of waiting. Will be complaint to the the doctors about this issue. They seriously need to hire better receptionists/admins.

Absolutely love my doctor but can't stand the office. She always listens to me and gives me the best care possible but it is so hard to get an appointment. I can never get through to speak with anyone, even before covid, and you can't leave messages. Today I called because I need to get my son in for his very overdue vaccines (due to covid and the office being closed/no one answering/no way to book an office visit). Receptionist was rude and short with me. I was told he couldn't get a vaccine appointment because the office doesn't have any vaccines; this is the second time he will miss a vaccine because they keep running out. I wish I could get him a pediatrician but you can only get one if your child has ongoing health concerns. I just can't wait 3 weeks to get an appointment for my son and end up going to a walk in clinic instead 90% of the time.

Dr Coomeran is amazing however you can NEVER reach the office. I can call 30 times in one day and no one every answers. The last two times we have had to drive to the office to speak with anyone this was even well before Covid. I'm really considering switching doctors as this is ridiculous trying to communicate with them. It's a shame to because she is a great doctor but her staff sucks

I have been seeing Dr.Bannon for about 4 years now as my family physician and she is AMAZING! she will take the time to listen to what's going on, give her honest feedback and fully explain things to you. She is thorough and dedicated to her work and it shows. I am grateful I found her.

Very punctual and clean. Receptionist are very accommodating and friendly. The nurses are above and beyond - very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. All doctors, particularly dr. Udeoyop have been extremely great at listening and caring for me and my family

Front staff need to do better and respond the patients better. I swear the front staff just hung up on me. I have been looking for xray results for two weeks. She has reiterated that she is busy and will get back to me but doesnt.

My family has been patients of Dr. Coomaran for almost 3 years now since she began at this clinic. Nothing but good things to say about the service we have received from the clinic Dr. Coomaran and the nursing team that work here. All have taken wonderful care of our family while ensuring that our infant daughter receives the most attentive health services available to her. We've been here for shots, coughs, colds and at no point have we ever felt that Dr. Coomaran and the team at Harmony Valley has not had our best interests in mind. They are easy to book appointments with and cordial when dealing with us on the phone/providing us, as new parents, directions and making sure we are confident in any care plans.

Hardly answer the phone. I had to dial 10+ times over 2 days to talk to admin staff. They do not respond to VM as they have indicated on greetings so you do not have choice other then keep calling.

Just like every review here, we can not get in contact with the office. My husband was told by receptionist he would have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to renew his heart medication….he would have been dead by then. Our physician, Dr. Brannon has left this practice, and we have been left without any information and no way to get in contact with the office. The do NOT answer phones, and state they will not respond to voice messages. I am still awaiting results from a gastrobipas I had three months ago. This practice has zero care for health.

Update: They did it again, not calling me with the test results of my daughter's urine test to check for infection until after 4pm on a Friday. Her ultrasound showed debris in bladder so very likely she will need antibiotics. The tactless woman even wished me a good weekend after giving me a monday appointment. Ok thanks! I'll have a great time with my 4 yr old having painful urination for the next 2 days. Beyond frustrated. The office staff here lack basic knowledge and training. No professional skills and complete inability to manage tasks required of a medical office. The Drs are great but the woman they have answering the phones seems to just be lost and irritated. They would be better off replacing her with someone effective and knowledgeable. I was assured the Dr would be calling me back with lab results for my daughter now its 5pm on a Friday and I don't know if my 4 yr old requires antibiotics or not. I called twice this afternoon and am stuck waiting until Monday or going to a walk in that has office staff who will follow up. It's very frustrating when people are hired for a job they are not qualified for.

Nice that you can book appointments online, but this is only as useful as it is because the receptionists hardly ever answer the phone and will not respond to messages. For personal experience, it is usually a 10-30 minute wait after booked appointment time, which isnt as bad as some locations. I was prescribed 2 NSAIDS on separate occasions due to chronic pain with no attempt to have followup treatment done. NSAIDS did not agree with my stomach, so stopped taking them with Dr. permission. When I requested legal, THC-free cannabinoid oil for my pain, Dr. said they do not believe in marijuana products, offered a prescription for tylenol and took me off the patient list unprompted so I could find another Dr. who would prescribe it. Overall this doctor acted like they did not want to help, had me dictate word-for-word any notes I needed for work, and would not suggest any options for me, instead asking what I wanted to do, where I wanted to be reffered for more help with pain. Maybe this is normal, but I have never been treated like this by a Dr. On a separate occasion, I watched the mother of a young child come out of the office upset with her obviously ill, nearly unresponsive child saying to her friend that the Dr. said there was nothing wrong with the child. Very worrying. I will never go back here.

I was non stop coughing the doc. Said my chest was clear but would order a chest xray . The clinic called me a week later would not tell me result over the phone so the doc could bill for a visit. I would have to sit in urgent care for hours again to get result. LEGALLY IT IS YOUR CHART WHICH YOU CAN READ SO THE DOC IS NOT ALLOWED TO BILL FOR OFFICE VISIT TO GIVE YOU RESULT.

I do not recommend this clinic...This clinic has been my "family doctor" for 5 years now and i must say, i'm super disappointed in them. We are a young family and thankfully we do not have any major health issues; however, the few times i've needed to go and see Dr U - it's been next near impossible. The front staff are horrible, rarely pick up the phone, talk amongst themselves in the office and just ignore patients until you get so frustrated you have to interrupt. Needless to say, i'm looking for a new family clinic.

It's very frustrating I checked to see what time you close, said 8 o'clock p.m. came shortly after 5pm. Door locked! Why is it so difficult for you to have your correct hours online!!! I rearranged my schedule for today. So I could make it there tonight, Very inconvenient. Please update your clinic hours!

Poor customer service. Any time |Ive called to make an appointment, I get a message telling me the hours they are open and do not leave a message because it won' be answered? Wow they really care about their patients. When I finally get to talk to a receptionist, the hours the recording says they're open, they are not. Dr doesn't work Fri and no Sat. but on recording it says they are open. Get your act together. Very disorganized and receptionists make you feel like you are bothering them and don't like their job.
