Dr Kosiar was the rudest doctor I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. My daughter and I took my sick grandson to Glazier and every question my daughter asked Dr Kosher, she answered with rude, snarky comments! If you're going to be a Dr maybe try being KIND!
Great ????
I went to the Urgent Care clinic twice recently with my 80 years old father who speaks French only. The doctors we met there were very kind and helpful. In fact, we met a doctor who speaks French Dr. Murtada. It was a really nice suprise for my dad and our family. Both Dr. Murtada and her colleague were very, very patient and took the time to repeat their answers. Thank you so very much. Merci beaucoup!
If you need blood work or glasses this is the place Not much else good to say about it If your on ODSP expect to be treated accourdinly to your income
Good luck getting your x-rays done here! They always take forever. I've been waiting here an hour and 20 mins and still waiting. Had 4 people in front of me and 5 random walkins that came after me and the other 4 people and they all got seen. So personally I wouldn't come here unless your willing to wait for ever.
I went in for an over the counter medication but had to prove I needed it before they would sell it to me (for medical procedure, no one wants to drink this) I had to show a sheet for the procedure for them to finally give it to me, then they were trying to charge me for another item I didn't need after I had repeatedly refused it! Do not come here if you don't want to face the Spanish inquisition. *** Also I called around for the Name brand and they promised it was not generic, (another pharmacy 2 min walk away from here has the knock off) when I get there they give me generic not Name Brand and said that's all they had!! (I live in the other side of the city)
Doctors, nurses and pharmacists were all very kind and helpful. The wait time was about 45 to 60 minutes to see a doctor. The only real downside is that the waiting area is way too small.
Was waiting to be called up in urgent care with pain in my left arm , once got called up I got to the desk and was told to sit down again as she allowed another man to go in because she knew his mother or something then 2-3 other people were called in that had arrived after me , the doctor himself came out mad and was giving the ladies trouble about not doing that ,. And furthermore when anyone I know that works is not allowed to play on cell phone during work hrs you get these 2-3 ladies looking at brides dresses on there phones and chatting instead of doing there job ...
I was so nervous for my appointment, but Dr. Sun and the nurses were so kind and helpful, answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable.
I have my dentistry, physio therapy and family doctor in this location my experience with them all have been great and professional. The parking set up is a pain but is free when using destistery or physio therapy. The recent covid line structure is confusing to some and needs to be posted clearly which line is for what service.
This is for seniors as that’s the only crowd the tent to care about OBYN and family doctors here don’t care much for young ppl service is always rushed and requests or symptoms are not taken seriously
Dr.Mohamedi is very useless I don’t recommend her.
Called central booking to make an appointment with my family doctor. Appointment was for a specific time on a specific date and the information regarding my appointment was communicated to booking. When I arrived at the clinic I was told that the appointment was over the phone, not in-person, even though the circumstances regarding my appointment would need to be done in-person. Waited half an-hour past my scheduled appointment time with no call from my family doctor. Called the clinic and spoke my family doctor's assistant and was told the information from central booking was incorrect. Appointment was not at 4pm, but was for a range of time that the doctor would call during, 4pm-8pm. Service provided by the family doctor and assistant were good but clinic staff, specifically central booking need better coaching regarding communication of information with regards to appointments and expectations.
I can't begin to say how thankful I am to this medical centre. I found a breast lump on a Friday and of course this is very upsetting and with the pandemic felt very unsure what to do with doctors only doing virtual appointments. I called Glazier and the receptionist was so wonderful and comforting and had a doctor call me right away. Within a half hour I was given a ultrasound. My health was taken very seriously and they all put me at ease. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of this facility. I would highly recommend them.❤️❤️
I had a very positive experience at the Glazier Medical Ultrasound clinic recently. From booking to arrival in the waiting room they were very pleasant in accommodating me. The ultrasound tech Lana was very kind and personable and included me in what was happening throughout the whole appointment. I am very grateful to have had her for such an important scan and highly recommend her! Thank you again Lana!
