Had sinus surgery. This doctor is a samurai warrior when it comes to surgery. Absolutely no, zilch bedside manner. Don't know yet if it worked for me. From what I read he is an expert in his field and highly recommended for cancer patients. Yep one year later, excellent job on surgery. But friggin painful recovery

Terrible ENT, didn't even look at my issue. I mentioned multiple times I had issues in my inner ear and he did nothing about it. Went to a different ENT and the first test they did was a simple pressure test that showed what was wrong... Dr.Kenny can't even be bothered to listen to patients and do simple tests. Complete waste of time. Maybe one day he will learn to actually listen.

Definitely DO NOT go see Dr. Ngo. He was extremely dismissive, he makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He was unwilling to give and constructive advice on where to go once his knowledge did not satisfy the problem.

Agree with everyone who said he has no bedside manner at all!! Both my son and I found him to be quite dismissive, rude, and felt as though we were wasting his time. He didn't listen to what my son was trying to tell him was his problem, and decided what was the issue, even though my son said that he didn't have that (my son is almost 14). I will be speaking to our family doctor about our experience and highly recommend he does NOT use this doctor for future referrals.

How fortunate are we in Central Ontario to have a specialist of Dr. Ngo's caliber! I experienced surgery to remove basal cell ca from my face. I found Dr. Ngo to be thorough, precise and so very kind. He asked several times throughout the surgery if "I was OK". I don't need a specialist to be my best friend; he is a physician who uses words as needed. I trusted him from the instant he entered the examination room and my initial feeling was correct. Thank you so very much to you and lovely Pat!

Dr. Ngo did such a great job with my delicate high risk sergury. He's very kind and always professional. He explained everything thoroughly. We talked about whether sugery was absolutely necessary, if I could live a full healthy life with my condition, risks/repercussions all of it. He is not "warm and fuzzy" (except when it comes to children). I appreciate the "meat and potatoes". I don't want someone disregarding something so serious as a pipe dream. Thank you Dr. ngo! Dr. Ngo is an amazing surgeon. Very skilled. He cured me of CANCER! That is a big word. My profession is Registered Nurse. I worked in Critical Care, Emergency Surgical Prep, Endoscopy and surgical prep. I worked both at Soldier’s Memorial Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital. I have never worked with Dr. Ngo, he said I had cancer and it needed to come out. He booked me for surgery with in two weeks! My cancer was “Basal Cell Carcinoma “ I am cured and Dr. Ngo did this! We are very fortunate to have talented and dedicated doctors like Dr. Ngo. I highly recommend hone if you need surgery!

Do not go to this Dr with children. No bedside manners. He is plain rude. Doesn't know how to deal with children

Completely dismissive, awful bedside manner, knows absolutly nothing about breastfeeding. (We were referred to him for a tie) I would look into your other options before ever seeing this doctor.
