I had a spinal screening completed which identified a few other issues I was having (that I wasn’t aware of) and am now working to correct them. Dr. Tim is FANTASTIC! I like to think of myself as a Holistic individual and to me Chiropractic is a discipline that encompasses just that. I have been going to Grace chiropractic now since December 2016 . I didn't realize how important chiropractic care is until I started feeling better . Before I suffered from lower back pain and severe neck pain , I had a lump in back of my neck , woke up every morning not able to turn my head without pain. After a matter of 3 weeks my neck pain had subsided and the lump was not as big . After 2 months the neck pain was gone and so was the lump . I have never felt better in my whole life . You can sometimes actually see the results in one adjustment! For example my kids leg was shorter than the other due to a miss alignment from falling on the playground, they were back in place after the adjustment. I had some back pain since 18 but I went to Dr Tim after it became chronic and debilitating. The pain went all the way down my leg, and I even had tingling in my foot. I suffered for over 10 months and I thought Id never be pain free again but then a family friend highly reccomended Dr.Tim. In less than 2 weeks of adjustments my back pain and tingling are gone!! About 7 months ago I decided to visit Dr. Tim Silvester to get some help with my mid and low spine. The preliminary examination was thorough with X-ray to reveal any unknown issues. It became evident to me within 2 visits that things were improving, akin to oiling a rusty bicycle chain. The most surprising revelation occurred while I was driving to my most recent appointment, when I realized that I hadn't experienced any neck pain since Dr Tim had been making adjustments in this area !! I had just forgotten about it ! I can say that I used to question the validity of what chiropractic care could do, but the results have proven the opposite.

I can honestly say that Dr Tim is amazing very knowledgeable listens to what his clients concerns are. I remember some very bad days with headaches was taking lots of pain meds. The staff and care offered by this clinic is top notch, since my treatments my pain has subsided and my energy has increased thus allowing me to resume an active lifestyle. I work in landscape construction, so I abuse my back a lot. I have always had back pain especially in the my lower back. I have seeked help in the past to other chiropractor s and had never had a good experience. I always walked in with a problem and walked out with a the same problem. I reached out to dr Tim and his team hoping to find that one chiropractor that would care and help. From the first meeting and on, it has been amazing. They have taken the time to figure out my problem. Everything from an accessment to x-rays. And this is the first time a chiropractor has given me an x-ray. They made a plan specifically to my needs and the rest is history. The pain in my pain is gone and we are correcting a lot of previous misalignments that I didn't even know I had. My range of motion in my neck is amazing. I didn't know I could turn my head the far lol. Overall it has been an amazing experience and I would recommend visiting Grace family chiropractor if you have any problem. You only have one back and your spine controls a lot more then you realize so you have to take care of it!! Also I have notice that I have more of a positive attitude in my day to day. I have been seeing Dr. Tim for just over 2 months now and it has really made a huge difference in my life already. I am 27 and the reason for seeking chiropractor care was due to chronic pain in my back aswell as my neck. After having both an exam and xray, I was made aware of the fact that I was already experiencing late stage 1/beginning stage 2 of spinal degeneration. Tim is accommodating, understanding and worked with me on creating a yearly treatment plan. The adjustments have made me feel better overall, increased my mobility in my neck and I will soon be incorporating a Denneroll into my care routine to help put the curve back into my neck. I have been seeing Dr.Peter since March 2021 . I saw the assessment ad on Facebook. I have a 40+ year history of nursing and chiropractic care. It was my chiropractic treatments that enabled me to continue my career in times of acute injuries and with my long term chronic issues due to the type of workload . I have been retired for 3 years and had let my chiropractic connection lapse. My previous care provider had retired. This year I noted a lot of headaches and I was surprised to receive an X-ray of my neck with the initial assessment. I was able to see my X-ray that clearly identified an issue . Health teaching opportunities were given and my questions have been clearly answered. I have received a treatment plan that includes newer methods than I have not been used to. Another area of pain was my left sacral iliac that has been a source of concern for years. This has improved dramatically. I do follow through with my 3 exercise techniques as they are a “part of the treatment plan” that I can do independently. I enjoy the open concept atmosphere of the treatment area - less confining.