Was able to get in for an ultrasound here way sooner than anywhere else. The receptionist was very friendly and polite and gave a card with number to call if my dr hadn't heard back in 3-5 business days. I was worried about the appointment and had Joel as the ultrasound technician. He was very pleasant and has a calming demeanor that helped put me to ease. Very polite and seems very knowledgeable. Hoping to get some results and find out what's going on from this. Thank you for helping make a worrisome experience better.
Getting ready to switch clinics. The doctor I have chosen is rude, impatient, and downplays a medical condition I’ve had for years, telling me I don’t need the medication I’ve been taking since a teen, told me to “check back in a month”. I can’t judge everyone there, but definitely not going back to this place. Don’t waste your time unless quality isn’t an issue.
A++++++++
First off they charge you $5 for parking. Felt like the doctor wasn’t listening to what I had to say and kept asking me the same question about where I worked when I kept telling him my problem started way before I had this job. I went to him before many years ago and he didn’t help that problem either. I end up going to another doctor and my problem cleared in a week. I recommend you go to another doctor if you can.
Terrible service. And that 'dr' Mohammadi doesn't like people who don't look like her. Terrible.
From last one week i am trying to contact her assistant she not answering phone even reception transfers my call i am calling her on extension 564 but not answering today i call her 52 time with proof.
Some of the doctors are great but the enterance info booth/parking people, and pharmacists act unproffessional and rude most of the time. The gates were up and you would assume that means free parking, easy mistake to make, but they were closed when I left and refused to let me out and insisted I paid which I had no issue doing just confused they should have a note to take a ticket even with gates open, the info desk girl was completely rude and stormed over to me at the machine and huffed at me when my card declined payment, she made me feel very uncomfortable.Thankfully my doctor is relocating so will not need to go here anymore.
Great doctor easy to talk to, doesn't rush people
My fiance is an international student and every visit they have to pay this is the 2nd time and I'm sure there's gonna be 3rd 4th and 5th the called her saying that we have book an appointment for her but when we went they said that the doctor is not her family doctor therefore she has to visit the urgent care and pay to get her blood test result like man seriously this is my last visit I'm done with this place and recommend others to not waste your money or time if you are international student just go to emergency and they will do a better job at this and at least be experienced
Oh what I can say about this clinic . The screener are rude. Even when u say u have no symptoms they still have to read out the drawn speech like that does anything. Screener have cushy jobs sitting on their stools giving people a hard time. And getting paid for it real good
A great place to visit
My doctor is doctor Murtada and she is amazing. I always feel welcome when I walk into her office. She's an amazing doctor.
Phone recording says X-ray is open. Hours on the door says their open but they’re closed. When people are ill or hurt it’s hard to drag yourself to the the clinic only to find they are closed. Not very considerate!
First off, it's paid parking only and 3 of the adjoining streets are one way only, so have fun with that. I think it's dispicable that medical buildings are charging for parking at all, let alone in a pandemic. There is 0 external signage for what you're supposed to do, and any directions that have been posted are on standard printer paper and can't be seen until you're at least 3/4 of the way through the line to enter the building. Don't bother showing up early for your appointment, you'll be sent to the back of the line and told to wait again. The website has 0 instructions on how you're expected to proceed or behave beyond the standard Covid common sense of wear a mask and social distance, and the staff are so worn out that it blows my mind that accessible signage isn't being bothered with despite the fact that it would alleviate the number of blunders and mistakes caused by first time visitors who literally just want to know what to do and where to be and when. At the very least there should be an email with instructions sent out upon placement of an appointment, not everyone can do well with spoken instructions.
Terrible service !!
My GP moved to this centre after issues with the owner at her previous location. Glazier is a fairly large clinic, with shared receptionists, flexible practise scheduling and professional service. For those looking for all-in-one services, Glazier offers a blood clinic/analysis lab, several specialist practitioners, and a cpnveniently locaated pharmacy prominently located in the lobby. Parking will cost you during normal business hours, and the area is a run-down part of Oshawa - where encounters with mentally ill persons and drug addicts is not uncommon - albeit benign and harmless with regard to threat to person/property. Despite the general safety. some may find themselves uncomfortable or intimidated. For the direct visitation of your GP, your experience is variable based on your doctor, and his/her appointed receptionist. Central booking is quick to respond and notify of availability, however the experience typically feels inflexible in that the reps are adamant about booking a time even when unsure of one's ability to arrive at the scheduled appointment.
i would like to say thank you to the blond woman with glasses thay worked in radiology dept on feb 22/18.i had to have a test done and ended up i couldnt for a peticular reason and she was so delicate and kind and very respectful to me.however the dark haired lady beside her...not so much.truly thank you for your respect and compassion.your a gem.
Dr. Vaid is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens and he cares about his patients. Very smart and a great personality. Easy to talk to with many great recommendations on how to solve / treat issues
Only giving 3 stars because Dr. Murugesupillai is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Many other drs there are not, especially when using the walk-in. Many seem very bitter and that I’m a bother to them. Old building with everything seemingly outdated. I’m sure there are lots of great drs there but from my experience I have only found one that I feel helped by.
Fast and efficient ultrasound department. Very funny nurses behind the front counter
I went in for X-rays and my visit without appointment was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The parking if five dollars so I parked a couple blocks away and had to fight my way through aggressive prostitutes to get there. Be warned if that isn't your thing pay the $5.
Go elsewhere. They have caused me and others nothing but problems. The hospital was actually appalled at how negligent they were to my care and has directed me to the nurse clinic at CMHA. If I need urgent care, I go to King St. I’m sure people have had their issues there too but I’ve seen much more reliable doctors there then Glazier. I have not been back in over a year and will never go back. I could go on and on about this place but this review would never end.
Never try to go (glazier) medical centre, specially Dr. Owkor, and receptionist of Dr. Owkor the rude person, I was waiting for a month for my appointment, and she canceled my appointment, and I called 5 time she didn’t pick up my phone, I leave voicemail they don’t care for it.
Called to inquire information on how arrange a refill of prescription medicine and was greatly served with attitude. Was treated with disrespect. The conversation with receptionist made me feel like she hated her job. Congrats.
Great service, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Quick urgent care visits
I don't know if it is only with me. The lady with the hijab sitting at the counter of LifeLab refuses to take or touch the document that the doctor gave for the blood test.
I choose to go this walk in clinic over the others, as I find it does not have the traffic the downtown clinic has all the time. I am usually in and out within 40 minutes at Glazier.
The doctor and receptionist at the family practice were Friendly and professional.we really hope we continue to have such positive experience. The location is a little bit run down.Parking is 5$ flat which is a little expensive.have not het tried the pharmacy, pathology or imaging.
Extremely late always. Like hours also a rude pharmacist that makes you wait our meds were in the basket for 20 minutes before she called and then tried to make us pay when the older pharmacist came and fixed it for us. The rude young nurse tried to charge us for meds
I broke my middle finger at the second knuckle and all they did was put a splint on it. Now it has a major bend in it. I found out later on that I should have had surgery at once.
They lost the results for one of my ultrasounds and due to that messed up my pregnancy due date.. They also canceled my appointment on me multiple times prior to this happening.. go elsewhere, literally anywhere else.
Not only are the staff there TERRIBLE. But their doctors are some of the WORST doctors I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Especially Dr. Mohammadi and the Optometrists in Dr. Blackhomers office. They are rude, dismissive and condescending. I suggest that if you're in need of any medical attention you should literally go anywhere else. Might be better off in a back alley laboratory than at the Glazier. They should be ashamed of themselves
Various reliable services
Used the ultrasound clinic. Equipment was old but got an appointment quickly. Didn't wait too long. Parking was expensive.
Wonderful professional staff
My daughter was seen by Dr. Ajantha Sivaharan in the Urgent Care Department on the evening of Monday, May 30, 2018. What a complete waste of time! The doctor was dismissive and incompetent! She barely examined her injury and made a diagnosis that was absolutely ridiculous! Where the heck did the administration of the Glazier Medical Centre find this woman??? Be very cautious of any diagnosis from this doctor!! After disregarding her incompetent diagnosis and prescription, we visited another clinic the following morning and received professional and competent care for my daughter. Glazier Urgent Care will definitely be a LAST resort for us going forward. Too bad there's no option to post lower than one star!
Always interesting.
Dr Jakubovic is a horrible man. Rudest Dr I have ever met. He is blind and does not listen while raising his voice in frustration. If you need treatment for something that another doctor, barber and wife can see, find another Dr. Maybe I got lucky. Would not want him giving injections anywhere near my head.
I've held off giving a review. But incident is still bugging me after almost 2 months. We have been attending Glazer off and on since the early 90's without any problems. Our Dr. Moved from there to a Whitby location so followed her. She retired then her replacement retired as did the next. We are left without a family Dr. and have been on a waiting list since. I went to Glazier to get prescriptions refilled slmost 2 months ago and was told off by the doctor on duty. She told me that "It's people like me who waste their time refilling prescriptions and that I should have a family doctor for this!" I tried to explain why we do not have one but she didn't care. I am now left needing prescriptions renewed but scared to go back. ????♂️
I would give this place a zero if i could very unprofessional i went into the office today with an appointment and no doctors came into work today so my doctor had to work in urgent care i had to wait 45 mins before asking what was going on she instantly told me if i dont like it to leave.. this is a health care office how can you ask someone who has an appointment to leave for asking a simple question but right after that i was sent into the office where me and my brother continued to talk about the dispute to ourselves this is where we where bombarded by the staff calling us names and asking us to leave right after they sent us into the office this is by far the worst place to go for any sort of treatment very unprofessional attend at your own risk
Fast clinic, nice staff and great doctors
On the phone for literally a second, receptionist had the worst attitude. Taking my business elsewhere. Learn some manners.
Need a weekly "busy times" chart on google for this clinic. Would be great, thx!
Unless receptionist approves you do not get to speak to urgent care doctor. I told her I am having trouble breathing and my health card is on a different floor, that it is hard for me to get to it. She said "I'll put you on hold, go get it". All the staff have the same 'lm in power's attitude, (except Claude) and are useless to sick people. I would fire them all. BTY when I managed to get back with health card she had hung up
The Dr are fine and the tech department is amazing. The support staff, reception, security, pharmacy are all slow and rude. I always feel like I am being lied to or have nosey and irrelevant questions asked. The pharmacy does not respect privacy or confidential information due to the physical layout of the waiting area. If I could see my Dr any where else I would.
They often dont answer the phone. Only one contact number for the whole building. If your doctor is here there is a good chance he will always be difficult to get in touch with. Clinic is dirty. Walk in clinic in courtice is faster and cleaner.
Most of the service at Glazier is okay and the staff are always friendly. However, I have to score them low as I recently had an issue with the scheduling of an appointment AND my resulting treatment was not to the standard I feel a doctor's office should be. The central booking was friendly but ultimately booked me with my GP for a PAP, which my GP does not do, and they supposedly know this. In the case of a PAP they are supposed to book a patient with a specific alternate doctor that performs that exam on behalf of my GP. This is not a doctor I see regularly or would know the name of and in fact, at the time of my visit, I had never met her as I've only had my GP now for about a year. When I got called in for my appointment, both my GP and I were surprised to see each other for my PAP and then I was sort of made to feel by both my GP, his secretary and the doctor who performed the PAP (and "squeezed me in" after I took a half day off work) like the error was with booking but also MY fault. It seemed like they very much felt that I should have told central booking how to do their job and that I was putting them out by being there with an incorrectly booked appointment need. Quite frankly, I think that's terrible patient service. I was already there for a fairly vulnerable reason, probably feeling a bit anxious and then felt like I was at fault for not knowing to tell central booking about the other doctor. Further to that, this is a review about the fact that the whole central booking system is flawed and impersonal. Not only this, but although I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was in the waiting area for more than an hour before I was seen. I also want to comment on the fact that it cost me $5 parking to be treated that way and an additional $15 since then as my doctor wanted blood work and an ultrasound done which I had to make return trips to accomplish. If I was a senior on a limited income and coming for regular doctor's visits how could I possibly afford that? I know the parking is likely down to the city but the cost is ridiculous (especially if you're there for only a couple minutes as I was 3 times) and clinics in Whitby and Ajax don't charge for their parking. The lot at Glazier isn't even in great shape and it's small. I feel there should at least be more free parking for patients who are only dropping off samples or getting blood work or prescriptions filled.
Can not say enough good things about the Physiotherapists they have here. I went to them for about 2 years with on going issues and they were absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly and very welcoming, they focused on you and would take there time. By far the greatest physio clinic i’ve been too and would not want to go anywhere else
Solid medical facility.. seems very clean and new...if u go at the right time the walk-in section is empty and you get seen right away...they do charge for parking, even though there is plenty of free street parking not far away.
The urgent care receptionist is very rude and unprofessional and just gives off very bad energy and vibes
i have a wonderful new family dr. at the Glazier Clinic i have been seeing her for a month now she has all my records from my previous dr that retired, i am having major medical issues and my new dr fell ill today... I need certain meds and i was told by my new dr's receptionist to go to urgent care in the same building... as they will have access to my records and be able to help me.....long long story short, i was treated like a substance abuser. I saw dr Sivaharan at urgent care and it was the worst experence of my life. as she came in the room i told her i needed a repeat on a med and the reason that i was finished the meds early was because im used to taking a stronger dose. She then pulled my chart up on the computer and said that my new family dr is not my family dr and that she could not help me and got up ..i then asked what i do and she didnt reply and i asked her for her card and she said they dont have cards here and slammed the door to the room next to the one i was in...i then asked a nice lady if i could have her write the dr's name down for me and she did thank you...I will never see this dr Sivaharan again in my life nor will anyone i know nor my children or husband...very unprofessional and rude to say the lease...i then went back over to the receptionist of at me new family dr and she told me to contact the manager ..i spoke to the manager and she told me that she has marked my fill stating that my new family dr is in fact my family dr and that i should go back to the urgent care and see another dr for the 3rd time..so i am going to urgent care tonight again to try to get the repeats...beware people before you go there...this dr treats you like a substance abuser!!!!! if this dont work ill be at the hospital tonight!!! UP DATE JULY 2019 The dr I was happy about being my new family dr. Well I havent been well since August of 2018. So I see her once ever 2 weeks maybe. My husband and I we in the room waiting for her. I was on the medical bed he was sitting on the chair in front of the door. When my dr walked in she said Mandi what can I do for you today and rolled her eyes. My husband saw her do this. I am absolutely appalled by this behavior for her about me. I will not go back and see her again. Nor will my children. I noticed that the few last times I saw her she seemed annoyed. So I could tell some thing was wrong. The tone of her voice was a mad tone/annoyed tone. Like "here she is again". Well I went to the walk in at adalaid and simcoe What a nice place Very caring The dr I saw was dr K. He was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong with me and sent me to the dentist up stairs. The also told me yes the dr was right. I have been seeking treatment ever since. If up just take the time amd care. But my family dr would have known where to send me. Never see DOCTOR DADMARZI ßhe will be sweet and pleasant in the beginning Then who knows how she will treat you But this is my happenings with her. I will be reporting it too.
Horrible doctor. Tells you if you dont have cancer or in a wheel chair. You dont qualify for disability.
I have never had a problem with phone pick-up. The girls are very, very busy - they can't answer every call at the same time. I love Dr. Hanna and so does my family. He is very caring and listens to what you say. The medical field is short funded and they do their best. People need to take this into consideration.
I was publicly shamed by the receptionist in the main entrance because my sick toddler son had been crying because he had not been feeling well. She proceeded to tell me to keep him quite or take him out of the building. I was waiting for a prescription for him at the pharmacy when she approached me. You would think with an urgent care located in the building she would often hear sick crying children.
Usually don't have to wait long to see Dr. Parray. She is efficient, courteous, friendly and appears to care about me and my ailments. The times I have had to wait are only when I don't have an appointment and she is in the office. The clinic has very good hours and it is first come first served. I have been there many times before I had a doctor here. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but that is expected. The receptionist both at the clinic and Dr. Parray's office are friendly, courteous and efficient. What I also like is that they have nurses there who can look at dressings and can give innoculations ordered by the doctor. I have never had a problem at the Glacier. Even the parking is reasonable.
Guess what I just spoke to that awesome lady and she's really friendly and very helpful. Her name Amanda. Thanks a lot Amanda for helping us getting our Family Dr. You're the best. Kudos to you Amanda ???? stay safe and healthy. Thanks again
Horrible experience here, how can you be the only clinic that has virtual walk in, came with grand baby who might have a ear infection and was turned away because didn’t have a virtual app, your a walk in clinic, the name says it all, they say because of covid, that’s ridiculous, other clinics are open and so is the hospital, gave it one star because otherwise could not get into making a comment, horrifying and so upset!!!!!
I have been seeing my family doctor since the day I was born. She even delivered me. The reason I wouldn’t recommend Glazier Medical Centre is not because of the practitioners, but the staff themselves. My goodness, they are absolutely miserable and rude. I’ve held my tongue for years now, but I am so sick of calling to book an appointment, or ask a question and have the most passive aggressive, cold responses and short answers. I know not everyone is going to be the most pleasant when they call in, but my goodness I am amaze how these people can keep a job with the way they treat people who are in need of help.
Can i have the doctor number or email? I want to contact her
Shahida is a truly exceptional ultrasound tech. I request her for all my visits. She is so knowledgable, kind and professional. I have had 3 ultrasounds with Shahida and each visit she provides excellent service. She goes above and beyond; she is so accommodating; patient and compassionate.
Every time I come to this office For walk-in I’ve been in and out with no problem. Today, I was thinking it would be much busier at 530 pm, but I walked in and was put right into a room. Saw the doctor and was recommend to get an X-ray across the hall and was out within 10 minutes of being in the building! Great service and the friendliest staff! Highly recommend!
Tried to make an appointment to see my FAMILY doctor, or even any doctor from glazier… and was refused until I did a covid test…. My doctor told me to “gargle salt water” as if google couldn’t or told me that ???? had to spend my whole day calling doctors offices and waiting to get in to see one from a different office, for my severe TONSILLITIS… That needed to be treated right away ! Trash lazy doctors !
If you are not using the imaging in the basement or the walk-in clinic don't bother unless you have a lot of money, they charge you for anything they can, $30 lab fee for glasses? Co-pay for prescriptions? No where else charges as you do and most are not much further.
My name is Tabitha I am a very frequent and severe migraine sufferer when my migraine hits it’s very difficult for me to even call an Uber and almost unbearable to walk to get into the Uber. I’m so thankful for the doctors, nurses and front desk staff for all the support they give me upon arrival. I often have one of my children with me to help assist me to reach were I have to go and usually the staff accommodate me quickly by putting me in a dark room. The doctors do everything to eliminate my pain. One of my attacks I was unable to use my cell phone as my eye site is extremely affected by the pain. The doctor called an Uber from her phone and paid for my fare. I have been a migraine sufferer from the age of 3 and I am extremely thankful for the Glazier staff. I wish I could do more to show how grateful I am. Thank you for always understanding my needs when I arrive and the quick service you give to me upon arrival. Your staff do not have a easy job but yet you always show grace. Tabitha Burns
It he last 2 weeks been there 2 times. The 2 new female doctors think of patients as an assembly lines, a number, and how fast they can get rid of you. On the first visit she spent max 7 min with us to have my son analyse for a tonsillitis and didn't noctice he had a chest infection. On the secound visit 3 days later bevause my son could hardly breathe from a cough so bad it gave him a head ace. The secound doctor found the chest infection and wanted to rush us out in 9 min. But I insisted she check him over properly. BEWARE THE DOCTOR VISTS ARE COSTING US AND THE GOVERNMENT $280 PER VISIT. SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH THERE GUYS MAKE PER MINUITE? SO NO MATTER WHAT'RE INSIS ON GETTING THE PROPER CARE OR CALL OHIP LIKE I HAVE IN THE PAST TO HAVE mediCal visit charges reversed. There is a basic medical expectation doctors must preform or else they won't get paid.
Waited on the phone, was held on que on a Friday for over 50 minutes to be told that urgent care was closed by an automated machine. So what was the point of having me hold when the line was direct to urgent care? To literally resolve nothing and my family doctor isn't in today. I've also stopped getting my blood done here because they make you wait outside (understandable with COVID) but then tell you they have no more room for you after you've waited? I'd stop going here all together if my family doctor wasn't located here. If you need a blood test done the same day go to Dynacare on King. Thank me later.
Disgusting building. Drs are ok. Other staff are pretty rude especially in urgent care.
Well a 2.7 rating definitely doesn't surprise me. My sister had an ultrasound at 1pm today and I had one at 1:30. They call me at 1:20. They explain to me that my sister's requisition was not faxed in and they are behind and I need to be rescheduled. I was already walking into the building for my own appointment. So because my sister had an appointment its appropriate to call me, tell me her issues, and cancel? 10 minutes before my appointment? What if I was NOT her sister? You going to tell me all of the previous patient's business? Are you kidding? Very very very unprofessional. I am not coming back here. I called a new imaging company and they are glad to take my requisition for today. Screw you people..
I called to inquire about an appointment and was rudely told I was "way too late to be calling". Having never booked an appointment for a travel vaccination this was not how I expected to be treated. Took my business to Travel Clinic in Whitby and had a much better experience.
Really bad urgent care. Visited a few times, and every experience has been bad. My health card just recently expired, and they wouldn't help.
Everytime I call, there is at least one person that is polite, and gives detail. Mostly every other person I speak to, talks to fast, gives attitude, maybe because I'm asking so many questions, or asking them to repeat them selves, nicely, I might add, I know how much paper work and stuff they deal with. But, the day of this review. I was on the phone and barely could understand, they were mumbling at first, i kept saying im sorry, i cant really hear you. then was yelling and talking to fast, they said, the booking list doctor will call me back, okay , bye. Or some thing, I said ummm, okay. And they hung up the phone.
Dr
I have received terrible advice here on two separate occasions. The first was being told to inflict pain by doing a sternum rub on my 2 week old son to wake him to when it’s time to nurse (appalling!). The second was when I took my son at 3 months to urgent care to have him checked over as as a precaution as he spat up bile. The doctor was surprised I breastfeed him and told me to give him water! You don’t give breastfed infants water. When I told her I was not comfortable giving him water she told me to space my nursing sessions farther apart and to give him pedialyte instead. Also terrible advice. He wasn’t dehydrated. Why would I give him pedialyte when breastmilk contains everything he needs. This doctor was extremely unfamiliar with breastfeeding. I am actively looking for a new clinic. I don’t trust the doctors here at all.
Not exactly happy with the clinic itself. The Dr is great, no problems there. But I have had a horrible time trying to get through the few times I have called since having to deal with the new Dr. Not loving the "central booking" line. Some of the receptionists are nice and helpful but others are not. I was told to call back because the women on the booking line couldn't find an opening apparently to see the Dr. Not sure what she had trouble with, but I called back after the weekend and the women she told me to ask for was on holiday. So I had quite the run around after that again. I am not happy with it costing $5 dollars a visit too. That seems quite expensive for clinic parking. Specially with being a new mom that cost will add up quickly! I think there could be improvements to this clinic. I can see from others I am not the only one thinking the central booking line could be improved. I should be able to call directly to the Dr's receptionist to make an appointment. Instead when I have tried, they kick me back to central booking. Waste of time.
Horrible customer service. I called after my Dr. had left a message for me to call back. I was on hold for 10 minutes before a very rude switchboard operator finally picked up my call. I sent a complaint to the Glazier on their website right when it happened and never heard back. that was over a month ago. Apparently their customer service is just all around bad.
Section G reception wouldn’t stop her personal conversation to even address me. Waiting room was completely empty. When she finally finished talking, she didn’t even say “Hi” or “good morning”. Only told me to swipe my card and confirmed my address. NOT customer oriented AT ALL! The other receptionist was ok. Doctor was ok, too
Even with an appointment, waiting was still over an hour. They overbook all the time.
The admins are useless and dont know what theyre talking about, this clinic is a joke.
They really need to look into hiring new front receptionists, as well as new central booking clerks. VERY rude staff.
